Hi there,

I would like to inform you that its been 4 days but still i don't get any response.

They gave me food which i directly though to dustbin. I called them certainly for replacing my order or to take it back, they denied for any help. They were guiding me to eat the food in that condition and offering me coupen of rupees 50.

There is no spoon no bill, they have sent me that food without proper packing
Please take necessery action against swiggy, they are making money by cheating people.

If you can't do anything i will go to court and teach them a lession.

    I’m using swiggy from 2-3 years in starting it was great but from 5-6 months i ordered food i have an issues almost everytime sometimes items are missing, food quality issues and spilling issues etc then sometimes they provide me refund or coupon or replacement order but from now they don’t do anything for their mistakes and they block me for complaining to much what can i do if i’m not satisfied this company is fraud and can’t help their customers i want my account to be unblocked rn asap do something!

    I ordered a item while payment page it got debited from my SBI bank but it's redirected to Atom technologies again I made a payment but still that cash rs 220 was not reverted to me..
    I ordered food through swiggy app and made a payment through my sbi internet banking for INR 1417.00, on completion of payment got a message from SBI, reference no. IGAESFONN7 that payment is successful for ATOM Technologies and my SBI statement reflects the same.
    Also i received the mail from swiggy saying "your order has been confirmed and will be delivered shortly"

    When i contact the customer care, saying there is a technical glitch in the payment gate way, and i 'll get back the money in 3-5 working days.
    I suspect these looters are taking money from customers like this purposely and keep it for few day, then return back to the customers.
    Same this happened to Dominos Pizza in Chennai, took money like this and returned after 8 days.

      I had pathetic experience with swiggy.. I ordered (#[protected]) food at 10am and made delivery time as 11.45am... And at exactly 11.50am some one from swiggy called and told me that one of the item is not available so instead of that he will give other one, yes i was fine with that and told them it's fine... Then after 2hr i did not hear anything from swiggy about my order delivery so i tried calling the guy now he is not reachable.. Now i called swiggy no help from them just told me to wait for 10mins they will check in background and if i did not get in 10mins they told me to call back for the cancelation... It doesn't help me again i called there customer support now they assigned another guy, after 5mins the new guy who has been assigned for my order he had called and told some more of my order is not available now again i need to go with the hotel choice...

      If i want to eat what they wish to send then why i need to order from swiggy and swiggy will tell they will compensate with coupon.. To be honest this is the second time order miss issue happened.

      There are so many other online food delivery apps are there during this tough computation swiggy doing this type of customer ignorance is unacceptable.

      I just canceled the order and told them that i don't want any coupons for this and please transfer deducted my money to my account and never i will order from swiggy.

        Hello,
        I ordered something from swiggy for a the first time. The driver called me asking for the exact address which was already there. I still guided him, provided him a landmark. He called again and started shouting on me and saying to come to a place nearby to collect it. Then i asked him to talk properly. He updated that he delivered the order which he never did. When i tried calling him so many times, he did not answer my call either. I can’t tell how rude he was. Pathetic first experience with swiggy. Will never oder anything with swiggy again.
        Swiggy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Our order no [protected] placed on June 8, 2018 was missing 1 order of mutton dabba and 4 orders of caramel custard. By the time we realized it was too late to call, so hence we are writing the complaint.
        We would like a refund from Swiggy for the missed items on our bill, as well as refund for the delivery charges.

          I'd placed an order at 1am. Restaurant prepared food but the delivery guy reached there at 1.30am with out money. So swiggy called me and told me the situation and asked me to wait for 20 mins. As i dint get any response for the next 40 mins and then i was told restaurant is closed and forced to cancel order with a refund within 3 days?? I waited 2 hrs in the night only to get a cancellation confirmation. Very sad. The way they responded was only more irritating.

            I ordered pastry from one shop but got call from swiggy that they don’t have the pastry and cancelled the order. I ordered from 2 more places and same thing repeated. They cancelled the order as pastry not available but charged me rs 75 as cancellation fee where as it is not at all my mistake

            This company is fraud and has to be shut down. Rogue company looting people

              I am very upset with swiggy service. I ordered McSpicy Paneer Meal ( L ) x 1 and it is showing delivered on 8:01 PM but I haven't received anything. You guys don't want to have any confirmation regarding delivered object because you already got paid, this is not the way of working. I want my immediate refund for this order.                 Food prices are marked up grossly for all restaurants in jaipur that i checked. Also cheating on artificial restaurant packing charges and gst. My gosh can't imagine i have been using them and getting cheating for over a month.

                Simple comparison of hotel menu actual pics on google confirmed that. Horrible. Never using them again. Might as well pay the delivery charge on other apps rather than get cheated by swiggy.

                    1) 1 hour late delivery. I scheduled at 4pm to get it delivered by 8pm but i got my delivery very late
                    2) so much oily food
                    3) all veggies and no noodles.in small portion u can see this much capsicums then how much it will be there in whole container

                    4) taste was very pathetic
                    5) customer care executive promised me full refund on order of this delivery. I want my money else i am going to police station

                      I am 6 weeks pregnant. I ordered for mutton biriyani and fish curry from swiggy hyderabad mallapur area on 9th june 8.30pm after i received the food by 9.40 i opened the packet served to food for myself in a plate and took few spoons as i was very hungry.. Only after a minute i find the taste different when i asked my husband to taste it he immidetly said its. Stale and bad food the mutton biriyani was smelling bad had a very foul smell. I was in a shock. I immidetly complained to swiggy customer care about the current situation and they reply that they will refund my amount. Hmm but my concern was i am pregnant and what if i get food poisoned. Is this the kinda response swiggy customer service gives me. They dint even call me back. I called them twice and the call to customer care is charged i ran out of balance but they did not bother to call me back inspite of requesting over a chat. I am highly disappointed on the service of swiggy and the kinda of cheap restaurants swiggy is associted with.

                        I ordered from Spice spot, lower parel and it showed 45 mins delivery, I waited for more than a hour and when I called the customer care they cancelled my order without even helping me in any way possible and even did not help me. And blamed it all on the spice spot. They talked really rude and were protecting the swiggy staff, they do not have any care and concern for the customer and doesn’t even respect them. I would like to sue the company for the same. If that is the service of swiggy the company should stop working.

                          In reference to the order id #[protected], pathetic service by your team where the address was clearly given and explained to the delivery person 3 times on the call still unable to deliver the product.

                          Really unacceptable service. Check the invoice and the screenshot below. It is really annoying that how much clarity is required to find this address.

                            I ordered food using swiggy mobile application platform. The order was incomplete as the dish of rs 150 was missing. After registering complaint with swiggy customer care the gave me an apology coupon of rs.150 which is valid for 90days. I request the concern authority to refund my money back in terms of cash and not coupon. The behavior of swiggy customer care was arrogant and unprofessional as they straight away cut the conversation.

                              Hi,
                              I ordered veg chili garlic rice and veg manchurian gravy from new Chinese hut azadpur new delhi and I received chowmin and veg manchurian gravy.
                              I have ordered on swiggy at around 8:30 pm on 27th May, 18. Though my payment was deducted, the order was not placed. Need the refund.

                              The help chat support is very delayed. No response from past 20 mins. This is really bad customer service!!!

                                The coupon for 25% cashback with maximum 50 rs on a payment made via paytm above 200 rs was applied successfully.

                                After payment i did not get cashback and upon calling i am being told that i was not eligible.
                                Instead of taking responsibility swiggy is telling to contact paytm and paytm tells i am not eligible.
                                But i find swiggy guilty as i used his platform so they should take the responsibility for the applied coupons for irders on their application.

                                Sunday May 27 2018 ordered food through Swiggy clearly missed out on 1 item and the staff was demanding he asked us to pay and not helpful in getting the short delivery complete.
                                We had placed an order consisting of 2 egg rolls at rolls on wheels, mg road. However on recieving the order we found one roll to be of veg which we hadn't placed an order for. Kindly look into the matter and oblige.

                                  लेकिन swiggy की ओर से मेरा account blocked कर दिया गया है बिना कारण के ।
                                  मैने swiggy पर call ओर mail से complaints की लेकिन 24 कभी 48hrs बोलते बोलते आज 5 days हो गए लेकिन कोई solution नहीं हुआ है।
                                  मेरा swiggy से बहुत बुरा अनुभव रहा है जो भी मंगवाया एक दो बार छोड़के कभी सही आइटम नही आये उसका उन्होंने गलती मानके रिफंड दिया ।
                                  अब ये भी कह रहे है प्रॉब्लम solve हो जाएगी और custumer care वाले कह रहे है आपने compansation ज्यदा ले लिया इसलिए bolcked कर दिया जो एक गलत कारण है।
                                  जो भी इनके द्वारा refund दिया इन्होने गलती मानते हुए दिया जिसके मैने इनको प्रूफ़ दिया screen shot send किए।

                                    One of the worst service i have seen in my life with swiggy. Late delivery and more over damaged packing food was leaked into cover. If i chat with swiggy team irrelevant and arragant answers. No food on box what should i eat at time midnight 12 o clock. One of your chat person with name of aj dont have courtesy he gives rude answers. Very bad with swiggy in my life. I will post to my all friends there is no proper response from swiggy worst service.

                                      Placed an order, paid via paytm. Money was deducted, order was not placed. Items still in the cart lying as it is.
                                      Was promised refund in 24 hours. It’s been 3 days now. No reply on the chat message in the app also. Please refund the amount. It’s inr 630.
                                      Utter shamelessness. Mistake is okay but then they are not even responding on the app. That’s just unfair and that’s also cheating. Kindly look into it. That’s quite some amount.

                                        This is regarding the rude behavior of the delivery man at "rose villa" apts, 3-6-148/a/501, himayat nagar, hyderabad-29, who has come to deliver the parcel in flat no 301. About 2:30 pm today. He has misbehaved with the watchman and his family. Necessary action may be taken so as to keep up the good image of swigy.
