I ORDERD my food and selected cash on delivery option.
Representative arrived but he didn't have the change, I asked him to get change since; he should be the one brining change with him; he couldn't wait nor he went out looking for it. He left on his choice, i didn't cancel it he did.
Now; i am being charged for cancelling the order and my cash on delivery services has been disabled by the company.
As you can see; they punished me for their fault.
It's very disturbing for such company to treat their customer like thrash in the end. And we are left with no other choice to order from same company, because companies like this as the door we want to enter and they hold the key, they hold, the rules, it's like little mafia. A small mafia; to fill big economical return from doing stuff like this.
10-20 -75 rupee and you do the math; return over such large base is huge. It may be false but what happened with me was injustice
I want your help to give me the justice i want.
Last photo is pretty strong evidence that they just removed me from the restaurant I was going to order. that's how they treat when i ask for justification and help.

The fault is not with Dominos however, it entirely rests with Swiggy as Dominos has their own order # and the one given by Swiggy doesn't match with theirs and hence, Dominos can't help you with it.
