Respected sir,
I made a recharged of 1050/-, for the recharge of my card,
So i logged in with my phone number and
Recharged it, and the recharge amount is not reflected in my account.
Citrus reference number: ctx[protected]
Order amount: 1050.00 inr
Transaction date & time: oct 30, 2016 02:23:17 pm
My smart card:[protected]
Now they said, it is reflected to my old-sun direct, which is de-actived by them and they provided a new connection by charging 1500/-.
Customer care people said that it will take less than 24hrs to reflect in my new account, and they filed a complaint, and it is not resolved.
Please help me in this regard.
My question is:
How they recharge my old smart card, as they disabled it and provided new one.
Why still my old card is till active, even after they issued me a new smart card.
