account suspended for no reason

My account has been suspended by swiggy as they feel i have violated their refund policy
Moreover i have 608₹ in my swiggy money and i am unable to use.
Also i am unable to contact customer service and when i speak to them on chat they simply deny servicing me. Executive name is gautam

I am really nit happy with the rude behaviour of a known company and i am penalised for nothing and i have lost 608₹.

I have placed the oder of dal makni (Black dal) and butter nan the naan which i revived were burn and was not able to eat it the whole one one naan was wasted and i did not expected this kind of food from evergreen sweet this was first time i orders and i got this kind of food and if this kind of food is being prepared i don't think so i will ever oder again from her or let any one else oder

    I ordered food from swiggy, the food packaging was very bad. Totally unhygenic and when asked customer care executive to replace the food, they asked me that the restaurant has been closed. Worst experience ever, food panda is way more better in everything. Atleast, they understand customer's suffering and then send the food on their behalf if they make any mistake. Not like swiggy people. Uninstall swiggy.

    The most unhygienic restaurant in Town is Mikky Peshawari Chik & Fish
    I had placed an order in swiggy last week (Jan 7) using my Sodexo. My payment was unsuccessful the first time and I had to make another payment. I still haven't got refund for the failed payment.
    There is no response regarding the refund initiation. Do make the necessary action to initiate the refund as soon as possible.

      I have ordered food from swiggy on 22nd dec which did not get successfully placed. Despite contacting [protected]@swiggy.in multiple times, i am unable to get the refund.
      I have shared the screenshot of the amount deducted and asked them to reply multiple times.
      Here is the screenshot attached:

      Infact according to them my number is not registered whereas i am able to login to their website.

        So i called up swiggy to inform them to cancel my order they took time to pickup the phone call which lead to the restaurant accepting my order and when asked to cancel i was asked to pay 75rs as cancellation fees, she (Divya) put me on hold and cut the phone later, this needs to be shown to people. People are easily being cheated like this. Utterly poor😒

          Today ordered food from paradise hyderabad through swiggy. Boy delivered in tampered condition. Another instance last week in which roti item missing from veg family pack which is ordered through swiggy only. Requested the swiggy care to refund the amount. As of now it is not been done. Every time facing several issue with swiggy. This to be taken on serious note and understand the public concern who is ordering food when they are in hungry.

            didn't receive refund of a failed transaction

            On dec 3rd i have tried to order food online at swiggy but the transaction was not successful but money rs.504 got deducted from my account.

            On dec 4th swiggy support acknowledge the failed transaction and they agreed money will be credit to my card with in 5 to 7 days.

            On dec 15th i have contacted swiggy support because i haven't received the refund. Swiggy support asked me to contact the bank. I have contacted...

            I would like to bring to your attention that swiggy although on their website claims to allow cancellations, doesn’t say that the cancellation in the first 5 mins is free, there’s is a charge of 75 rupees levied. Also, there is no way a user can cancel the order without calling or chatting with them, hence there is a delay of the person availability at their end, there should be a cancel order button provided to the end user just like how uber provides helping the user understand there is a charge if it’s cancelled after 5 mins else no charges levided.

            If you look into this at the earliest will help consumers else we will be at mercy of such app companies who just believe in extraction of money. I see this as a pure play of extraction and leaving consumers at mercy.

              I wanted to cancel my order placed in swiggy for rs 835, within 5 mins of ordering when contacted the customer care via chat they said i would have to pay the whole 835 as per cancellation fees.
              The firm charging for the whole fees of the order that too 835 is really disturbing and is unfair. Even if a minimum would have been charged it would have seemed fine but certainly not the full amount.
              I will have to pay the whole amount as for cancellation, it surely looks like christmas for swiggy but certainly not for me.

                Ordered 7 tacos from taco bell (547 taco bell (Order #: [protected])
                Ordered was received without paprika sauce and was very different from the item actually displayed. The same item given at taco bell is very delicious and tasty but this was just a prototype for that.
                Kindly help with this issue
                This was my first order with swiggy and now after having experience like this i don't think i can make a order again till this issue is resolved
                The vendor didn't even provide the bill for the same.

                Huge disappoinment.

                  We have ordered food from swiggy order id [protected], delivery boy declined to deliver the order over phone, i had paid full order amount through paytym, and then delivery boy cancelled the order and never called me up and cancellation charged of rs. 75 was charged, kindly refund the cancellation charges as you have declined to deliver the food
                  Another incident, i had again placed the order with order id [protected] and when i called the delivery executive he staright away rejected todeliver the order again i had paid the whole order amount, now till now my order has placed amount deducted from amount two times but swiggy deliver boy refused to deliver the order, what is this?, is this is new way of cheating and frauding people, i straight way file a case in consumer forum and get my every penny back

                    Firstly i ordered chicken lollipops n i got the wrong order i was okay with the order but my issuse is that i have given the money to delivery boy as my online payment failed but money was deduct from the account and they said they will refund in 2 days now its almost 8 day n more till now they have not done and now they are saying they are not able transfer the money what is this going on from many they are fooling the customer they took 2 times money from me

                    I am the owner of a restaurant... there is a delivery boy with the name of sushil tripathi ... he is so rude so impatient... i don't no how company manages these delivery boys ...

                    The way he talks it is not ethical... please fix it or i will file a legal complaint

                      Have placed an order at 9 30. It got canceled at 11 saying delivery executive met with an accident. Placed an order at 11 picked by delivery executive at 11 30 but his mobile is switched off for past one and half an hour... I lost hope on hope on delivery executive as he might have disappeared coz swiggy is known for hiring un professionals... But just curious to see whether ppl from swiggy customer care calls customer out of courtesy and inform customer about this issue.. They are least bothered... That’s y swiggy suckksss

                        2 orders of mine on 24 nov - both cancelled by swiggy in less than an hour. Third rate service.

                        Service providers like swiggy must be penalised for cancelling orders with refund initiated & that too without discussing with customer.
                        Horrible services.

                        Not even bothered to discuss or follow up in spite of many complaints on their website.

                        Can anyone suggest how to take up a complaint officially against swiggy

                          I have ordered before 8:30 pm and restaurant was open. However after 9:15pm (Time promised by swiggy) i called to check on my order status, i came to know that my order has been cancelled without informing me.

                          What justification would like to provide???

                          Giving off on next order is not a solution. Have you ever thought the problem based by me and my family.

                          Could you please help me to understand the below points.

                          1. Why the order has been placed successfully, when the restaurant was closed?
                          2. If the restaurant was closed after the order was placed, then why immediately informed to me?
                          3. If the restaurant was about to get closed in few minutes, why the order was accepted in first place?

                            Hi i received different product instead of naan they provided hard roti which was so hard to eat so i do not have dinner that night due to poor quality of bread which spoil all food.                               Please check my last order from godavart snacks. The delivery boy name was vikram. He called and said i am waiting outside, when i reached there he is not there he came after 10min and when i asked why you said waiting outside his reply was rude. You guys also makes us to wait and etc he was speaking, this is not expecting from swiggy. Please train your guys how to behave with customers.

                              The delivery boy was named sanjay. He didnot return my 10 rs. And was very misbehaving with me. He talked too rudely and even said do not order if you cannot calculate. He himself confused me by first giving 20 then asking me to keep it aside and all. Such kind of service is not expected from swiggy!! Hope after reading this they teach their delivery partners about how to behave and talk. Also swiggy please provide your delivery people with a good amount of change for this problem I have seen with every delivery boy, saying we donot have the change!

                                Hi swiggy team,

                                I have ordered 2 subs from subway, trimulgherry, telangana. The restaurant bill states rs 623.70, but the swiggy delivery boy has charged rs 656. I even got a message from swiggy stating that my bill was rs 656. How can swiggy charge rs 656 when the restaurant bill states rs 623.70, which includes taxes applicable and free delivery.

                                Secondly, the swiggy website states there is 20% discount from the place we have ordered for orders above rs 350. But, i wasn't given any discount. Kindly look into the matter and give me the discount as per the discount mentioned in the swiggy website for the above said store.

                                  I have never registered my number with Swiggy and never used their services. Yet somehow the nitwits at Swiggy found my number (somehow, idk how) and now they keep bombarding me with SMSes that say "Swiggy is in need of delivery boys .. blah blah". Now neither am I a boy now and I the least bit interested in working as a delivery boy. I'm a BTech graduate and a software professional working at a reputed MNC and earning a handsome salary while coming from a family of professionals. These SMSes are highly offensive and they are also very frequent. I try to put them into my Spam list but they still come up anyway. STOP THIS. I ALREADY HATE SWIGGY BECAUSE OF THIS.

                                    And in previous order when i called to the customer service the person cut the call before giving the resolution.
                                    What is the problem with the swiggy.
