    Why colors super not available in sundirect, we want colors super immediately and we really don't know why this sundirect playing such non sense thing, others dth like videocon tatasky airtel tv all are update colors super channel but sundirect still didn't update, and sundirect will stop channel even validity is 3days before, sundirect aim only is to achieve many, so please update colors super on sundirect immediately.

      I have recharged my set top box with a mega pack... But many channels which are included in that pack are not coming... It is showing error check you cable connection... I tried to reconnect the cable... But it does not show any rresult... It is showing the samee... Not only one channel nearly 50 to 60 channels are showing like that... What to do???? Please tell a solution..

        This is Manasa from Chennai, My Sun Direct card no is [protected] . For smart card I have paid Rs:2000 /- on 03/12/2016 to Technician (mobile No [protected]).
        In online on 29th November I raised request for new connection. On 3rd of December one of your technician came and fixed new setup box but at that time it’s not activated. Technician took my id proof and said that on 4th he will activate it, at that time paid Rs:2000/- by hand.
        As informed he could not activated that, again on 9th he came and fixed demo box. He said “temporally he is fixing it, on 10th he will bring new box” .
        After that he is not picking my call at all. It’s almost more than one month.
        Really I’m Unhappy with your service, I called customer care for two times. They said, they will raise complaint against him but I could not receive any complaint no or any action taken against him.
        Customer focus should be required, like this definitely you will lose customers.

          Respected sir/madam i am a big fan of sun direct all channels or osam good service, please provide "colour super" channel in sun direct becoz on 16th bigg boss was coming in "color super" not coming in colors kannada please. Provide channel please update to my request about this matter i hope my wish will be fulfilled response me as fast as possible please.

            I am using Sun direct DTH as i am recently transfered to noida and staying in ghaziabad, after installation it is observed Smart card Failure Error immediately i complained to customer care on 24/12/2016 they assured me that their technician will visit and resolve the issue with in 48 hours. From that day i keep on calling customer care on a daily basis, each time they are responding as they will make the complaint on high priority basis and will resolve the issue. but it is 15 days past and till now no response and no one called me from their end.
            Sun Direct customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I made a recharge of 50 Rs. But Sundirect deducted Rs6 & credited only Rs 44. On enquiry they said deduction of service tax.
            It is looting. When I subscribe for Sony channel no:310, they deduct 18 Rs inclusive of service tax. They should not deduct When I deposited amount in my account.

              Dear Sir,

              I Sankar sabbisetti and i am holding your sun direct company TV setup Box and smart card no : [protected].

              I have taken this connection 2 years back.

              Complaint : Every 2-3 months i am getting problem " No channel" and " Searching for signal". As usually i am raising compliant and your technician is coming and solving, charging 150/- rupees.

              Today[protected] i had called your customer care from my register no : [protected]. I spoke with some representative, she had replied me as these words " you can talk to area distributor " if you don't want pay talk to our technician". I said can i talk to your supervisor and she couldn't done the same.

              Note : Today problem is some 20% channels are coming and 80% channels are not coming.

              Please resolve the issue and tell to your customer care staff that they are representing company .

              Dear Team,

              I have got call from your team, that if i am not 150/ rupees they will not send technician for the same.

              Why you company representatives behaving like this.

                    Name ajay banik, smart card no. [protected]r. I am complaining to the customer care since 8 months together as i am unable to view the channels as it gets up freezes and it stops signals and again starts up with the logo of sun direct etc. Within span of five minutes this happens i had asked them the problem they said to change the set top box i said ok charge is rs. 350/- i agreed but till nothing has been heard. Secondly on 08/12/2016 i again complaint about e-118 can't view 5 channels but they turned deaf ears. Please solve my problem.

                    I am very sorry to say that neither they have called me nor they have mailed me any message till date. I have paid the annual subscription up till June 2017 over and above my Rs. 354/- is lying in their account.

                      I have been using sun direct dth, the service is deteriorating each passing day, I have recharged the mega pack and yet none of the star channels are telecasted, when enquired about it, I was told by the local service dealer that I have to change the set top box, its pertinent to mention that I have changed the set top box once before a year back . The service of the sun direct call centre is also pretty bad, the calls are generally not answered, and even if it is answered after repeated tries, the call gets disconnected or the person at the customer care is not competent enough to satisfactorily answer the query.. The sun direct used to have radio services as well but now they have dispensed with it for reason best known to Sun direct. I request that 1. the customer care services may be improved. 2. the problem of not able to view star channels may be rectified without having to change the set top box. 3. The radio services may also be re started. My sun direct smart card number is [protected].

                        I am N Rajesh Kumar from Chennai - Smart card number [protected]R
                        After the cyclone on Dec 12 we lost our connection i the entire building. We waited for a couple of days thinking that it will restore soon.
                        Since it didn’t work, we started contacting the toll free number since the customer care number was not reachable after the cyclone.
                        Few of these complaints were closed without anyone coming and attending the issue. We again formally raised the complaint on Dec 25th where we were told that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours of time.

                        Again no technician were allotted or did they come and attend even this time .On December 27th when we called Customer care we were told that within 24 hours the issue will be resolved. We were given the contact numbers of our dealer Shankar whom when we contacted gave a technician numbers. Both the numbers given were not attended despite repeated attempts. They didn’t even consider me human being where they didn’t attend the call and tell when they can come and resolve it. Moreover they thought that i am calling them to ask for some money :) Now am very tired and irritated to the core to call the customer care number and ask for a solution and now i know how many employees are working in the customer care and know the names as well (Jeevanandham, Ramya & Archana) and even after leaving all my egos and call them will hear the same Gyana that my issue will resolve today evening Sir. My neighbours complaint was closed without any action and they got the reply from dealer stating that please recharge your sun direct which is going to expired only next month, so that’s how Sun direct dealers are insulting each and every customers. I am ready to cancel my Sun direct after this but my subscription expires only on June because I use to recharge yearly. If I am not getting any solution for this, then I will go to consumer court and file a complaint against Sun direct.

                        Also I know that cancelling my Sun direct subscription or including my neighbours connection will not cause any big impact on Sun direct but if I posted in all social media and consumer complaints website, at least you will lose one new customer every month for sure by seeing this posts as you know that social media is playing a vital role nowadays

                          I was not able to view Some channels of Star since m1 month. I was launch complain through your customer care officers . My complain no. is[protected].
                          I was really surprised that not body is taking action against my complain. I recharged my account with 1 year prescription. Who is going to refund of my money i was not able to view Some STAR channels since last 1 month. Please give me reply.

                          Also need immediate action against my complain. I am very sorry to tell you that if no further action will taken against my this mail then i will go in consumer court. I am highly dissatisfied with your services.

Its almost one month passed but not solved so finally I felt they might be in need of money hence start cheating customers and looting money in unethical way hence thought to donate my Rs.500 to them and disconnected their set top box.

                            I had some issue of some channels been not shown. I had complaint to sundirect about this and its been one month now. A technician came and changed our set-top box and put one old set-top box through which I got the channels which I was not getting but after a day the set-top box stopped and is not working now. I have been complaining about it since a week but no responce is been shown and no action has been taken. Also the technician took my old set-top box along with him and also charged Rs. 350 to me.                               I have raised a complaint on Dec 17th 2016. complained them to properly mount and re-align the dish antenna which got unscrewed and unmounted from the wall due to Chennai cyclones 3 weeks back. this shows they have not properly mounted it during the installation.
                              1. even after 3 weeks none of the technicians came and supported. but now they have closed the ticket stating alignment done.
                              2. today[protected] they have called and asked if the re-location request was fulfilled. seems like they have wantedly modified my complaint to a relocation request so they close this call easily.
                              3.[protected] till today[protected] days my dth was not working,
                              [protected]complaint raised) till today[protected] it took them 12 days to call me back, yet not resolved the case. but closed it. finally I could not wait for long and resolved this by my own spending Rs.550.

                              I request you to take a severe action for not supporting customer on time, also cheating the customer for closing their calls and also request help to extend the subscription to 16 more days to expire as it was not working all these 16 days,

                                  I have a sundirect DTH in my Chennai quarters. After the cyclone affected from 12Dec my DTH were not working. The same has been reported to customer service after the fourth day of cyclone. 10 days passed, the sundirect official did not took the action by sending technician to resolved the matter. Repeated telephone calls and emails, faxes and letters to the office. Not bother about the customer service. When ever approached to CC they were promising to rectify the defects by 24 hrs. What I will do? Anybody have a suggestion?

                                    Please refer my complaint lodged in e-mail [protected]@sundirect, in on 22.12.2016 regarding non working of sun direct from 12.12.2016. I have tried to get the customer care toll free number several times[protected] from 14.12.2016 but in vain and finally made complaint through e-mail on 22.12.2016 and reminded on 23.12.2016. To day morning by 10.30 am some body from sun net work called me and inquired about the complaint and informed me that their technician will call me from number[protected]. But no body has called me till now, i have also tried to contact the above two numbers but in vain. Hence necessary action may kindly be taken against the sun net work to get my subscription refunded to me so that i may choose other valuable net work.

                                        After repeated attempts from 17.12.16 for registering my complaint, i have booked complaint on 19.12.16 for no dth signal. My compliant number sr[protected] generated 19.12.16 morning only, on 23rd dec we were enquired about technical team attendance for the compliant, but no such team visited for closing the issue. However i received a sms from sun dth on 24 dec the signal alignment has been resolved, but our problem is yet to be resolved. Whether sundth requires patronage with such poor responses.

                                        Sundirect DTH is down after the Cyclone storms. NoSignal Error message is seen. The rooftop antenna should be realigned. Situation has prevailed for weeks. Kindly respond to it at the earliest.
