This is problem since 1 year, In the initial they came and changed the reciever part charged about rs 200 this happened every 2 months again again charging for it about 4 times and at last said setup box is repair so, they changed it after a month this problem started again, going to take this case futther in cheat and fraud case, because again a person came saying he will change the setuo boz took 100 rs and said setup box is not currently available and he disappeared and dont even answer our call, and especially the service people in the location ( woman) doesnt even respect customer and hear the problem. Please i suggest you not to prefer this dth service, faced only massive loss. will surely take further severe action.

      I wish to draw your attention on the following points for needful actions

      No.1 name change: my wife mrs. savthriyamma is no more, she expired in sagar hospital on 22/4/2015 and it was already informed your dept with a request to change the name to mr. haniyur v s moorthy. there are no changes in the address and tel #.

      So far it is not done. could you please do the needful


      No. 2 picture quality: since 10 days, many channels are not clear. the picture is fragmented and cannot be viewed. please do the needful

      Now it is more than a month, name change is totally neglected and i see my tv pics are totally fragmented, cannot be viewed and the customer care is least bothered.

      Should we recommend sun direct connections to our friends, relatives and general public?

      If the sun direct staff fail to attend within 3 days i will be forced to remove all sun direct connections in my buildings and go for an alternative provider.
      Kindly do the needful.

It is just showing no signal always. I called the customer 4-5 times. They just pick up the phone. But no response. No technician came. Please solve my problem. My smart card number is[protected].           Sir I have already registered complaint on toll free number on 26.06.16 at 13.15 hrs followed by reminders daily from 28.06.16 till date.but no one attended. My complaint is that I am at present able to view only 6 to 7 channels. In respect of other channels it shows an error number 48---32.I have recharged on 25.06 .16.when can I expect a technical person.or else I may have to cancel the connection.pl do the needful

            I have selected English mega movie for Rs. 40 in the option given in the sun dth web site.Then the site directed me to pay Rs. 49 instead of Rs.40. But any Egnlish movie channel is available in my tv.By contacting the customer care of sun dth it informed that the payment is taken for foot ball channel.It is very much cheating that without any information my recharge is taken for their decided channel.

              I would like to bring your notice that i have requested a dth service under hd+ mega plan and your service engineer provided the plan to 43"led tv on 28.5.2016. Just after installation, after checking the tv, i found that the picture quality was very poor and asked him the reason for the same. He told me that he will change the set top box later so that i can able see the clear picture.

              After a month, i contacted the service person (Mobile no# [protected]) for the change of set top box. To my surprise, he told that i need to pay rs.999/- again for getting set top box for high picture quality. I had an argument with him on phone stating that he should have informed me at the time of installation and i would have opted the same. Later i requested to install hd set top box and was ready to pay the amount rs.999/- as no option.

              Even after my request, till date he neither came and replace set top box nor properly answered my queries. Now he even not attending my phone.

              Today, i called up your office and told me that your office will replace the set top box within 3 days. I take this as gentle men promise, though it is the duty of the service provider to explain the customer before installation. Since i have a paid 5 month subscription amounting rs.3090/-for hd+ and not able avail the facility, i expect you to immediately do necessary action so that uninterrupted service of dth will be available to me.

              I further request you to necessary steps to properly inform the customer before installation as they are not aware of the technicality of the services/system.

                My Smart Card No. :[protected] I had bought a subscription plan on[protected] for 3 months paying RS.775/- For Marathi mega shine plan.
                But they disconnected the network on[protected] which is well with 85 days. I had lost 5 days of subscription. they are cheating their customers.i will talk to customer care executive on live chat.( he told We will provide 30 days for 01 month pack.In April Marati Mega Shine pack amount is Rs. 730 for 03 months, now only we changed the package to Rs. 775. he say Sir, if you recharged with correct denomination then only the three months plan will be automatically activated. Now please recharge Rs. 775 we will activate for your pack directly 03 months . ) but i will already make the payment of Rs 775/- Please help me with this.

                i would like to get the 5 days of subscription as soon as possible.

                    I topped up rs 49/- on my sun direct account on jun 18, 2016 07:49:35 pm for adding pogo channel for two months. The selection on their website was recharge for others. (Not monthly recharge) no where it was written that this rs 49 recharge is for football add on.
                    After i topped up the amount, it was not showing the amount in my account balance. I contacted customer service through chat immediately - no response. I contacted the chat again on 19-6-16 and i got a shocking news that my amount is eaten up by football add on. He advised me for recharge for rs 100/-.
                    This is the problem of the website, which is not given any information on this recharge. During my payment i could not find the word football anywhere on the website.
                    The customer service executive rejected my request for adding rs 49 to my account balance.
                    Why the customer has to suffer for the problem of the website. So kindly return my rs 49/-

                        Pl ensure that when a customer raised a complaint, your customer care executive haven’t a suitable answer and purposely diverting from the original issues. I don’t know what is the meaning of customer care service. If a complaint raised by a customer as per your executive telling that the complaint will resolve after 48 hrs. if I want to see a match on today, that will can I see after 48 hrs.pl avoid such kind of practice. My smart card no is-[protected] and Mob Nos is [protected], If any customer reach out of his mobile why should not try again when customer pick their his/her mobile instead of close the complaint and one main important things is a bachelor, how he respond when a technical service team calling.he is out of his room for office at 08 am and coming back after 06.00 pm this is not possible to response in time and this is indicated that the customer care has responsibility. I am not satisfy with the service provider

                          We have sun direct connection since 2010, when we are changing the channels they are hanging and reacently 34 channels are stopped on 14th june 23:10 Hrs. to 16th June 11:30 hrs. (during the call to customer care) wihtout any information like Aaj Tak tv, Zee tv, Star gold etc.
                          I tried to complaint but no any positive response from the customer care executive.
                          I complained that provide me the Extension the period of two days which the 34 channels were Hanged.
                          and not registered my complaint,

                            The connection were using from past 5 years ...now step up box not working I have called customer care wrong information on products and engineers is given different amount ... some other person called given different amount...in my life I have never seen this type of service which I have got ... compare to other providers ...the worst service from sun direct ...I will just remove and through the connection right now ...

                              I have recharged the above said id on 30.05.2016 but till 01.06.2016 service was not resumed.

                              I have logged an complaint on 01.06.2016 for technical issue.

                              And 01.06.2016 onwards i have called several times in the c care but it seems to be wastage of time.

                              Till date nobody from technical services contacted me regarding my complaint.

                              As per customer care its max. Time limit for technical assistance is within 48 hrs.

                              But in my case it has already passed 7 days.

                              No one looks in the matter vigorously.

                              Its my first experience with sundirect regarding such type of dissatisfaction.

                              Kindly arrange to provide technical support by tomorrow itself.

                                I have recharged my sun direct connection pact on 02.12.2015 for 6 months which will be expired on 01.06.2016

                                But they are inadvertently disconnected my sun direct connection on 29.05.2016 midnight before expire date of 01.06.2016

                                They are disconnected my connection by taking 180 days instead of 6 months period by illegally counting 30 days a month.

                                Asper the law the 6 month will be expired on 01.06.2016 (From 02.12.2015) and the same will not be counted as 180 days.

                                As per the terms and condition of the sun direct, whcih available on the internet site of the sun direct, there is nowhere written the same as recharge month will be counted on 30 days basis.

                                There is not mentioned anywhere in their recharge option also.
                                In the recharge option it is clearly mentioning that - 12 months, 6 months, 3 months, 2 months and 1 months - not mentioning the 30 days period.

                                So they are disconnected my sun direct dth connection illegally and against law.

                                I request your good self to take necessary action on this regard.

                                I also request your good self to pass necessary order and pass any other relief which this hon'ble forum may deem fit and proper in the
                                Circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the complanint and against the defendants

                                  My relatives said to install sundirect dish
                                  It was good for 2 months (From installation day). But it was not good now my dish doesn't getting signal. Only 2 or 3 channels are coming abd remaining not. My father said to file a suit on you but i didn't because, i have an opinion on your sundirect. But it was killed. Don't worry, i will satisfy my father's decision. I will see you in consumer court

                                      Missing channels

                                      I have a sun direct DTH for 2-3 years now and I am unsatisfied by the poor display of channels available on the platform. Channels like Toonami and Star World Premier HD are not available on the DTH, These channels are a bit new but still unlike other DTH companies that Instantly acquire the newest of channels sun direct fails to do so. But since channels are new it can be overlooked but what about Animax it has been for quite a long time...

                                      I have taken sun direct hd+ connection one week back(smart card no [protected]). From first day i am getting very poor signal for which i complained to sundirect by calling serveral times. Finally, technician came and have done something and from that time blank screen is coming. Again i complained to customer care, this time their technical team called when i was there in office and asked me to be there at TV. I said i would reach my home by 7:30 and asked them to call at time for which they agreed. But i didn't get call. I again called them and got response that i should be there when technical people calls me and they can call me at any time. This is the worst service from sundirect . I used many services like airtel broadband, tikona broadband, samsung service, symphony service, idea network etc., But i never experienced this much worst service. Please don't go for sun direct. If possible i will be throwing my sun direct into dust bin.

                                      My problem got rectified with silly solution for which the technician came from sun direct don't know but the person came from dealer knows.For non hd tv to be connected from hd setup box a code 7531 should be typed(which is much like cheat code) at help section in tools.
