On 24-09-09, from about 07-00 PM onwards, the setup box was not working. We contacted SunDirect Customer Care through their Telephone No. 39407575. After around 20 minutes of verification a complaint No [protected] was provided and we were assured it will set alright within 48 hrs and some one will call at our residence. As nothing happened till 02-15 PM on 25-09-09, we again contacted the same no. This time it took around 30 minutes of teletime.Again the same assurance. At 05-45 PM on 26-09-09, again we contacted the same Customer Care. This time, after about 20 minutes of teletime, we were assured some one will come to our residence to set the matter alright within 2 to 12 hrs!!! I sent an E-Mail in the meantime, at 06-36 PM to the Nodal Officer, Sun Direct TV, Kottivakkam, Chennai explaining in detail and requesting him to use his good offices.As everything remained the same, we contacted Customer care once again on 17-09-09 at around 10-30 AM.Same 30 to 40 minutes of teletime and at the end they asked us to contact the Distributor. When we telephoned to the Distributor, there was no reply. I tried to speak to the Nodal officer. The no. given in their offficial site is[protected], which when tried, I get a voice saying that no is not in use.What a harassment? Can the concerned official look into this and rectify the fault in our SunDirect system without any further harassment?
