If the current package date has ended and then when i try to recharge for new package it always gets recharged as top up for the current package with out any warning message. I was under impression that i have changed my package, after 2 incidents i have realized that some thing is wrong in the billing. I called the customer care about the issue, then they were saying before changing the package i have to call customer care and to change the package and then only i can recharge for the new package from online.in that case why they have given option to choose different package from online to the customer? Atleast there is no warning message while selecting new package.

    My dish connection number is [protected].I have recharged it on 9/11/2016 with Rs.199.I am on basic malayalam package.Last month, i had added on with sony, zee and vijay tv.This month, i was asked to make the payment separately for the added channels along with the basic charge of Rs.199 which i had done.Now, i am not receiving the added on channels and the total amount for these added channels is not getting accepted.I have again paid Rs.199 for one more month i.e.till 11/1/2017.It is really disgusting and irritating to call everytime to get the channels added on.You say it is a 24*7 customer care service but, it is NOT SO.REALLY DISGUSTING.Expecting the needful will be done.

    Set top box is not working.it is not started to use.
    Smart card No.[protected]-No video COMING-. showing E-16-4 SERVICE CURRENTLY SCRAMBLED.Lodged complaint to the customer care on 16.11.16 many times but no action is taken till date.under this circumstances, I may be forced to approach an appropriate forum for remedy .Dr.R.Ganesan, coimbatore. conact No.[protected].
    Star Sports Select HD 1 and Select HD 2 is not there on sundirect.All others like Airtel, Videocon, Tatasky all have that channel.

    When there is no adding that channel on sundirect i decide to change the connection to other platform.so if you are not adding it soon it will happen.

      I made a recharged of 1050/-, for the recharge of my card,
      So i logged in with my phone number and
      Recharged it, and the recharge amount is not reflected in my account.

      Order amount: 1050.00 inr
      Transaction date & time: oct 30, 2016 02:23:17 pm
      My smart card:[protected]

      Now they said, it is reflected to my old-sun direct, which is de-actived by them and they provided a new connection by charging 1500/-.

      Customer care people said that it will take less than 24hrs to reflect in my new account, and they filed a complaint, and it is not resolved.

      Please help me in this regard.
      My question is:
      How they recharge my old smart card, as they disabled it and provided new one.

      Why still my old card is till active, even after they issued me a new smart card.

        Channel number 506 is not coming in my dish for this channel i have paid120 rs but the channel active on my dish but the channel is not coming in my tv i have visited shop at kakinada but they are saying that to watch ten 1 channel you have to change the setup box and they are asking to pay 650rs but i'm asking that please replace that ten 1 channel to telugu channel pack please look into this matter reply as soon as possible

            Hey this is suresh from bengaluru - [protected].
            Its been not even a year i changed the set up box by paying extra 500 rs, and now again no channels are working. If i register a complaint they are again saying "you need to pay 500 rs for changing set up box". This is not the first instance your set box not working, prior to this in 2014 i had the same problem. Its not only in my case this problem is appearing. I have collected all the snapshots and contact details of the complainers who registered the same kind of complaints.
            Many of the times it says "no signal" and no channels will be available.
            You are cheating customers by providing cheap quality set up boxes. And asking us to go for new one by paying 500 rs. What the hell!!!
            Do we need to pay you for every 6months/9months so?
            I am a guy who is expecting the bright future of india. Don't want this to happen to my country men. And its bcoz of companies and products like your's india is like this today. Consider this as a warning. I have also attached the screenshot of same kind of complaints. Its not that you are not aware of this, keeping these many flaws in the product how can it grow? For 100% sure its not going to be in market if the same kind of cheating service continues.

              Although sun network are having more than 140 movies of dr. Rajkumar only about 40 movies have been made available to us during last 4 years. We subscribed to sun direct with an intention of watching dr. Rajkumar movies in high quality through sun direct. Rather we are disappointed.

                  It's unfortunate that we have not been able to watch any channel from 10.10.16 as there is a mistake in the set top box.
                  We have registered a complaint on 10.10.16 in the forenoon.
                  But despite calling you daily our complaint has not yet been resolved.
                  Today, adding salt to the wound you have sent a message saying complaint has been resolved.
                  As follows

                  Again I called that no. But complaint has not been resolved. No one has contacted me. Neither sun direct or the technician.

                    His is gopiprasad i've taken a sun direct connection in last four year subscription. The smart card no. Is [protected]. For the past one weeks, i could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E52, e48, no signal etc.) i got the direct consumer service line and i have been complaining repeatedly. Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians. I have made more than 10 calls (Both from my mobile). Also, i've informed them that i'm going to complaint in consumer court. Till now no response. Could you please assist me regarding the same?

                      This is my card no : [protected] i raised reinstallation on september 24th 2016 because of shifting, your installation guy requested me i want to go to native, shall i fix it on sunday, i agreed next day when i am calling him, he told he won't come on sunday. Then i called on monday to friday no response from your installation people. September 28th i cancelled and went to native for my personal reasons. Again i raised request to do the installation on october 4th 2016 friday evening installation guy came, he put a dish and get a wire connection in home after that he said problem with adapter and box. He collected 450 rupees with out doing nothing. I purchased 3 months what was wrong with new one. When you people will fix it, no one is responding

I recharged my connection for another one year without being aware of the situation and only after recharging I came to know about the situation.                                 Our tv was not switched on for a while. Last evening when called sun d cc it was told yearly subscript has expired and we have to renew. Which was done last night immediately.
                                After wards we were told to contact cc which we did.
                                CC confirmed the subscription for the full year.
                                When the TV was switched onn it was noticed, the display E52-32 searching for signal.
                                repeat cal to CC they took the complaint told us we have to pay for the technician WHICH I SAID WE WILL NOT.
                                This morning local representative of sub d by name rama called and was talking about servive charges instead of attending to the service. Which is totaly iresponsible towards costumers.
                                Thisis hapenning time and again which SUN D have to set alright.
                                Please see that this issue is attened on top priority.
                                The local representative to be cautioned for irresponsible manner.

                                      Is was very annoying to me and now i have benn regretting that i have took the service of sundirect, past five days my set top box have been shut down i have been contacting the customer service since five daysit has been told that with in 24 hours or 48 hours we will resolve the issue i wanted to say if any of my payment when it nears to expire that time they contact as soon as possible, they dont even spare even a single day and after all that yesterday i contacten the toll free number of sundirect mr mahaveer first he gave me his bogus name he told that his name is veer he yelled me assaulted me in bad words that saying that are you uneducated an continously saying verbal nonsense please take action on that and i need my five days added when it expires and i want and explanation that what action you have taken to mr mahavir and i need the technician at my home i have paid in advance yearly please help
