Dear Madam/Sir,

last 15days i am not getting signal problem and i filed a complaint in you customer care on 29 August 2016. now i am daily doing the follow ups and still no service engineers attend for same. my complaint no. 1-[protected] FYR. I am thinking to switch over to some other dish operators. But my subscription valid till January 2017. Kindly let me know that Is my subscription money refunded to me? so that I can opt for some other DTH services.

    Sir my smart card number [protected] i am using sun direct since 4 years
    but suddenly we got problem with set top box. we call to customer care and
    changed set top box charged 350 rupees for set top box but its not functioning properly. when we call to customer care its not connecting properly and if we email its not working properly . this is the service of sun direct services. its very worst services they are providing to customers and seriously and i want to complain about the sun network department for making fools of customer and providing worst service and improper management regarding website is not functioning properly

      We are taking hindi movies pack to see english movies in hindi version.

      There was only utv action channel is providing in your dth platform

      From on aug 22 you removed the utv action

      No other channel is giving english to hindi dubbed movies

      If you want remove one channel from your plot form you can remove

      Sahara filmy (I think no one like or watch this channel)

      Please reconnect the utv action channel in your dth platform

        On 27th August 2016 I have lodged complaint regarding frequent interruption whilst viewing TV channels of Sun direct. No body from Sun direct has responded till date even after contacting them thrice. I am thinking to switch over to some other dish operators. But my subscription valid till March 2017.           My sun direct smart card is not working since 2 days and I complained so many times to customer care and they did not responding anything...please take strict action against them...I called 10 times to customer care and they are saying 48 hours. Now 48 hours completed and nobody still not responded...please responded this compliant as soon as possible.

            Our tv was not switched on for a while. Last evening when called sun d cc it was told yearly subscript has expired and we have to renew. Which was done last night immediately.
            After wards we were told to contact cc which we did.
            Cc confirmed the subscription for the full year.
            When the tv was switched onn it was noticed, the display e52-32 searching for signal.
            Repeat cal to cc they took the complaint told us we have to pay for the technician which i said we will not.
            This morning local representative of sub d by name rama called and was talking about servive charges instead of attending to the service. Which is totaly iresponsible towards costumers.
            Thisis hapenning time and again which sun d have to set alright.
            Please see that this issue is attened on top priority.
            The local representative to be cautioned for irresponsible manner.

              I purchased one sun direct dth connection before five years approx. back. it was not recharging after[protected] due to children education
              After taking decision i talked with customer care numbers [protected] and
              [protected] and as per their guideline i recharged rs. 199/- on[protected] @ 04:13:25 hrs. and started to dial sun direct for activation and on 26/08/2016 they are suggesting to pay money for attending the unknown fault and on enquiry they told if require i have to purchase new set top box and immediately i told then i am not interested to proceed further and requested them to return back my money and they replied they will not return money me.
              How, they can enjoy my money without giving service?
              How, they are demanding for expenditure of more money for service?
              Why, they instructed me to recharge first and then they will check set top box service?
              I need you kind help for returning back of my money rs. 199/- only.

              Today 27/08/2016 @ 12:41 Hrs. I received SMS from VM-SUNDTH that my complain is resolved . I am not accepting your claim as in ref. to the Tele discussion against called No.[protected] @12:28 Hrs. Caller had taken the observation from me about my SET TOP BOX Power On LED colour after switch on and changing of colour after a few second and against my reply he informed me that my SET TOP BOX have no fault, requires to adjust the signal only.
              So, now I am asking you why from your Customer Care Number, I was instructed to recharge FIRST without taking any observation of my SET TOP though repeatedly I told them my SET TOP BOX was in switch off condition so please take the test but after than also they instructed me to Recharge First and then they will resolve the issue and moreover after recharge Four days I tried with your customer care number but they did not take any observation and at last after four days against of my repeated calls with lot of request one tested my SET TOP Box and instructed me to deposite more Rs. 100/- to send someone to diagnosis the SET TOP BOX and against my question she further inform there is no budgetary plan for rectification of BOX fault and even it may require to purchase another SET TOP BOX. Then I replied that I should not continue the service from Sun Direct as you have not only poor service but also you have no clear cut guideline so better to return my Rs. 200/- (Recharge Amount) and she immediately told SUN DIRECT WILL NOT REFUND Money and I told kindly discuss with other senior official and finalize me otherwise, I will be compelled to go upto any level for my RS.200/- ONLY. But she disconnected my phone.
              Now, again from[protected] number I was confirmed that my SET TOP BOX have no fault and received above mentioned SMS.
              So, at last in short it has been established for your poor management, I harassed by Sun DIRECT.
              How, you can close the case without without returning money as per my claim and without giving any written apology letter to the deprived consumer.

              Today 30/08/2016 @ 11.46 Hrs. I received SMS from VK-SUNDTH that my complain is resolved as i like as repetition of FORCEFUL CLOSING OF DOCKET like previously on 27th Aug 2016 also you closed my complain without resolving the issue though on that day after sending my mail, I received a call from[protected] on 28th Aug 2016 @ 16:11 Hrs and caller talked with me 14 Minute36 Secs and caller assured me that to wait kindly for 48 Hours for resolution of my complain by returning back of my money from Sun Direct as per my claim.

              Today During my travel time @ 10.03 AM, I received one time miss call from one unknown number i.e.[protected]. Caller did not called me second time and I tried twice to connect that unknown number but failed to connect that number. and surprisingly @ 11.46 Hrs. I received one SMS from VK-SUNDTH that my complain is resolved as i like as the repetition of FORCEFUL CLOSING OF DOCKET like previously on 27th Aug 2016

              Neither a received any mail or letter or SMS prior to receive that closing sms @ 11.46 Hrs today but today Sun Direct send one Closing SMS without resolving of the issue.
              In short again it has been established for your poor management and bad services with a motto to harass the customer only. Today again Sun Direct harassed me.
              How, you can close the case without without returning money as per my claim and without giving any written communication to the deprived consumer.

                I have recharged for rs.280 from the dealer yesterday 8.30pm but still i did not get the connection till morning 9.30.

                Then i got the only basic channels only tamil channels. But i paid for sports hindi and news channels. I tried calling multiple times and spoke to customer care executive santhanam and harsh, but they are not giving the proper reason. Also they are not having any toll free number. Asked the customer care executive whether they have changed the plan he is not saying anything and saying that we will process and it will take 15mins but still even after 20 mins. I did not get any call or msg or the subscription activated for which i paid. Customerscare executive said that i will be getting a call back which i never received. Asked for the complaint no he denied saying that it is a process that he cannot share the complaint no. I even don't know wheather he logged my complaint. Asked to escalate the call to his supervisor or manager. He again said that it is a process that he can't escalate the call to his manager or supervisor. Also asked him for any kind of escalation matrix. He said there is no such options. Asked him for the email escalation he repeated website (http://www.sundirect.customercare.in) very fast very fast i can't even get it noticed asked him to repeat it phonetically he became aggresive and again repeated it very fast aggressively and did not even spell the website name. I tried to google and got the website id and found that the website is not working. And also is a paid service for (Customer care) which they are providing very worst service. Already i have one videocon d2h which is providing a better service and the cost is also low for everything when compared to sundirect. So i'm planning to move to videocon d2h.
                Customerscare service is very poor for sundirect i will give rating 0 out of 10. Not providing any complaint no or excavation matrix

                  I am very disappointed with sun direct DTH they are very irresponsible last month 11th of july 2016 I recharged my set up box for rs250 and I didn't get most of the channels didn't come at all when I raised a complaint they said we had to change the set up box but we had just changed the set up box but already twice we changed the set up box n paid rs 350 for the renewal of the set up box because of the renewed set up box my TV also got spoilt last month most of the channels didn't come they closed our complaint because we were not willing to buy another set up box again it was a waste of mony
                  sun direct is crap very less channels compared to other DTH n high price also we are no longer willing to get cheated and waste our money on useless stuff like this. the price is to high and channels are very less please take serious action and please come and take away your sun direct DTH and refund our money back to us.!!!

                    From last 1 week my set top box is not working. Complain had been submitted to customer care on 9th August. Every day customer care Executive make excuses & even after 1 week mater is not resolve.

                    Are you trained your people to cheat

                      My smart card no. Is [protected]r. Last one year i used to change the sun direct setup box every three months or four months even 20 days as well, nearly three times with payment for setup box rs.350 and two more times of payment of rs.150 for the past one year as per customer care requested. Even though they are not providing good quality setup box. I lost subscription money and waste of time to spend this only but no good service at all. Recently last month 25th july 2016, i raised the complaint through customer care and i got replacement box with rs.350. Today 16th august 2016 its not working. I am completely fed up. What kind service provided by sun direct...?. Very much draw back is customer care. They are given false promise and again they asked me sorry for the false promise. Its a funny kind of customer spoken to me. I just spoke this afternoon 1.30 pm with one of customer care name is mahendran. He never solve my issue and also he doesn't know how handle the customer call. Please rectify that and solve my issue.

                            I had recharged the sun direct DTH service with a offer named 3+3 (recharge for 3 months and get 3 months free ) in Malayalam basic pack. Since the recharge amount is not available in the on-line recharge facility provided in the sun direct website, I was directed to recharge with the higher amount by the customer care executive (on 14/04/2016). After three months my connection was disconnected and I loss the remaining 3 months. By contacting the customer care they are saying that "it is necessary to recharge with the same amount for special offers, otherwise you have to contact the customer care". They are hiding the mistake done by the customer care executive and saying that "you can go to consumer court if you have any complaints against us and prove that it our technical mistake".

                            Since I don't have any proof of documents to show that I was directed to recharge with the higher amount by the customer care executive ( it is just an oral information ) I am help less to take action.

                            The sun direct cheating the public by giving unbelievable offers and take it back by finding mistake with the customer. I am not looking to get my money back, but to save the public from these kind of digital cheating.

                            I had done the recharge in the festival season "Vishu", now the next festival season "Onam" is coming, they will be planning more ideas to cheat the customer with latest offer.

                            Please save the public...

                              I really feel bad when i see new kannada channels in other service providers like dish tv, tata sky and i really dont understand why sundirect peiple are not updating with so many new kannada channels which are available right now in market, ex: colors super(available in tata, Videocon, dish tv), other music channels as well like raj musiq, news channels like B tv, we are really hiping the best, please add more channels as we are taking better i dont feel like I'm getti g more stuffs, but i agree that the video quality is top class. Please do the needful.

                                Sunday evening 6.30 pm new film will be telecasted on sun tv.
                                The film is miruthan. Tuesday and wednesday same film will be announced. But after thursday to change the feature film is baatcha. It is very worst activity. Once the film will be announced that film telecast. With out noticed the film will be changed. I am very so much disappointed about sun tv network. Kindly ignore the batcha film and telecast miruthan on sunday[protected].

                                This is not a message tomorrow the film will be announced on tv only miruthan only otherwise baatcha telecast, i am forwarded to facebook, twitter, and youtube.

                                In sun tv serial 1000 episode crossed serial should be closed as soon as possible. because so much serial are wanted to telecast and there is no more channel.

                                  Set top box and the issued card is not working. On contacting the customer care they say within 48hours engineer would come but in past 7days no one has contacted yer. This is the worse service providers ever. There customer service executive are so unsure about there actions that they keep chanting the same things -"it will be resolved at the earliest" but so far nothin has happened. All we do it keep callin them up and hear the same thing again again. I have already made payment for 6months else wud have disconnected the connection by now. Neither they provide refund nor they give any services.

                                    They have the worst customer service i've ever experienced, its being 5 days since i've registered a complaint and my complaint no is 1-[protected] the first guy said that the problem will be resolved within 48 hours but nothing happened. Ever since i'm just calling them just to hear we will do it asap and will try our best that you should not call us again. They dont even have courtesy to inform us if their technician is not able to visit us or whats the status of out complaint. Its we who have to call every other day just to hear we will do it asap. They are not even giving us a approx time.

                                    I will suggest anyone trying for sundirect just don"t if you wana save your money and wana get best for what you pay try some other service provider but not sun direct.

                                      Sir, on 15/07/2016 we reacharged rs.220/ through pay world from retailer shop, nisha music centre, kaushla road, fazilka-152123, punjab. land mark near abohar road, new ciniema. so far that amount not credited in our a/c. so kindly do the needful things. last 5 years we are using sun direct, so disappointment we are planning so dth connection sun to other network. because system and functioned system not well. kindly do the needful things.
                                      Specially in punjab sun direct net service very poor. through airtel money i was trying to recharge last 10 days but couldn't succeeded. kindly make sure your customer service will be perfect and good. transacition no:[protected], pay world complaint:- 441314, i hope that along this nothing will not need to slove our reacharge problem.

                                        I registred a compaint on 3rd of july complaint no- SR # 1-[protected] for my sun direct dth error of 604 smart card failure ...and from that day i called in customer care more than 10times still i dont get any technision help. A fake dth company and its fake promises..
