I was sold a property by Investors clinic in August 2020 in Supertech Czar Suites in Greater Noida, and I was promised possession within 20 days. It's been 8 months and I still haven't received any proper update on the handover.

Property details : Supertech Czar Suites, Socrates 1- 1908.

I have paid the entire amount and even have the NDC (No Due Certificate) from the builder, but still they are not giving the handover. I was again made a false promise that after getting the NDC, I will get the handover in a week's time. Its been one a half months, still they are saying that they are not sure when will they give the handover. Every time they come up with a new excuse and are unnecessarily delaying the process. I was worried that they are fraud and will not give me the possession and will take my money.

Kindly help as my hard earned money is stuck with them and nobody from their company is ready to share any update on the possession.

I booked a studio apartment in U1 1205, at supertech Golf village in 2017. 4lacs approximately has een paid till the date. I came to know from the sources rhat U1 tower is a dump tower and will not be Constructed any more. One of the supertech employee Saurabh tripathi agreed on it (I do have recording of the conversation), but later he denied when he talked with Pawan Sharma. They asked me to fill in the cancelation form by which 15% will be decided and balance will be refunded.

My question here is why 15% will be deducted, I need an interest for 5 years for which supertech has hold my money. Infact a fraud case should be there, as there is no such communication from the builder about the dump tower U1.

I have booked a flat I1/1901 in Ecovillage II Greater Noida in November 2020. I had been struggling with the rental since 2 months as it was committed to give rental house on Jan'2021 week 1. We are struggling with this every week. They have committed alot of things. Earlier they told to provide flat within 15 days of booking. And it's been 2 months every day they call that don't come this week or today as the unit is not prepared. Today the flat issue got resolved which also took us 4 hours of waiting as there was no keys. Apart from this, on the date of booking they have committed for payment scheme of 36 PDC cheques. But today, they not only disagree on the commitments also, misbehaved with us. Their tone of speaking was so loud and rude and scold us that you do whatever you can do. We have politely asked for the refund and cancellation of booking and asked to just give a written application. But they rudely speak to us. The name of the person who was rude and misbehaved is Gaurav. Please answer to this complaint as soon as possible.

It's been more than a year that I have requested to update the contact number /email address for the Unit -H12307 Alberia.
Recently one of the executive requested to write a fresh email with a Pan card, I have done that as well(10-Feb-21), Its been a week of sending a fresh email to Supertech CRM id. I have got any response in spite of sending multiple reminders the update is still pending. Its been 2 weeks already and haven't got any response
No one is picking the customer care number !

I took membership from Supertech Hotels Pvt ltd having registered office at Supertech house B, Sec 58, Noida 201300 on 02.9.2017 for holiday location at its given 32 holiday location s. For this they charged 75000 but 18000 AMC but whenever I booked for location they denied giving reason that not available. They had given me mental harassment, done fraud with me. They are using my money with out giving me any benefit.

We have Booked a Flat in their Basera Project through Investors clinic, Plot is not allotted to us, when we approached investor clinic for refund they have given me NOC for claiming refund, I have submitted that NOC with all other documents to Supertech officers in office of Vill Badhsahpur, Haryanna, Ms Disha Handling my case, but after almost 1.5 years and my so many visits still i am struggling to get my money back, I am in shortage of funds for my family needs and they are not giving any satisfactory reply, even talking rudely .. please support to resolve my issue and get back my money

This is to inform that I have applied for (Area 639 sq.ft.) 2 BHK in The Valley project but due to some personal problems I had requested for cancellation.

I have submitted written request at your Gurugram office (The Supertech house sohna road) to Mr.Sahil Gahlot on 09/12/2019 where he assured me, but still now (dt. 20.01.2021) chasing for my refund.

I had sent many reminders and calls over phone (with Sahil, Trisha, Neha Ankita, Jyoti) to him but he/she never replied. I visited again Supertech office at Sohna Road office on 28/02/2020 but he was not there.

And now (After so many mails) after written a mail to Supertech regarding the same. Ms.Neha told me that refund will make only after completion of project.

Is this the way the Supertech treating with client?? As per HUDA policy, builder should refund the amount within 15 days.

You think, how can any client give any reference or future plan to buy your flat if they treated like this.

Request to understand my concern/urgency and refund my money without further delay.

I purchased a Safari Studio Flat in H Block Tower in 2011 and 95% payment done. I was promised (as stated in the agreement) that I will get the house by Aug 2015 which I didn't. Since then, Several times they gave me possession dates but every time same new dates. Still I have not received any new date they are saying very soon that's all they will give possession.

I am resident of supertech Ecovillage 3... Here maintenance very bad... When we complain about it to maintenance office, they ignore it and answers arrogantly, employees r very rude, here is no maintenance at all... Specifically in newly made towers.. Super head should be come and visit frequently for this issue... Thanks!

I completed tasks

I am Sumit Garg. I paid booking amount of Rs 64350/- with additonal Rs 1000 as security deposit in project Supertech Basera GURGAON on 30th April 2015.

In lucky draw, unfortunately my name did not come up and i did not get any flat allotment.

But as Company vowed prior to draw that in case of non allotment of flat, my booking amount will be reimbursed within 15 days. Let me tell you that it's been 5 years 6 months and i am still waiting for my money.

This tower was launched in 2017...the project is scrapped...supertech is not returning my money...bank has started the emi...i am paying the rent also...supertech RK arora chor h...dunia bhar k paise kha ke baitha h...kab doge paise wapas...

With reference to your trailing email, the 3rd quarter has already been completed on 30th Sep 2020 but letter of possession is yet to be received ?

It is also submitted that we had a site visit on 02 Oct 2020 and strange to note that the progress of work is not satisfactory and it is unlikely to get completed even by end 2021.

In view of the foregoing, it is requested that the outstanding amount of Pre EMI be released without any further delay and arrange to shift my booking to a ready to move property (if it is unlikely to be completed by this year end as per promises by Supertech top brass).

Kindly update status ?

I had booked a flat in K2 tower of Eco Village 1, It's been closed to 10 years & still not got possession & Moreover the builder CRM has stopped responding to my mails also.
I have already paid 90 % amount & now struggling to get my home.

Booked a flat in B18 tower of Supertech Eco village 1 in 2013

No possession till date. Tried calling customer care many times they say " Itne time wait kiya hai to thoda aur kar lijiye"
Previous to this message they used to say possession will by Holi then Diwali the agai Holi and continued.

I had booked a flat in hill town project located in sohna road for which due date of possession was dec 2018. The construction was delayed/stopped midway. No updates provided

I am owner of Eco village 3 Oxford E-320 flat, all of sudden my fix charges has been increased witghout intimating me also posting asking the helpdesk counter they have no answer for the same, inspite of resolving the issue they said it is from top layer.

Kindly let me know why charges has been increased

This is related to a refund request pending for almost a year now . Ur executives by name trisha kohli and disha chauhan (form noida office) i am taking the names as i am tired of following up, kept on sending me additional requirements for the refund which i kept on doing by incurring additional costs. And finally when i completed every formality they stopped answering or replying to my mails .

Need ur urgent intervention.
