11/5/2017 3:50 pm order placed with order no:#[protected] that shows confirmed order. Option net banking and rs.217 got deducted. After waiting for more than an hour got a call from mr. Rakesh:[protected] (Swiggy employee) that pizza hut has not received the order. We told this is not our problem, then after continuous call nothing has been done from swiggy side. We want a refund.

    On 02/11/2017 food quality was bad and on 03/11/2017 food was too salty and when i contacted swiggy customer service they didn't respond well.

    On 02/11/2017n i had ordered from atithi delight multicusine family resturant (Pragathi nagar, nizampet)

    On 03/11/2017 i had ordered from delicacy multi cusine restaurant (Nizampet)

    Kindly check the quality of food prepared take necessary actions on the restaurants

      I clearly mentioned that i need a plastic spoon or a fork with the order in the 'comments" section while placing the order... As i did not have anything to eat... Guess what? I was not given either... U expect us to eat gravy and rice with bare hands as if its rice and sambar? I called the customer care the minute the order was delivered and they were so arrogant and did not help me with my issue... Such a waste of rs.500

      I wanted to cancel the order which is why i called the customer care... They are reluctant to cancel the order... How can u force a customer to eat gravy with bare hands inspite of me mentioning it in the comments section?

        I had placed an order and waited for a good 1.5 hours before i called customer care to know why my food wasn't delivered. The executive just asked my name, my order details, and cancelled the order and hung up. I had to check the app to realise my order was cancelled. I called customer care twice to understand why the order was cancelled, and both times i recieved the standard response 'order cancelled, please place new one'. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend swiggy to anyone.

          The cancellation option is just a way to make little money. All orders get confirmation within one minute literally and than they say cancellation of confirmed order has a cancellation fee of rs. 75. That's more than even the amount of the food. Even ordering is single click and before you realized it order is placed because delivery charge and taxes are not shown in any preview screen. Especially for cod order there is no preview order screen before placing final order

            Had placed an order with all extra toppings that was mentioned paid extra bugs n when the item is delivered the toppings are missing 2 slices are without any toppings no extra toppings added n on top of that take 50 mins to deliver which pizza hut people would have delivered in 30 mins. And the customer care people are not properly trained even for every other query of your will keep u on hold n waste another 15 20 mins of time. And again the replacement would come in 40 mins. So when ordering from swiggy hold you hunger till swiggy people get time to deliver their so called right time. Crappy service. No ratings please never order food from swiggy for outlets which already have their websites. Swiggy is a waste of services pay all the extra taxes n eat shirty food from swiggy.

            And adding to this they charge 120 etc 150 extra money for this ### service they give. Pizza hut direct booking is way better reasonable than these swiggy people.

              I ordered food from swiggy and after like 15-20 minutes i receive a callback from the restaurant that the item which i ordered is not available and i need to cancel the order. So i went ahead, contacted swiggy and canceled the order. A day later, i ordered the same item from the same restaurant and the exactly the same thing happened but this time i shared my feedback with swiggy that the restaurant must mark the item as "out of stock" if...

              I ordered food from swiggy. They delivered the food to another address without contacting me and the delivery boy didn't even check with the name at the time of delivery. Their support person told that he wouldn't do anything for that, not even the refund also and suggested happily to place the order again. I would like to suggest each and everyone not to place any order from swiggy as they are not reliable and not at all responsible

                We ordered schezwan at rs. 224 at 11.15 pm. They delivered completely waste noodles which seemed like they sent us boiled noodles and added egg. There was no chicken pieces.
                After taking a bite of that noodles we all vomited. Complete waste of money which caused health issues as well.
                Yesterday we tried to complaint aboit this but there is no way to do thia. Because it's asking for user name and password to login and thn complain. But we had no choice because we ordered through tapzo app n nt looking forward to create an accoubt with swiggy bcoz nt in mood to order further. We want our money back. Swiggy order no. #[protected]
                Had ordered sweets for my office staff for diwali, received stale sweets approached swiggy customer care for the refund but they denied the same

                  I ordered online & paid rs.1145/-. They cancelled long after confirmation & the gentleman on the other side confirmed money refund in 24 hours. But when i contacted swiggy through chat they told it would take 5-7 working days. I need the money immediately. Please look into the matter.                     29th september 2017, i ordered 500 grams (0.5 kg) birthday cake for my husband.
                    Trust me it was just a crap with rotten bread and cream, seems like 7-10 days old.
                    He anyhow just tasted a bite and asked me to keep the entire cake in the refrigerator to return back to swiggy for a free cake party.
                    I am regular user of swiggy but from last evening incident we decided never to use swiggy again.
                    Swiggy please take this back as a return gift from us and enjoy the cake!!!

                    Swiggy called us this morning and refunded the money.

                    I ordered food at 8:40 pm for dinner ! I get a call after 2 hours at 10:30 pm saying the restaurant is closed ! It's bizzare! It's obvious that the restaurants close after a certain time! Customer care called and asking me to order from another restaurant! How incompetent one can be! It's bad!

                      On my bill there is unwanted delivery charges on there
                      I contact them about my order but they told me they are not
                      Able to refund my money... I have more than 10 bills they puted
                      Unwanted delivery charges.
                      Every time i contact them they told me we check here...
                      But i am not getting my money back...
                      What i do?
                      I talk to them more than 100 times but they don't have answer
                      Why they are not able to refund my money only they told me

                        I usually order food from swiggy but this time the service and the food quality were worst. Money was wasted completely. I want the money back even the swiggy can get the food back. The worst food ever. Pizza had been dumped and garlic bread i am showing how it luks like. We admire swiggy and adding cafes like dese quality food can detereorate swiggy... And this is really very disappointing.

                          I have order 4 thalis of butter chicken i received hair in my thali and i complained regarding this they are not helping me telling that we are unable to help you and give me refund so they are giving me a token of appreciation a rs 100 off on minimum purchase of rs 350 code so i don't taken and then they don't given my refund so i am applying for a complaint against swiggy so they that the govt should ban their company.

                            #[protected]: i ordered from d-win dragon, kolkata through swiggy on 10/9/2017 around 9 pm and paid amount rs. 692 through credit card. I did not receive all the items. I ordered chicken wok tossed noodles but i only received the dry noodles but i did-not receive the chicken gravy with it. Since i paid already please refund my associated amount in my account or if that's not possible then refund it in my swiggy wallet.

                              I had ordered a pizza from joeys and oaid a good amount of 625..but when it was delivered it waz a mess as thought itvwas tampered with..topings were all over yhe box except for the pizza and it was disgusting to look at let alone taste it..very upset with swiggy cheating customers and in return they offer me disscount of 75 ...seriously im never ordering from them as No idea what happenz to the food
                              I placed an order at 8:08 tonyt and then i realised at 9 pm that my order has not arrivd. Dominoes said they did not receive d order and blames swiggy, wen i called swiggy they blamed dominoes.. When i wanted to talk to a manager, i was told managers r busy wid other customers..seriously?? Swiggy, needs to learn how to treat regular customer!!

                                We ordered food from a restaurant named shudh, and the bill came to be rs 1750/- and we paid amount itself online but once the order was placed and 30mins later we got a call from a executive saying we have to pay cash on delivery where we already paid online and he is saying our amount would be refunded in 3-4 days. Where we wanted amount instantly to order at other point the executive says like we dnt hv tie up with citi bank and we paid through icici bank. I don't know but too worst experience. This executive is very horrible that he cut down the phone without any explaination.

                                  I placed an order on 25th Aug for rs 554 and found out that that Swiggy took 2 different amounts from my account, 554 and 562.50. I had a chat with them the next day and they categorically denied that they had done it and asked that I speak to the bank. I called the bank, blocked net banking, blocked my debit card. Was on my way to the police station the following morning and thought will confirm with Swiggy if they really didnt know about the second payment, this time I got a different story. They now said that they will refund the amount to me as 554 into my bank account and rs 8 into swiggy account. I asked for an email confirmation on this, didnt get one for 24 hours, got on chat and asked for a call, assured one in 24 hours, didnt get one. Sent 2 emails, no reply. Meanwhile the bank closed the complaint and I am unable to use one of my bank account because the ineffecient customer service has no clue what they doing and how to handle/address/resolve customer complaints. Still waiting for a callback, reply to email and the promised refund.
                                  I have decided to NEVER use this pathetic app again and dread having to get stuck with this appalling customer service team ever again.
                                  Pathetic service by swiggy.
                                  I ordered 2 meals from MC Donald's through swiggy.
                                  I got the burger and MC puff and coke but they did not deliver the fries.
                                  But they charged for the fries also.
                                  I will never order from swiggy again

                                    Hi i ordered from "the hungry hut" today they confirmed the order and then i got a call from the restaurant and they said they cannot fulfill the order and hence paying me back on swiggy money and then tried to order food from another restaurant and while paying from the swiggy money i get a message that the restaurant is closed wherein i already called and confirmed the restaurant and they confirmed that they were still open. Its not about the money that i will get later its about the service that these people provide. I contacted there customer support for which the contact numbers were not available and the chat representative was robotic in his responses. Swiggy is a pathetic service provider don't ever order from them. Not at all customer centric.

                                      I ordered food from swiggy on 7 august 2017 at around 8pm from swiggy app. Restaurant called folklore in doddakanneli, they charged me 300 rupees i had ordered biryani and some puttu but they called me (Restaurant directly) and said they do not have biryani i asked for fried rice they said no all food got over, instead they can send me meal packet i said ok. When the food arrived and when i opened the meal packet it was sticky and stinking as they sent old food i guess. I complained to swiggy and did not make a big issue out it as i thought all the other items will be ok like puttu and the vegetables they had sent along with rice. Basically they did not had any food but they wanted money so decided to send me stale/old stinky food! But same night me and my 6 year old son both had diarrhea. So i complained about it to swiggy but never ever got any response from them except sorry. Luckily it was not big as i gave my son bifilac immediately and some pomogranate. But was very surprised about swiggy getting food from such kind of restaurant and delivering it to their valued customer and not at all interested to attend customer complaint!
                                      Ordering food they are adding 18% GST. That too it is a non-ac ice cream parlor.
                                      Misusing GST. Why are they charging more in name of taxes. I am not sure if tax is included or not that too they are charging 18% of amount. Delivery charges are extra. This needs to be verified and if found guilty heavily fined. Please look into it.
                                      I ordered food on swiggy from vasudev adigas dickenson road Bangalore on 2nd August 2018...food was stinking stale and spoilt...kindly avoid this restaurant since neither swiggy nor adigas responded to complaints
