I have been using sun direct dth, the service is deteriorating each passing day, I have recharged the mega pack and yet none of the star channels are telecasted, when enquired about it, I was told by the local service dealer that I have to change the set top box, its pertinent to mention that I have changed the set top box once before a year back . The service of the sun direct call centre is also pretty bad, the calls are generally not answered, and even if it is answered after repeated tries, the call gets disconnected or the person at the customer care is not competent enough to satisfactorily answer the query.. The sun direct used to have radio services as well but now they have dispensed with it for reason best known to Sun direct. I request that 1. the customer care services may be improved. 2. the problem of not able to view star channels may be rectified without having to change the set top box. 3. The radio services may also be re started. My sun direct smart card number is [protected].
