Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Dinesh chandra, purchased one flat in ECO VILLAGE -II in July 2010. The number of my flat is C7/1301. Since two years I am following up with Customer care, site manager and CRM team, but no confirmation of date of possession till date. I visited CRM team three times in last 4 months and every time I got assurance of getting possession in next three month time.

I bought this flat to facilitate my daughter's study in Amity, Noida. Now she got admission in Amity and still data of possession not confirmed. Where I will stay now? Are you going to pay my rent?
Now I need a date of my possession, if you are not the right person to advise please let me know whom I should meet?

Or you refund my full amount with penality or you can shift my flat any ready to move project

We have purchased flat supertech ecovillage 1, tower b18, flat no 808 in 2010 and still waiting for possession. Its being 10 years and now it is very tough to pay rent and emi both specially in covid.
Crms are continuosly changing the date and they are not ready to refund the amount.
It is an harassment for us and we feel like we are stuck.

Please note, it has been more than 01 year and unlimited followup just to cancel for my the loan which you have taken on my name, having said that i have been running from pillar to post to get a solution or an advise to get this taken care off, however super tech seems to be absolutely unconcerned or for that matter not bothered at all.. Is this some joke going on???

Please take this up on priority and get this taken care off because i am rather not sleeping and i definitely intend to take this forward...

I apparently, you guys better take me seriously on this hence you people dont have work, i have a bunch of things to take care of..

Myself smt. Renu gupta w/o sh. Abhay kumar r/o 43 a, sheel nagar extention, tulsipur, mahmoorganj, varanasi have paid rs.96425/- to supertech on 20.04.2015 towards application money vide icici bank cheque no. 146429 for project supertech basera, sec-79 gurgaon with application no 8801 or 8803. Cheque cleared in supertech account on 23.04.2015.
I has been following for last 5 years now. Neither the draw was announced nor the refund was made to me despite various phone calls and email reminders. After much persuasion, we were told that we will have to submit some documents for refund which were only valid for in case of third party payment and the same was cleared to supertech that applicant had paid the application money herself from her account. Since then again despite various follow ups and phone calls, nothing happened till date.
My application money need to be credited in my same account from where it was debited immediately with interest @ 10% as per affordable housing policy 2013 of haryana which says that all such applicants shall be eligible for an interest at the rate of 10% per annum on the booking amount received by the developer for a period beyond 90 days from the close of booking till the date of allotment of flat or refund of booking amount as the case may be.
This is my last formal request to do the needful urgently otherwise i may be forced to adopt the legal channel for getting my refund.

Hi, we had invested in supertech eco-village 3 in may 2016. Since last 4 years there hasn't been any update and have visited the site so many times in the past (More than 10 times). There is no progress happening and doesn't look like the project will be completed ever. There is a penalty paid to us which is a part of the contract to be paid from june 2017.

I had booked a flat in hill town project located in sohna road for which due date of possession was dec 2018. I have not yet got possession as the construction has been severely delayed/stopped midway. I tried reaching out to supertech but they are not even responding to my emails and calls. I want to register a complaint against supertech for duping me of my money and needa refund for the amount deposited aling with interest as soon as possible.

I have booked a flat in supertech eco village 2 in greater noida west in year 2012.
Last year on discussion with mr. Vikas kansal (Director projects), he told me to take no dues certificate by paying all outstanding amount. Only after that they will start working in my flat and hand it over in next 3 months. I payed all payment in november 2019 and got no dues certificate.
Even after doing so, i am still waiting for my flat possession.
It is very unprofessional behaviour of the company and it's director that they are still fooling people and leaving no way of getting money from home buyers.
There must be a rule to stop all new sanctions of supertech projects till old projects finished as such companies collect money from one project and dump it in other.
Also to bring seriousness into this business, the owner of company shall be prosecuted and his properties shall be sealed till all projects finished.
We as buyers buy taking loans and for years paid interest to banks.
Kindly look into this matter.

I have invested in supertech hill town in 21.10.2015. Unit no. L351a. Their has been no update on construction status. I booked for the sel[censored]se. I requested the company to give me refund so that i can buy ready to move in unit. But nobody picks the call. I am in great trouble.

I have made full payment for my flat in supertech eco village b11-108 and received no dues certificate on 7 augest 2019. Ever since i have been visiting the site to get update on the status of work completion of the flat or talk on phone with the concerned officials who are handling the same. Every single time i get the same response that this will be ready be end of this month. Need to understand why there is so much delay and i would like to have the interest cost reimbursed to me at the same rate of interest as they have charged from me for delayed payments.

I am ashok singh dasila. I had applied for supertech valley (Sector 78, gurugram) project having acknowledgment no 3080 by the name of anju karki. Due to some reason i had withdraw from the project and fulfill all the requirements related to cancellation. I had also visited the gurugram sector 69 office in june 2019 and submitted the required documents to the crm 'trisha kohli'. She asked me to wait for 4-5 months, i had waited for that much period but she never replied after that. Whenever i called her she always replied that it will be done soon. But she is not replying now and i am waiting for my refund from more than 1 year.
I am in some urgency and needed my money critically. Please act on my request and do the needful.

I had booked a villa in their supertech sports villa in 2015 Villa no B-33, to be delivered in March 2018, they stopped the project and did not inform anything even once.
After that they offered a shift to their Supertech SuperNova project, which I accepted unwillingly as they were neither ready to refund and never bothered to response to me, I have a chain of around 60 mails not responded by anyone.
They have no respect for any customer at all, its been 9 months since they offered me shift, took additional 10 lakhs on top of 60 lakhs I paid earlier for the Villa and they have not shifted me to new project either and they don't respond either.
When I have asked them to refund the new booking amount they said they neither refund nor relocate nor do ANYTHING and they don't mind me going to court ..apart from issue with them sitting on my hard earned money I see them as a harassment and extortion team. Please suggest what should I do now .

My name is amaninder singh mann and i had booked a flat in supertech azalia, scarlett tower, t3 1808 sector 68 gurgaon in june 2017. I did a 10% down payment of approx. 4.5 lakhs, which the builder was to pay an assured return of 10% until possession. This was followed by home loan from pnb 80% of the amount and whose pre emi was to be paid by builder until possession. The rest of the 10% was to be paid on possession.

However, assured return stopped about 8 months post the deal and now they are stopping the pre emi. I visited the site and saw that there is no construction progress and the project, which had a delivery date of dec 2019, has no semblance of finishing.in spite of repeated mails and phone calls, supertech does not respond. I am sure possession is delayed, however there is no communication of how delayed it is, nor they respond to my attempts to contact them.

I do not feel they will be meeting any timeline or any promises. I really feel helpless and mentally tortured. I would appreciate if i could have my money back. My contact number is [protected].

This is to inform that I had applied for 2 BHK in The Valley project but due to some financial crisis I had requested for cancellation.

I have submitted written request at your Gurugram office (The Supertech house sohna road) to Ms. Trisha Khem Kohli on July 2019 and then September 2019 and still chasing for my refund.

I had sent many reminders to her but she never replied. I visited again your Head Office Noida Sector 96 on 07/07/2020 and Met with Ms. Vijeta, Arun Chauhan and CRM Head, they assured me, but still not resolved. Even I have tried Trisha's and her Sr. Ankita's phone no. infront of Vijeta but both of them did not picked up my phone.

Is this the way the supertech treating with client?? As per HUDA policy, builder should refund the funds within 15 Day's.

You think, how can any client give any reference or future plan to buy your flat if they treated like this.

Request to understand my concern/urgency and refund my money without further delay.

Deeply disappointed with the approach that the management has toward customer complaint resolution...I have no.option than to go to RERA.
Supertech hilltown is a flop show.
Under subvention plan the possession was to be given in 3 year time starting 2015.
India bulls is after my life for repayment of Dues.
Supertech as per agreement is not.paying Indiabulls.
This is really poor.situation I am caught up in.
I need refund along with penalty with in a weeks time.

My flat of azure of sector 34 was promised to deliver on 20 march is still not given, and i am bearing the cost of it from last 2 months. My loan n purchase was done in january and still na koi saman laga kr dei rhe hai na hi ghar deliver kar the hai.. Mei emi n rent dono bhar rha hu

This is regarding the defamatory behavior of your security staff and employees vinit yadav (Supervisor), dilip (S. O), vinit yadav, and nitin yadav (Maintenance office) towards my guardians during the entry from the gate no. 2. I am shubham sharma respectable person of this society living at tower no. C12, flat no. 1706, supertech ecovillage 2 and working as media person in delhi doordarshan with good learning and character. As a resident, i ask you to look into it that the order of cease and desist of slander should be put into action immediately.
My guardian has asked for the verification and they did verify my rent agreement to confirm my residence but still, your maintenance office staff and the above-mentioned person did not allowed them to get enter and misbehaved with them and said "dalla" and warned me to meet at char murti after their job to show their domination threat. Even after calling to maintenance staff, they were incapable to reveal the name and contact number of the misbehaving staff. Even i am not very sure about the information given by the maintenance as they were misbehaving and threatening. Some other resident also facing the same problem.

These harassing behaviors of your employees have led to the worsening of a mental state by threatening and misbehaving.

I am planning to take a stray against this fraud company as they all are fraud and including staff member in crm are always give threating speacially customer head for eg arora ji now he is dealing with some other department, now i have consulted with my lawyer until mr arora will not give aplogise letter i dont care about my fund but i will take the stray on romano project as supertech (Fraud company) forcefully hold my fund without my permission which i will claim 10times whatever amount i have given to them.

I have book flat in 2012 and they change tge project name from renesa to romano and i have ask to refund my money from that date till only pretends are going on and customer support head has change thrice and everyone pretend and given me threaten they will not refund my fund whatever i can do and everytime forcing me to take unit on current rate today whicgb i am not abke to agree as i need the fund back to me with interest from 2012 as i have given 18lakh approx amount to supertech which they are not giving back to me.

Super-tech was responsible for paying the monthly emi that i have with pnb housing finance. They have stopped reimbursing the amont since jan 2020 and i had to pay the emi for 3 months from my account which was not part of the initial agreement. They have stopped replying to my emails and have referred me back to the broker whom i don't have any information about. I asked them to share the broker details but they have failed to share that too with me. Things were smooth till dec 2019 but now they have stopped entertaining my complaint and no-one from their comany has called to discuss the problem with me. I have made close to 100 calls since jan and spoke to multiple customer care people but all of them have the same answer. All fake promises and no resolution.
