mera swipe ka phone connect 4e niche gir kar uski display damage ho gaya.maine use swipe ke service centre distt. Allpuza 20-01-15 main repair karne ko diya, or abhi tak mujhe phone repair kar ke nahi mila. is beech main maine bahut bar service centre mail call kar k phone ka status jana par service centre vale kah rahe ki phone ka display or keypad naya dalne ke baad bhi sahi tarah se work nahi kar raha hai or unhone dubaara se display and kyboard order kiya hai..par company se abhi tak parts nahi aya...aaj pure 2.5 month ho gaya hai ph diye ko.. pls give the phone as soon as possible.

    This company is a fraud one, they just make dealers and distributors on cash and carry basis with honey coated words and tall promises and then ditch you like anything. They cheated us by billling material worth RS.7 lakhs and then absconded from the market. Please be aware before having any business dealing with them. for further details you can mail me at my email id. please be aware of these people who are there in the market just to make money by cheating people. Please help us in any possible way you can.

      Hello, Swipe Telecom Company, I Veerendra form Lucknow, (gomti nagar) Uttar Pradesh. My handset swipe konnect 4E was gone break touchpad. I've gone to service center to Re-pair my mobail. But there was not available touchpad. Then I gone to main market of Lucknow but it was so surprise full that accessories of your product was not available in whole market also. On one place I got that but that rate is so high Rs-1100. Charges of your service center is Rs-700 something. Now just think about your service and product selling, which type of your market.

        I have purchased swipe mtv slash 3g calling tablet from online Star cj on 18 Feb 2015. I have received defective tablet. so, i check with Star cj Customer service, but they are not willing to help in any condition (for eg Amit from Star cj), they told me to contact Swipe Customer care service, I was directed to nearby services center of Swipe at Borivali(W) on 21 March 2015, they said its a defective piece will replace and they continuously called me its center for 5 times and finally they given me DOA approval letter on 2 March 2015 to handover to Starcj for replacement. I have sent copy of Approval to Star cj at [protected]@starcj.com but still no reply. Please do the needful at the earliest. Attached copy DOA approved letter from Swipe. Star cj fo not have any grievances handling system. so henceforth will not buy any product from Star cj. I request for good Customer Service cell at Swipe as well as Star cj.             hi bought a swipe halo tablet on 31\jul\2014 in univercell chennai.still now i didnt use tat 4 times i gave it to service centre no problem detected.now also its in service centre job sheet number TN-CHE-SKI-389.i need a replacement for that tablet or refund my money.because even they service it again it wont work and in service centre the technician said its dead.so replace a new tab.or else i have to register a complaint against your company in consumer court.i have all the documents to provide.because of this tab i wasted my time.Do the needful asap.My contact number [protected].

              Firstly, Tablet is not working properly and every time it gets power off again &again.Secondly, its touch also not working properly and net setting not good to catch. Next and most important that its charger is not in use, its useless for me since after someday back from my buying date.

                I am naveen from jodhpur rajasthan, i was purchase swipe ultimate tablet from flipkart as per company committments company told me that we will give you 1 year product warranty and 6 months for reverse pick up replacement of product warranty... But, now company disagrees to pay my reverse pick up courier charges, i am waiting company reverse pickup person since from last month i was purchase this product in november 2014 last of week but after 1 week product working very bad, product memory card slot was damaged and my card was stick in this slot, many time touch screen is not working then customer care mrs.jyoti told me we will sent our courier party (Airmax courier) but since last 15 days no one person came at my adress and since last one week mrs. jyoti said, "we were not able to sent our courier party for reverse pick up than you have to pay courier charges if you want reverse pick up replacement of your product . earlier company had already done fake commitments with me, company said " we have service center in jodhpur but company open their service center in januarary,

                  Hi, i had purchased Swipe Mtv Slash tab from "Univercell Mobiles" "warangal" on 08/08/2014 the very next day the tab has not switched on then immediately I had gone to the service center and given the tab there then he asked me to come in the evening and collect the tab. I have gone in the evening and collected the tab again after 2 days again the tab has not getting on then again i have gone to service center and asusually he said me to come in the evening i have gone in the evening he said that he changed the software and the problem won't get again I have taken it and used for 20 days or less again my tab is not switching on it just getting light and and showing the company name "swipe" that's it the tab not getting on nor the light is getting off its staying like that only again i have taken it to the service centre this time he said that he will be sending the tab to the company and it takes 15days to receive it then i said ok and came back now 15days passed, 1 month passed away, 2 months passed away but still i didn't receive my tab.
                  So overall i have not used the tab for atleast 20 days from the date of purchase is there any value for the money which i have paid for it i am totally dissatisfied from swipe telecom its worst company.
                  Never buy Swipe products they are waste of money.

                    My MtV slash Tablet was dead. 50 days back.. I have given the tablet to Authorised Service center on 27-9-14 "Om Cellular" Kota Rajasthan.. and he asked me to wait for 40 days. I dont know which co takes 40 days to repair... and tablet came yesterday from swipe he said. But in the same condition... Now I want replaced piece or money back..                       On 16 august 2014 I placed my device MTV volt 1000 for repairing in swipe service center for touch pad and GPS related issues. Here follows details of Work order : RVSRN1408EAP00040 Its being more than 2 month I submitted my device. I regret to say this is very poor response in term of service quality. I even contacted them through email. replying with same answer will send it in 8 days.Right now i am feeling very bad... why i have chosen misbranded product.If you peoples can do something i will be atlease happy.Worst service never buy there products.

                        I had purchased a Swipe MTV Volt 1000 Tablet on last 4th Nov 2013 from an online store, filpkart. Just after eight months from the date of purchase, I had faced a problem to start the phone. I contacted to my nearest service center, Mobi Soft Telelink at 3A, 1st Floor, Madan Street, LIC Building, Kolkata, West Bengal on last 11th June 2014.Till now I have not received any service from them. Earlier when I had made a call to the said service center to get the status of my phone they used to say that the parts was not available to them. To understand why the parts was not available, I mailed customer care executive of Swipe Telecom, and came to know that the parts was under quality checking mechanism and not yet dispatched to the service center and would take approx. 8 to 10 days more to finished the process. But after long wait I realize that the details of parts and the quality checking process mentioned by them are totally a false story, built by Swipe Telecom only. On 22nd July 2014, I have registered a complain on www.core.nic.in and complaint No is-99751.2.2014 and acknowledge Swipe Telecom about the same. On reply mail they informed me that after 3 to 4 working days i would be informed by the service center only as they had dispatched the parts to the service center. After waiting for 5 more business days i had tried to communicate over phone with service center. But service center was not accepting my call. So further I sent another mail to Swipe Telecom to get the status. As usual they requested me to stay tune for next 8 to 10 days for getting the service as the parts was under quality checking process. As on date I am waiting for more than 60days to get the service from them. The product is also under warranty. But Swipe Telecom is unnecessarily harassing me and not able to offer me the service. I dont want to use their product anymore. As after sale service is very poor and they are making false commitment with lame excuse and my requirements for which I have purchased the fablet, are no more getting satisfied. Friends requesting you all not to purchase this phone at any cost and if you have done the mistake then please go for any suitable exchange offers. Deb

                          Company claims to give 5mp camera on its MTV slate tablet. Not so. Camera quality cant be more than vga or at most 1 mp. please do not buy any tablet/phone or any other item from Swipe telecom. ignore them completely. thank you.

                            Hello Sir/Madam, My swipe tablet screen was damaged two n'd half months back and I handed over it to swipe service center on 11th February 2014 with the advance payment of rupees 2448 for new tablet screen. After 1 month of wait when I checked with the service center, they gave me some excuses like parts are not available now. Mean while I tried many times to contact the service center executives but they didn't respond on my calls. After wait of 15 days I again visit to service center to check the status of tablet but still it was not repaired. So finally I asked them to provide me the final date to deliver tablet to me with written proof and they provided me written proof for 1st week of April. So After waited till 1st week of April, they provided me the same unsatisfactory answers and even they misbehaved with me & ignored me when I asked about their services and commitments on written proof. I am really fed up of this company now.                               sir it been four month when i firstly given my swipe halo speed tablet to service center in bhilwara due to broken charger socket i get it fixed from official service center which cost me 400rs. After 1 month of wait when i checked its not charging when tablet is on and front camera was also not working then again i given them for camera fix and tablet not charging now the camera is fixed but charging issue is there i told them and the answer is sir the battery is damaged you have to change it. its clear that it is service center fault why should i pay for battery. and they said contact company i sent email but no response.                                 This device touch pad brake, I request to company to send this part and i am ready to purchase.

                                But from last more than 01 month they didnt response from Swipe Telecom & their dealer in Kalewadi, Pune.

                                They havent this type of part.

                                Poor Service & Poor production.

                                    I have purchase a Swipe GSM MTV Volt Tablet mobile phone on 13th April 2013.
                                    There are many problem in this mobile phone,
                                    1. Camera not work
                                    2. Out going voice problem
                                    3. Sensor Problem
                                    4. Battery Backup problem
                                    5. GPS Problem
                                    6. On/Off switch problem
                                    7. Screen Problem

                                    these are problem log and given to service center
                                    JMV Enterprices Jamshedpur 1431 on 28/10/2013 this service center taken 16 days but not solved a single problem he return my handset. I given my handset in RV Solution Pvt Ltd service center in Navi Mumbai complant no RVSRN1401OVT00077 on 13/01/2014, they not resolved my problem even they told your handset sent to company when your handset come will inform, even company service head (Mr. Imran [protected]) not given me solution and even not talk proper way help line no. [protected] not provide right information. when i communicate by mail even mail care not given solution, in that condition i demand replacement

                                      I have purchased Fablet F1 on 6th Dec. 2012 from Pappilon Digitek, Thane(W.). Within six months of time, it started automatic dialing of numbers and lost screen touch sensitivity. Then it was repaired through authorized mobile repair shop for swipe telecom in Thane. It took 15 days. Now, at present, if someone calls me on my number, they are not getting my number. And if they get me, the ringing tone becomes very low so that I can not hear it. Some times it gets hanged up. At that time, I have to open the handset and remove the battery and put it again. After hangs up, it is not responding to power switch off button. I got really upset to purchase this product and I think I have fooled by swipe company and Pappilon Digitek..

                                        Hi, I had purchased an all-in-one tablet online on 03 Jan, 2013 for Rs.11, 999/-. from www.swipetelecom.com. After receiving tablet, I started to use it & found after just two day that it was not able to start & completely down. Then I called in customer care, & asked to replace the same as it was new product. But they advised me to take tablet in nearest Service Center. I went there & the person in service center requested me to leave table there for 2-3 days. I got my tablet working but was not satisfied. Many times tablet has shown battery level high to low (e.g. 84% to 12%). Again I have given my table in Service Center on 3rd June & I received lots of excuses from service center & customer care in SwipeTelecom. I am following them on email & every time I got in reply e.g. my table is in process for repair, it will take 15-20 days. I requested to replace but it is refused. More than 4 months have been passed but no immediate action taken by Company, even after writing to CEO of Swipetelecom.

                                        After my last post on Nov 6, there is no response/action. Neither from Swipe Telecom nor from Support Team of Consumer Complaint Team :(
                                        This happens only in India :(
                                        Complete fraud with consumer...
                                        After no. of attempts & even after complaint in comsumercomplaints.in to get my tablet back, I am quite confused what to do & what to do not.
                                        It really big & open fraud with consumer. I suggest everyone who see my post that always go with brand name only, there may be delay in case of complaint but yes you will get response at least. Do not buy any product from Swipe Telecom.

                                        Dont buy swipe products with known mistake
