I have given an order, the order get confirmed but after sometime got a call from swiggy that the item is not available. It is just ridiculous. I[censored] don't have the stuff then why don't u put "currently not available" in the given stuff. After confirmation everybody get relaxed that ur food is coming. I had order some food in a restaurant. After the delivery person reached there he called me and informed that the restaurant cannot provide me the order. First point why did the restaurant accept if they did not have sufficient food material. After that i accepted to change the order, but the delivery boy told me that i have to pay 40 inr to delivery boy. This is ridiculous. No email confirmation was sent by them stating that the refund was done or completed.
I had a chat conversation with one of their agent today named aditi.
She told me that the refund was already done to my paytm account. However there is no balance refunded to my wallet in paytm.

Placed an order at 6.15 and i get a call from them at 7.15 saying that the delivery boy had a faulty bag in which he was carrying food so the food got spoilt

This issue has been happening to me on a regular basis. I ordered my food at 9 p.m. and I made an online payment for it. The money got deducted and I waited for my order till 10 p.m. After waiting for an hour, I called customer care. They assured me that my food will be delivered. I patiently waited till 10:40 can called the customer care again. They now informed me that the restaurant is closed and they would refund my money as swiggy money....

We placed an order on swiggy at 10:30 pm it got confirmed at 10:41 and till 12:20 there was no update about the order . The app said the order would be delivered in 43 minutes but there was no update and at 12:20 the follow-up guy from swiggy calls and says the food could not be delivered.

It was raining outside​ and being down with fever swiggy seemed like a savior but the only thing they did was kept me waiting in anticipation.br...

I ordered food in swiggy around 3.40pm and still no delivery executive has been assigned for my order and I called customer service and made complaint to them regarding this and they said within 10 min delivery executive will be alloted but still no response! This doesn't seem fair, and I decided to Cancel my order but I noticed that I will be charged 75rs for it..

I don't thing u have any value for customer concerns. That happens to every other company which is well established.
I was a valued customer of swiggy who used to order everyday.
But nowadays your company's behaviour on customer complaints is so bad and it made me even think to post it on facebook and share among my friends.

I have ordered food at 10.06 pm on 1st april 2017 and when called delivery executive at 11:30 pm, he told your is cancelled.
Nothing was updated from swiggy and even when i called customer care they told me to deliver food and they call me back.
As exepected nobody called back and when again i called them 12:15 am they told me that your order has been cancelled.

Money debited from my account today but received a message saying there is a problem with payment. how can that be possible when i have recd a msg from HDFC saying amount is debited.
worst part is there is no way to contact them except by mail which is not replied to. The contact number given disconnects automatically saying there is no order. really pathetic service....

On Feb 21st I have tried multiple times to place order on swiggy app. All attempts failed.
On 2 attempts money got debited from my account even though the order has failed.
And when chatted with support agent, I have been informed that the money would be credited back in 5-7 days.
