Project name & address- Upcountry Supertech, Yamuna Expressway, YEIDA, Sector 17A, Gautam Budh Nagar, UP.
1) Maintenance charges- Without getting OC & CC they are charging maintenance charges which is illegal.
2) Electricity charges- This project do not have legal consumer electricity connection for residents since they have not got OC & CC. They fraudulently somehow have given the possession to some 200+ buyers saying the OC/...

I have applied for the valley project by supertech application no is 3083670.

after lucky draw I have cancelled my allotment bcz i was not comfortable with ground floor. so I have given my written communication to trisha kohli, nisha Pandey, and dolly bajaj and I got confirmation about cancellation. but it have need more than 2 year and not received my refund near abt Rs 90000/- ( Booking amount 115000 )

Please do the needful.

Paid full and final for my flat at Ecovillage 1, B12A-901, 05 months ago but not yet received my no dues certificate which was promised by below said person will provide within 1 month.

Respected sir,

on dated 11.01.2022, i was shifting my personal belonging items in super tech, ecovillage, block no b-9, flate no. 1705 in my rental hired flat. Hired loaded vehicle with my family not get the entrance & hold 3 hours by security gate persons named y.G. Estates facilities management pvt. Ltd, ecovillage-i.

I requested to head of gate mr. Yashwant singh but denied to help & demanding rs. 2000/- as a gate entrance fees. I have no way to get entrance so i have paid rs. 2000/- on cash vide their slip no. 19286.
You are request to please help to refund the said amount rs. 2000/- & crediot the same in my maintenance account.

while signing the agreement with Builder a financer name-India Bulls was introduced by the builder as they were having an exclusive tie-up for this project.

we have been told in writing (Govt. Affidavit) that within 3 years the possession will be given if not than builder will be paying my EMI to the financer directly.

As on date I am paying my regular EMI's in order to avoid my CIBIL score & further financial assistance if required.

I escalate my case to Investor Clinic, Supertech & India Bulls but nobody is helping me out.

I feel cheated & exhausted with all the three entities (Investor Clinic, Supertech & India Bulls)

With a hope only from Government authorities, I request your intervention on Top priority so that justice can be given & further I should get back my money with interest.

I have already lodged an grievance with UP government(GOVUP/E/2021/72654) & Centre grievance portal(DOURD/E/2021`/25662) but still waiting for the solution.

Dear sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I am the buyer o[censored]nit no. F - 1207, of your project Green Village Supertech, Meerut (UP) - 250002 and it is of huge concern to me that I have not received any official communication from Supertech regarding the confirmed date of handing over of the possession of the said Unit, Whenever we ask for possession then they give us new date every time
I am sorry to say but the company has failed to keep its commitment and has lost the customer's faith as it has delayed the possession of the said unit innumerable times and there seems to be no deadline to this project. I have paid 100% and paying interest on it every month to the bank which is causing me a substantial financial burden
Kindly let me know the final date of delivery of possession of my unit or else I would have to resort to taking appropriate legal actions against the company on account of the delays caused by you.

I have booked a flat on subvention basis in Hues in 2018 with details as mentioned - Flat #1401, Tower C, which was committed to offered in 2021. Since there is no work started in this tower, your sales team has offered to shift the flat to under construction tower with 100% old payment & liabilities transferred & additional 10% payment towards new tower (#802, Tower M).
We agreed and paid 10% additional to what we have already paid towards old tower (direct payment + loan amount + assured rentals).
Now we came to know that only 60% of old amount is transferred to new account & nobody is bothering it to correct as committed.
Kindly correct this asap & we can share the supporting documents if required. Thanks

I also have been cheated by this fraud builder SUPERTECH. after I booked a flat under affordable scheme in gurgaon, I did cancel the same in few days after reading reviews about this builder. It has been almost 2+ years that they did not refund the amount yet even this comes under RERA so called rules.

I really regret that I invested in Supertech. Even regret of my investment in gurgaon which is bringing and growing such frauds.

I purchased flat in 2020 and have paid my yearly mantainance in december.. despite mutiple reminders.. these people still deduct money from my electric meter

I had booked a 2 BHK flat in project Eco Village-3 situated at GH- 06, Sec- 16-B Greater Noida 201303. Pursuing to the Terms & Conditions of the agreement, I had already made timely payment amounting to Rs. 2474064.96 till date. The possession of the unit was supposed to be given by Dec’17 with a further grace period of 6 months i.e. by Jun’18. However, the fact remains that excavation work upto foundation that too for part of the area has been carried out by the Company after almost 6 years from the date of the said agreement.
The company has never informed me regarding the delays and rather was sending arbitrary photographs of the progress to secure the payments of instalments from me. After making the last payment in 2016, I have not received any further communication from the Company and have no idea as to when I will get the possession of the unit or will it ever happen.
The actions on part of the Company tantamounts to fraudulent practices, deficiency in services and breach of the Builder Buyer agreement. The Company has wilfully failed to offer timely possession of the unit within the contractual period or within a reasonable extended period. It was incumbent on part of the Company to communicate and pass on necessary relief by way of refunding the deposited amount along with applicable interest or to allot an equivalent unit at any of its completed projects in NCR/Noida. However, the Company has miserably failed to initiate any alternate measure and has driven me to unbearable financial hardships. Can anyone help me with the way forward? I am Satish Kumar, I have booked a flat in the name of my wife in Supertech the Valley sector-78 Gurgaon ( Tower- C Unit No. 406).
As you know this is a government of affordable flat which takes only a middle family or a lever family from him. I am also from a middle family.
I took this property so that later I can make some future for my children.
As you would know, Covid-19 is going on for the last one and a half years which is still there and at this time my company was also closed, recently I got a new job and I also applied in the bank for this side loan
And I had also requested the Supertech finance team Mr. Jay Verma give me a loan from any bank but he has stopped picking up the phone now.
I also had a talk with Supertech CRM/ collection team, they told me if you want to continue the unit then you have to deposit ₹ 1500000 within 1 month now tell in Covid-19 time people do not have money in which I also have nothing.
I do not have 1500000 rupees at a time, And I request the Supertech finance team to give me a loan
Because I have tried, no bank is ready to give loan for your Supertech, now tell me what is my fault in this.
You tell me what to do
I Request Supertech Team with Mail and telephonic If you are canceling my unit then do it but I want a hundred percent refund with management quota Now what is this management quota, you know very well what black money you and your partner take from us for 3BHK.

I am staying at supertech ecovillage 2 tower b 10 from last 2 months suddent supertech woke up today and coming again and again to say that dont put shoes near your gate.. why?? Everyone is puting in same why i should not?? Do anyone put their shoe rack inside their house. What nonsense this is. I would like to loadge a complain against them, i think they are getting extra money from someone to do this, because i have seen lot of flats who are putting their shoe racks their even some are puting near by lifts nobody complained against them then why us?? Kindly take the action against this as early as possible. Or give them solution regarding this.

We have booked a unit in officers enclave in 2016 and commitment date to deliver the same from Supertech was October 2018. We visited the site in 2019 and there was very little construction. We reached out to Supertech office in noida and CRT Team gave new delivery date on October 2020 in writing. We again visited the site in August 2021 and there was very little to no progress at all. With the wy construction work is at hault there i dont think it will be delivered in next 4-5 years also!!!a

I booked a flat in Supertech's Officers Enclave under " Supertech's Hill TOWN" Sohna Road Sec 2 flat no C1A and I was promised the possession will be handed over in Jul2019 as per planned . However there has been no construction until today in the entire area and the only block recently developed is the C block and there is no registry done for the entire houses there and I was been asked for the possession yesterday on 15th Aug and there they do not need had any lawyer, they gave me a number to call stating that they will help me on registry with the necessary documents required from me as this was a process done by the builder. I agreed and took the keys and now on 16th Aug when I am trying to call the contact Mr Rajesh for the registry, I was been informed that I had to borne all the charges associated as its not done by builder, hearing this when I contacted Supertech, they said they never said this (Despite the fact they said those lines in front of 4 of my family members and two of the agents from Supertech and thats when I signed before taking the keys). Now I do not have any documents proving that house is mine and not any registry or that area is not that developed that we can stay with our family.

We have a flat booked with Supertech Golf country which is still under construction for almost 8 years. We require 3 payment receipts that were misplaced. We are not able to get them from Supertech, extremely unhelpful and rude set of customer support. Since we have put a case against Supertech in RERA court, they are harassing us no end. pls help.

Dera Sir I have already paid Rs 10.75 lacs in Mar 2015 The flat was supposed to be ready by June 21. The construction has not been started at all. When you ask for refund alternative project been offered at premium prize.The refund be given with interest of 2.5 per cent per annum as per agreement.If you write to CRM supertech no one replies to email and also letters. The talk with Director is also refused by learned Supertech management...

Please provide me the latest construction update for my booked flat no 401 in eco village 2 tower C-9.ihave paid 95% of cost of flat .the flat is booked in Oct 2010 but still I have not got position
