Dear sir
I purchased one su-kam battery from gr power shoppee - lajpat nagar on 19/09/2018, he give me two year warranty at battery, but battery is not are not charged last month, i complaining to gr power & su-kam customer care center, but su-kam customer care is not working because su-kam was closed & dealer gr power are not proper response to me.
I am continuing c last one month but both are nobody any responses.

Kindly resolve my matter urgently & required documents attached:
Purchase invoice & warranty card

I bought su-kam inverter battery model number SBWPP1500 the date of purchase is 17/10/17 in this time battery is not perform properly so you can replace the battery.
