Dear Sir/Madam,

I have to say that your company has cheated us because in 2018 I had booked 5 properties (Up Country) in Noida Extension and 1 property in Cape Town Noida (ORB).
Mr. Sunil who is your employee told us that our project has approved you will get loan very easily but after passing 2 years he didn't do anything then we had tried on our level then i came to know that Government has stopped your construction and bank has blacklisted that property so we didn't get loan. At the same time I talked to so many people in your Supertech Noida Office (Mr.Raj-IDFC, Prashan, Shivam, Rahul from GIC Bank, Radhika etc.) I have visited many times and everytime it was told that very soon or the loan will be done don't worry.
After waiting long time when i did not get my loan, then i went to the office again last year in July 2020 and we met Mr. Manoj and Miss. Anu in the Noida office and they agreed with us and said sorry for the last whatever happened to us. They suggested we take another property which is approved by the Bank and Government as well and assured us that they will transfer the previous amount into the new property. They gave me the options and we selected CZAR Villa (R004VILLA042). But before proceeding I said that check my profile too otherwise you will get some excuse later and will say something else but they assured us this time your work will be done very soon.
The Next day the process of transferring my old booking to new booking started and they got all the formalities done from us and said we will courier it very soon.After few days they said that you give or transfer some amount so that the account of the new property can be opened and after opening we will transfer your previous amount into this property. i transfered Rs. 1 lakhs within 3-4 days of saying it (September 2020). After one month they said that the loan will not be possible because you do not have the eligibility.
Again he started giving numbers of many people and everyone passed by taking time and after my strong follow up they gave up and said sorry and again suggested taking another property.
Even i told to Mr. Atul ji provided me with all the papers of the CZAR property to get the loan done.but till date they have not given me the papers.
Now I have been very upset for 3.5 years. Everytime i used to come to Delhi for this work only.
Lastly, I request you to kindly refund all my money because now i don't want to be part of Supertech.

I am Sunil Kumar, I booked a flat in Eco Village-2 in May 2010, Flat no is Tower-8 B-1508, and as per allotment letter agreement the delivery was supposed to be given after 2 years, a copy of the allotment letter has been attached. Now it's been more than 10 years and I have been still roaming around supertech offices to get the delivery of my flat. I have paid almost 90% of the amount, and I have been paying home loan EMI for the last 8-9 years consecutively. For last 6-7 years, I have been constantly visiting the office and I am told that it might take 6-8 months, but unfortunately 6-7 years have gone but your company's 6-8 months never appeared?

Now, pls understand the criticality of the situation, I'm getting half of my pay and not able to pay my home loan EMI on time. Till the month of August I had opted for a moratorium option, but that's over now, which might put me under pressure. So please do not force me to be a defaulter of the bank.

I sincerely request you to please arrange the delivery of my flat immediately so that I rent it out to bear my home loan EMI expenses.

We are resident of Eco-village-1 of tower S3A-S3B, builder has made garbage dumping place in front, back and basement of our tower. We have complained bout this to Supertech management many times but they are not removing garbage from here.
It is request you to kindly help us.

Kindly check as this is the worst security service provider you’ve.

We shifted today and due to lockdown scenarios the luggage van arrived late. For which I’ve took permission from Mr Bhati the security incharge person and in turn he stated that the person incharge for night security is Mr Rajesh Pandey. Who was a complete ### and don’t know how to talk.

He stated that we are not allowed to enter the society and was being abusive. Going for a police complaint if no resolution from your end.

Despite calling them for thousand times, the completion of Villa-51, sports city meerut is still not done. Though I had payed more than 90% of the amount 1 year ago, works like bathroom works, electricity work are still not completed. I am very much frustrated from this and regretting the choice of mine to purchase the villa here. Please do it all neatful as early as possible.

I didn't received my refund. I have submitted all the request with all the documents, its been more than 2 years already

No of dogs group are residing in society and daily some incident happenings with society children and also aged people dogs are bite to children if any major problems will create to children by dogs then Supertech will be responsible. It seems like dog society.

Worst construction quality and facility services are so adverse . Dont ever think to buy any flat as your cheap or last option.

I booked my flat in 2015 under subvention, I was supposed to get the flat in 2019, but after jan 2019, my bank started emis, I would have never booked this flat .It was just because it was in subvention I booked but now heavy emis and rental had taken a toll .

Please help either to get the refund or get a ready to move flat with similar or less price, as other scams are also there, where they take more money for an inferior flat under exchange, either way we loose .

Or else Supertech should be ready to pay emis till we get thr possession of the flat .

Dear Sir,
I had booked a flat in 2009 and cleared my all payments in Feb-20 and got NDC. After that I am following up to project team at site but they are not bothering and going telling lie that I would get possession in 15 days but after 15 days nothing has been done by them and again they give me time .

I could not understand that some flats have been handed over to those owners who cleared their NDC after me.
After 15 months of clearing all payments, I could not get possession and paying rent every month as well interest on home loan.

I believed in Supertech 12 years ago and booked the flat but now I think my decision was not wrong to go with Supertech. Therefore please help me in getting possession at earliest so that my trust increase in Supertech.

Manager is very irresponsible, Security guards behaviour is rude and arrogant. Supertech management authority didn't take responsibility of anything. Main gate security guard is always busy in making lame excuses when ever we ask him to mention the entry of the visitor in the My Gate app. From past few days he is lying and making false statements.
That's totally harassment. This is not first time when are facing such issue.

We submitted our NOC on FEB 2020 and the flat key should be handed over to us by April 2020 but unfortunately, I have not received any keys till now. Even your office person gives us fake confirmation on emails saying that it will be done in 30 days.

First Mr. Jhoshi told me that flat keys would be handover to me on OCT 2020 due to covid, Then told me Jan 2021. Finally, he emailed the date of 31st March 2021. But still, I didn't receive the keys.

I need the compensation/ Need refund from feb 2020 still now as I didn't received any key

I have cleared my NOC in July, 2019.
And that time I was told that flat will be handover to me within 3 months, but now it's almost 2 years I am not getting possession, even when I tried to contact the person who is taking care of B-9 tower never pick up the call nor his senior person (C.S. Sharma).
I tried to visit sight but no one came to show me the condition of my flat.

It's being a very long time I am not getting my house, I need compensation of amount.

Team, besides multiple follow ups since a year I am still not getting any proper date of Handover of below Units.

It is to inform that I have taken flat in supertech sports city, meerut .
I am investor and I told project deptt to tell 2 more flats to purchase.
Unfortunately flat I have purchased there is heavy leakege problem .From last 15days project person Mr Deepak Sharma behaved very very rudely today.He asked me to come today and he didn't come to office.Aftr I call him he answered that not to call him further for work .

Plz take action against him strictly .and help me in matter for further business activities

After repeated harassments by the Builder, we were successful in getting favourable Order from RERA for refund of amount with interest and now builder is under pressure to settle the same. Your employee of supertech eco village 2, ajay kumar maientaince offyce, her behaviour is too rude and harrashing me. he has no manner how to talk with customers. Pls look into the matter seriously

I am writing in regards to the issues I am facing now when me and my husband decided to come to reside in our flat in supertech green village.

I am going to maintenance office again and again, but no one takes the complainant seriously.

Some of the pictures are here (shared on email : [protected]@supertechlimited.com, not able to share here due to their size) which if shared on social media might disturb the new buyers, but I am sharing with you to decide how the quality was compromised,
Tiles left without filling out the gaps,
Kitchen sink is just placed (looks like just kept there) on the counter without any proper filling, no concrete work is proper,

In the front washroom the seat was left on the mercy of two nails, which makes it Rocky, no concrete work around it, the tiles are broken,

I am sorry but don't know how your quality check system works.

when I complained about the issues they say it's now your responsibility to get all the masonry work done on your own expenses.

Was our decision to buy home here wrong? Please tell me.

I request you to please help. And send someone for inspection, so that you can can advise and decide upon with next action. Thanks
