on dated 11.01.2022, i was shifting my personal belonging items in super tech, ecovillage, block no b-9, flate no. 1705 in my rental hired flat. Hired loaded vehicle with my family not get the entrance & hold 3 hours by security gate persons named y.G. Estates facilities management pvt. Ltd, ecovillage-i.

I requested to head of gate mr. Yashwant singh but denied to help & demanding rs. 2000/-...

We have not received possession despite paying full amount of my 2 bhk flat which we have booked in 2010 in evo village 2.

Now i want my money back with interest @12%....

I also have been cheated by this fraud builder SUPERTECH. after I booked a flat under affordable scheme in gurgaon, I did cancel the same in few days after reading reviews about this builder. It has been almost 2+ years that they did not refund the amount yet even this comes under RERA so called rules.
