I bought supertech flat, on subvention scheme, specially because it was "emi starts with possession". Now, the possession date is still very far, supertech has also suddenly stopped paying pre emi, asking the customers us to pay for the same, saying they will make up for the interest amount one would have got from the bank against that amount.

I contacted many persons in supertech but till now no satisfactory response is received.

Supertech is not responding to any emails or phone calls, while the outstanding is piling on with the bank.

I booked a flat in 2013 with supertech but till now there is no sign of completion.in fact when i visited the site few days back i found that the construction work is completely stopped and there is no one to hear the grievances. I am really not sure what to do next. Where can i complain and how can i get my flat.

Not sure if there is any forum or group of people suffering because of same builder.

I had booked a flat in hues under subvention plan in 2017, that time they promised and gave possession date by dec 2018, i have asked continuously regarding possession and now my emis started. I need to pay heavy emis and rent all together but however from more than 1 month i am mailing them regarding paying the emis as per contract (It was anyway paying only pre_emi), repeated mails to deepa dharmani/ disha chouhan / arpnakumari / anamkhanam / ankita sahni / sanjay arora have gone unanswered, m sure lots of other people are in same position, guys lets get together and sue this fraud company, who has no ethics and no customer satisfaction.

I booked my flat in eco village -2, due to court order part of that project got scrapped, i wanted my money back however chairman of supertech requested us to support him and requested to take another flat in eco village -1 without any cost escalation, i agreed and got and booked another flat in ev-1, i have paid all the money well in time but when supertech realised that they would need to pay me due to delay in completion they imposed unnecessary amount as due payment and stated harassing me by telling that first you clear the payment then only we will make your flat ready for handing over. I filed a complaint against supertech in rera court, rera court ordered but supertech not responding despite rera order. What should be the action now, do i need to file a police complaint

I am a frustrated and harassed home buyer, i booked a flat in supertech in september 2012 with super built up area of 1595 sq. Ft. Supertech has promised to give possession in march 2015. But supertech had failed to stay on its promise. It increased the super built up area and also adding escalation charges now. It is now forcing us to pay extra charges as final payment, in spite of the fact that the demand has gone down and the market rates have gone down. We are already in loss, the flat market cost has reduced a lot, if i take possession i will suffer a loss of rs 20 lakhs as of today. I can’t afford this loss and mentally tortured by the staff of supertech, they are not of any help. They are just forcing us to pay the extra charges and then only the possession will be given. This is not acceptable. Why would a buyer face loss because of very very late possession by the supertech builder?

I live in supertech ecovillage 2 and we are facing really bad electricity crisis every now and then. The facility office people switches off the phone whenever there is such problem and also turn off the power backup after some hours... Also we have to call again and again for water supply specially during summer. Please look into our problem because it is getting worse day by day... Few days earlier also we faced the same problem for two consecutive days.

I have booked one flat in supertech ltd for a residential unit no. – (R023f100603/f (Tower) in residential project called up country situated at ts-1 sector-17a, yamuna expressway industrial development authority 201303

Unit detail is i. E. Block-f, type 2bhk, floor 6th, unit no. R023f100603, area 900 sqft.

In the allotment letter of 13th march, 2013 it was mentioned that the possessin shall be given to the allotteeby the company by april, 2015. However this period may be extended due to unforeseen circumstance subject to maximum of 6 months.

I have already paid the amount of rs.25, 88, 028.00 till 2017, as per the payment plan.

It seems builder has no mood to give us possession.

Various time i have visited the site to see the development of my flat. On every visit the officials of supertech gave us falls assurance and shamelessly assured that within a short duration they would be giving us possession.

On recent visit to the site, i shocked to know that no work going on in this project.
I am worried about my hard earned money paidand to supertech.

I am a harassed home buyer in the ceyane, emerald court project, noida. There is a court case going on since 2014 for demolition. However the supertech builder assured us of the monthly roi, committed till possession, which we kept receiving till december 2018. All of sudden the monthly roi stopped for last 6 months with false promises. The amount is rs. 25000/- pm. We have also asked for an alternate studio or equivalent flat but to no avail. We are tired of following up and therefore would like a refund with interest as per court directive. This after losing trust with builder.

I booked a flat in Supertech golf village in 2013 of 690 sqft and was given commitment as per agreement to get possession in sept 2017. They keep on giving new dates also since last 2 year there is not even a single thing done on the building where my unit is located. Iron sariya and rellings are all rusted and no one is working on construction.

I went to their corporate office in sector 58 noida in may 2019 and asked their CRM team (Urvashi Chaudhary) and Direct Sales team person Shivom Sharma to help refund my money as they cannot deliver the flat on time and i am not an invester but wandet to live in my own house but they are too arogant and are telling me "humare paas paise nhi hain lautane ko, jo karna hai kar lo, aur aap toh pade likhe ho sabhi raaste jaante hoge, legal Jaake dekh lo, court se order ayega toh unko bhi ye hi bolenge ke paise hi nahi hai humare paas"

Then when I put more pressure by going to them again and again they said you close ur loan and we will transfer ur money to capetown property in noida by the name of crown tower which is also under construction. But they need CMD mohit arora's aproval as there are only 3 units available.

I closed my loan by arranging money from relatives.

Also I checked the market rate of this flat was very less than what they were selling me in the name of transfer.

After 3 to 4 days they refused and said "Approval nhi mil rha from cmd sir"

This is a pathetic builder and i pray that his fraud balloon will burst one day.

I feel cheated and harrassed now, my and my mother's all hard earned money is with them as we paid 95 percent of total cost of flat 22 lacs 70 thousand.

I am over burderned with high rent of living, I have also been giving pre emi ( interest ) to bank since 2013 and my 22 lacs they have it in their pocket.

Please help and guide to take this forward.

I have booked a unit in supertech golf village (E2-401) in May 2014 and I have been told that possession will be given in may 2017. I have visited the site several times and looking at the construction, I don't see this getting done. And they themselves have agreed that possession will b delayed but they are not ready to refund my money. I want help to get justice.

I have booked a low rise flat in supertech hill crest with the commitment that builder will pay the pre-emi and possesion was expected in Dec 2018. There was Rera when i booked the flat in 2015 and Now the possession has been shifted to 2021, they have updated the same in Rera site too and the Pre-EMi was paid by ourself.

What action i can take now against Builder? is that possible to cancel my flat booking

I have booked a flat dated on 17/04/2019 in Supertech Crown Tower and have given 2.5 Lacs via check number “299308” and date “20/4/2019 as advance. You have mentioned below points at the time of booking which now your are not able to fulfil and completely denied to me.

1. Croma voucher of Rs 45, 000/- which you now denied.
2. I have booked unit flat -105, CV-9 which now you are not ready to give. It's really surprise to me that this flat-105 is already booked by other person and you have collected amount from me as well for the same unit.

So in this condition I am not able to buy this flat as my trust in Supertech is breached.
I request you to pls refund my booking amount of Rs 2.5 Lacs in full without any deduction.
Also, tell me the time by when i can expect this refund booking amount ?

I have booked one flat in supertech azalia (Sector -68 gurgaon) under subvension scheme in 2015.
The company as per agreement was supposed to pay the pre-emi on monthly basis till the possession of the flat.
My subvention period with the bank is over in december 2018, beyond which the pre-emis are going from my account.
Tried to reach out to may including ankita & disha, but no one cares to provide any concrete response.
Fed up with the chase.

In addition there is no update on the construction.

Its been more than 1 month since i paid a full and final cheque of rs 1, 78, 000 for the possesion of my unit upc/r023e11606 but haven't heard anything from supertech after that and today i got a call from supertech stating that i have some dues related to my unit.

I was in touch with osheen regarding my property but now i have heard she have left the job and i dont know whom to talk to in this matter. After trying lot of numbers in supertech, some of your executive have given me the number of mr rajesh. Tried messaging him millions times and called him million times, he just not interested in picking up the call nor in replying my messages. The way he talks, he thinks he is the owner of supertech and treat the customers like #. I seriously think you got to do something about him, this is not the way you treat customers who have been waiting for the posession for the last 7-8 years.

Sir, i m fed up of calling everyone in supertech, i request you to please give me clear picture regarding my property

Please call immediately, i m worried about my unit, please give me the updated status, as noone from ur company is giving me a definite reply

I have booked in flat in azalia t6/1906; on sub invention scheme however now builder is saying they don't have fund to pay the pre emi and neither ready to shift somewhere else. I really dont understand what they called sub invention scheme. Its a really good trap these builder create to fool the normal people money. Wish to take legal advice to get back my hard earned money.

I booked a unit in supertech hues in 2014 under the subvention scheme. As per the mou, supertech was supposed to pay the pre emis. But since november 2018, they have stopped paying. I have been making repeated calls to miss ankita dixit and her team. But they have been fooling around ever since. If there is someone who is planning to take legal action then please let me know. I have had enough with this fraud company. Please reach me on nine eight one one three three seven five four five.

Unfortunately i have trusted and booked a villa in your sports village Noida extension project in 2014. Hand over of the same was promissed by Mar 2018. But even after 1 year there is no news or comunication from your end to me. I am paying huge amount of interest monthly to bank. Now bank has notified me that they will be downsizing my loan to actual disbursal amount only and no further trench will be disbursed to developer due to delay. I am stuck between bank and supertech. How do i get compensation of my losses.

I live in supertech ecovillage 1, greater noida west. They do power cut most of the times to charge more for power backup and even maintenance office of the concerned project is not picking the calls. We are normal people, we are not businessman so think twice before doing anything wrong. We paid huge amount of our earning to purchase a home and pay maintenance charges for the same but face problems every time. As far as power cut is concerned i think in recent time government is doing great job for power supply and even remote locations having good power supply then how come in greater noida west power cut is so frequent and even for 3-4 hours in one shot.in a month there are 10 times this happens. I don't know in which era we live.

I booked my flat in c4-upcountry in dec-2014 under subvention scheme. I was promised that you will get possession by march-2015. However its been more than 5 years i did not get possession. There is no any assurance from them who can tell us the exact status of the project. No customer support system, no web site, no email response nothing from their end.
Past 8 months they stopped paying pre-emi amounts also they stopped responding to my emails, phones, text messages etc. So many times i called them but no any response from them.
