Sub: MOBILE PROBLEM SINCE PURCHASE
Sir,
I have purchased Swipe Sonic ( CDMA + GSM) IME No-[protected] ) Mobile from M/s. Mahavir Novelties, DADAR (MH) on 04/11/2014. I Submitted my mobile at “ MOBILE MASTER SERVICE CENTRE, VIRAR (MH)” ( Job Card Attached herewith) as the handset having some problem which we discussed last time. I have experienced multiple problems since last 12months . As per my understanding this handset give problems when Reliance CDMA SIM inserted. The problems generally observed that Handset getting hanged, auto restart, slow operation. To rectify these problems I submitted my mobile to your authorized service centre in ‘VIRAR’ on 19.08.2015. I have already changed SIM Card (Reliance OMH Card) twice within 10 months as per their suggestion but still the problem did not get solved. Even replacement of old handset did not solve this problem.
I am totally fed up with following problems with this handset and request you to kindly return me the following amount to my address within 10 days.
1) Searching time slow
2) Opposite party, not able to clear voice **
3) In case start net ( Whatsapp) hang with in minutes and restart auto.
4 ) Handset start button problem /memory card slot problem

I hardly suffer from purchase (12 months). So my demand is return my amount

    Respected sir, , toady i took my phone to costumer care, , my phone battery is damaged, and vibration mode is also not working. when i showed this phone and asked them to make it ok, , , they did not attend me properly. and now when i they returned my phone.my speaker was also dameged by them. sir please rectify my problem. costumer care name is sara communication, , opposite police station, , main bazar Julana disstrict jind, , , haryana. the worst costumer care center, they do not know how to treat with their costumers..i was really too much hurted. now i dont know what to do with my phone...what mistake did i make in purchasing this phone ? please sir...take action as soon as possible.

        This is Manish batwada based at Jaipur feeling theft by ICICI Bank. I have an Current Account Named THIRD EYE EXPORT. and applied for Swipe Machine.
        I applied for the Merchant Transaction Machine through ICICI bank a month before. First thing it was got delayed still not received it then ICICI representative asked for 16000 RS. while bank has automatically withdrawn 18320 Rs.

        The conclusion is that i want my money back and don't want machine to be installed as still i have not received it till today.

              I have sent my tab SWIPE 3D life+ for repairing on 22nd September, 2015. They told me it will take 15 days. But over a month it has not been returned. Whenever I call to their service center they all the time told 10-15 days more will take for the repairing. Even I have mailed several times.

                Purchased MTV SLASH TABLET on 03.08.13 from Flipcart. Never had any complaint and never approached any technician for repair. As the device fallen down & touch function was disabled, given to Authorized service center, Vijayawada for replacing Touch screen and repairing receiver problem on 05.05.15. Instead of attending the given defects, nearly after one month & after several phone and personal contacts with the service center, they informed that motherboard of the device was repaired with private technician earlier and the device is not working even after replacing with new touch screen. They informed that they will not attend the repair & I had to take back my device in the state as it was given to them.

                As per above mail message from SWIPE cust. care, today went to autho. service centre, Vijayawada to collect my
                repaired device. but, my device was still in the state as it was given to them on 05.05.15. They said that the device
                is irreparable as the mother board was bent.They said they don't know about their cust.care support team and said
                how can they track the device
                status basing on manual receipt issued by them. For in warranty repairs only online receipts will be issued. My device
                is out of warranty period and they issued manual work order for Rs. 1650/- on 05.05.15. I am in total confusion that
                from which source did the swipe cust. care team got the information that my device was got repaired and ready
                for delivery. When I ring to cust. care no., the executive is asking for online work order number. I don't know how to
                solve this issue. Please help me out.

                        Sir i anil sharma purchased swipe mobile online from snapdeal.Com about two month ago. But the day i received the phone its not working properly. I submit it to the service center in amritsar for repair but they returned it saying it reaired now but it is having same problem. Actually while running any app in this phone app closed abruptly. They just changed its software and reurned it to me. Again i returned to the same service center but after 15 days they again returned it to me saying its get repaired. I got frustrate from this phone. Actually fault is in hardware but nobody is replacing it, so kindly ask swipe telecom to get it changed.

                            one tablet of your company was purchased through flipkart vide invoice number WSRP[protected] in the name of Ashwini Prasad Panda amounting to RS 3539.The product is tablet w/ VH45510/swipe.
                            The complain was intimated through phone to your customer care.As advice by your customer care the tablet was handed over to your service center at Bhubaneswar Odisha namely galaxy services on 17th July 2015 along with adapter, data cable and OTG cable since all found defective.
                            The service center Promise to give back the tablet after repair after 15 days from the date of receipt. On inquiry the service center intimated that the tablet was sent to Pune for repair and it as not yet been returned.
                            It is requested to return the tablet after repair without any further delay.My complain may be sent to galaxy services having telephone number[protected] and email id of the galaxy is [protected]@saindia. co.in.

                              I want to bring to your kind notice the extreme trouble I have undergone due to delayed and unprivileged services and the negligent and irresponsive attitude and acts of staff of swipe telecom which has created great deal of hardships to me.

                              I had purchased a Swipe Halo fone mobite phone from Star CJ website on August 19th, 2014 with order number [protected] and made a payment of Rs.4, 550 on delivery and received the mobile.
                              However the joy of the new phone was short lived. Within few days from the purchase, and being under warranty period the phone started developing issues, Its body was made from so cheap plastic material that it began to crack from first day then again I realized that initially its speaker was not working so I repaired it from aurangabad service center but it took 20 days to repair. Later the touchpad of the phone was stopped working and broken one day. ln order to get the defect repaired, I submitted my phone to your authorized Service Center at pune. it was sent by Anajani courier with tracking number [protected] to Swipe India, F4 A/B/C, Metropole Building, Near Inox Theatre, Bund garden Road, Pune - 411001 on 24 th March 2015 to repair the touchpad and send it back.

                              This was not an end to my trouble, swipe telecom customer care was not contacted me in this issue although they got the fone. I called them after a week the said that you have to pay the amount of touchpad Rs. 1640 in our IDBI account so I also paid the charges in IDBI account number [protected] on 2/5/2015. from that day I am continuesly calling to the customer care for the fone to return back but every time it was said that you will get the fone in 15 days. In this way 4 months passed but I cant get my fone. I am very frustraigil after having bought swipe halofone and just want a proper resolution to the issue I am facing.

                              I am extremely let down with the entire episode and the poor quality of services given to me by the company. I underwent continuous pain, wasted my precious time and energy and regret availing the service with the company.

                              Therefore, I request the officials at the company's service centre not to send the device back to me now and initiate the refund process and give back the amount paid for the purchase of the fone and the touchpad and the mental hurrashment to me Rs. 15000/- at the earliest.

                                  i am totaly irrtated from swipe telecom service, product quality, and no mail updations and no replies on time.
                                  i had purchase swipe ultimate product on 22 nov 2014 from flipkart and product received with many problems keyboard not work, touch not properly work and when i asked to company then they said we will change but you have to pay courier charges and all it means first company provide bad product to his customers and after we we will pay 500/- rs. charge . then on that time flipkart had replaced on feb 2015 within 2 months after replaced product having same problems and when i checked service center at jodhour then he said i will repaire temporary because we have no accessories of product, in market product accosseries not available, how can i repaire that product, every 2 months product hang, touch problem and usb problem, and whenever i wrote mail then they didnt reply my mail, 14th july 2015 i submit my product for puna still product on the way, they hav no idea where is my product

                                    Purchased a Swipe mobile konnect 3 and LCD Damage, go to Borivali service centre Infinity care Thakkar Moll Borivali west, Mumbai. submitted mobile (konnect 3) on dated 03.07.15. They ask for charges 880.00 and ready to give. On the time of submission they have told me that within a week it will be completed but not able to give today 15.07.15.                                       My father brought a Swipe Konnect 4E 6 months back. due to low storage capacity, an 8GB microSD card was fitted to the cell but still the phone gives error message "low storage". The phone barely has few photos and no other media or apps. Please advice.

                                        I Pawan Kumar From Punjab I had gone tablet for replacement due technical problem with complete kit as following 1. tablet 2. keyboard pad 3. charging adapter 4. charging cable 5. headphone 6. USB Cable 7. Photo Copy of Bill after the repair the tablet i had received 14-6-15 but that case i have not received keyboard pad and back cover of tablet. so please provide me keyboard pad and back cover of tablet as soon possible. I am sending u snap shot of tablet and application which was sending u with consignment.
