My dish connection number is [protected].I have recharged it on 9/11/2016 with Rs.199.I am on basic malayalam package.Last month, i had added on with sony, zee and vijay tv.This month, i was asked to make the payment separately for the added channels along with the basic charge of Rs.199 which i had done.Now, i am not receiving the added on channels and the total amount for these added channels is not getting accepted.I have again paid Rs.199...

Channel number 506 is not coming in my dish for this channel i have paid120 rs but the channel active on my dish but the channel is not coming in my tv i have visited shop at kakinada but they are saying that to watch ten 1 channel you have to change the setup box and they are asking to pay 650rs but i'm asking that please replace that ten 1 channel to telugu channel pack please look into this matter reply as soon as possible...

My sun direct connection card no:[protected]. I registered my complaint on 15.11.2016 for the set up box not working and not getting the service. Every day following complaints with their customer care no-[protected]. Every day they are assuring for sending the technician. After completing 10 days no body attending the complaint. If it is not resolved i will go to customer court for complaint/compensation.

Although sun network are having more than 140 movies of dr. Rajkumar only about 40 movies have been made available to us during last 4 years. We subscribed to sun direct with an intention of watching dr. Rajkumar movies in high quality through sun direct. Rather we are disappointed.
Please consider our request and provide us all available movies of dr. Raj.

Paid rs. 209 through internet sbi 30th september 2016. You have not refunded nor you have given tv connection. May be i have to advise my friend circle which is big not to have sun tv connections if this grievance is...

I have been subscribing to Sun Direct for the past 8 years.
It's unfortunate that we have not been able to watch any channel from 10.10.16 as there is a mistake in the set top box.

His is gopiprasad i've taken a sun direct connection in last four year subscription. The smart card no. Is [protected]. For the past one weeks, i could not receive any signal and getting error messages only (E52, e48, no signal etc.) i got the direct consumer service line and i have been complaining repeatedly. Even if they picked up the call, they do not send any of the service technicians. I have made more than 10 calls (Both from my mobile)....

Dont knw y the hell thy have customer care centre. They wont respond to our class and i wanted change my normal dish to hd dish. So i contacted my near by retail shop. And they replaced with an old box not a new box ..we paid rupees 550 for old box itself !! Again we complained to customer to change the box because i was old one on 07/09/16...
