Hi There, I have Purchased Sukam Battery model No-SBT[protected]B[protected]) on dated[protected] from M/s Chand Enterprises, Bounsi Road, Bhagalpur-812005. I am suffering backup problem last two month.Thereafter i have contact to our seller (M/s Chand Enterprises). He told me- I will be to talk with company/Distributor and replace your battery because my battery is under Guarantee. He is bluffing me since last two month and finally today he told me- SUKAM company has been closed and nothing to do now. So request you to please take necessary action against this seller and replace my battery which is under guarantee period. Please revert as soon as possible, so i can take further legal action.
