I have brought this product on 6th August'16. For the first 3months it worked good. After October, getting some hardware problem like, while charging it takes time more than adequate, charge is draining out, and battery swelled like a bag of air. Also has software problems, settings showing a particular sound is as ringtone but during the incoming texts and calls it rings different.
Though yet 6month (1yr max.) is not over can I have a free replacement of the entire set !?

If so possible wt I have to do!?

    I have a Swipe Elite 2 phone and it having touch problem. Because of that i have given to VEL TECH SOLUTIONS, NO49D-2 METTU STREET, NEAR UCO BANK, KANCHIPURAM – 631501, TAMILNADU on Last week of september. After that i am following up regularly for the past 50 days, they are telling that company didnt send the spare. Because of that i am very depressed.
    I am having some clarrfication on that

    1. Whether the spare is not available with you?
    2. How long days will take this to recover problem?
    3. I think you are not bother about the quality of service provided by the service center. Is it?
    4. i have bought this mobile on 27/6/16 and given the service on end of september 16. I have felt very very worst experince with Swipe. I never to suggest to buy swipe product.
    5. I am having a doubt. Whether my mobile is available in service center?
    6. Finally i am asking that When i will get my phone back?

      Hi,

      I recently bought a Swipe elite plus from flipkart at 6, 999 and in a month having issues with touch. Had a replacement of screen which took 45 days but still the problem persist. Unfortunately, I donot see any exchange offer for the same. Is there someway I could get a WORKING model or refund as it still is in warranty?

      P.S. Would NOT recommend any Swipe product.

        I purchase Swipe Elite Plus (Midnight Blue, 16 GB) on 30.08.2016. The mobile was worst one. Camera specification is 13MP Primary Camera | 8MP Front.But the camera is very poor quality .In this phone during calling the incoming voice is hear like from loud speaker.Mobile and charger heat build up during charging.
        Now the charge draining problem .In stand by condition only getting 4 hour back up after full charge.I feel cheated now The mobile is under warranty period

          I purchase swipe elite last year with an intension that new company i sproviding product and we have to support indian brand. but in turn what i got is worst battery backup, heating problem.Reason for writing this complaint is that phone battery is not available in market and when speaking with customer care they told me that battery is not available i market and if it is available it will take 1 month and cost me around 1000, i feel cheated now lost my 6000 because of your company. Do something otherwise company will not go longer with such a bad experience.

            I purchased swipe elite mobile phone in june 2016. The mobile stopped working after 2 months. Handed the mobile in service centre in tirupati in aug 2016 and they informed it takes 21 days for rectification and delivery. Work order no. is ap-trpt-ktc-94.

            I am contacting swipe telecom's customer care every week for my hand set. However, no response from swipe telecom even after 50 days whether the servicing done or not. Still postponing and the new date set for delivery of my mobile is 30.11.2016.

            Very humiliating customer care the swipe telecom got. Make in india brand will be dumped and no customer will rely on indian products, if a company like swipe telecom is still allowed to make their business.

              Sir i ordered online my swipe elite plus from flipkart.i order it on 20 oct 2016 and it was closed unfortunately on 17 nov 2016...and i go gauati to repair, it they told me the motherboard was burnt...i dont understand how should it was burnt...and told me that they dont have a part for repair...and finally they told me that i should try it in delhi...and i ll planned and ill go on 6 dec 2016 lets see what happened...if it will not repair please...please i need it back my money...

              Dear sir
              I have Swipe elite 2 Moblie and battery is damage within 7 month of purchase date. Now i am searching the battery all authorized service center and all other market but it is not available. My complaint is at least provide the spares of related parts in the market and services centers otherwise quit the waste product.
              In June 2016, I had bought a mobile handset 'Swipe Elite Plus' but I stoped working in October 2016. I am not happy cause I almost roamed every service center but they we have stopped repairing mobiles. Now I am really very angry and just want to return my mobile handset.

                  Hello! I am Arindam. I have bought Swipe Elite from Flipkart. as, I saw it was giving a lot of facilities within 6000. But believe me.. its the worst phone ive ever seen. And now its having a lot of problems. I even contacted with the toll free number which was written on the box... but their behaviour was so rude. Is this really a company? Wow.. Im Impressed..:)

                    My battery has swollen. I have ordered the battery through service centre and they are telling that battery is out of stock. I am suffering a lot of problem without using my phone. If the company is not able to provide any battery then why should they manufacture the phone. There are other people suffering the same. If you not solve the problem as soon as possible. I will make combine consumer complaint against you.

                      There was damage for ccd of my swipe mobile and for the same i have submitted the mobile in kalyan service centre of swipe company on date of 08th august 2016. At regular basis i had visited the service centre about my mobile status and condition, but then everytime they replied that i would get the mobile after two days. But still i am not able to get back my mobile from them even after completing long 3 months.. And i have also reported the same complaint in headquaters of swipe mobile. However i have not received any satisfactory solution from there.

                        I when dial any contect number then screen light off.I want show screen light than no show screen light.when dial contect another side than call is disconect screen light is on. And any work do it.

                              Sir i sold swipe elite black on 7 dec 2015.. the phone has earplug problems.. it doesn't support earphones... then after 5 months battery got swelled.. but company didn't replaced it.. now i m ready to repair my phone but they r asking very high amount of 2200 rs. for touch and display bcz it was broken about 2 months ago.. and doesn't give any exchange offer for this phone.. although they are replacing other companies phone with this worst company which have no satisfactory customers..

                              Hi,

                              I bought the phone from online (Flipkart) and in just 4 months battery get Swollen. I went to Service center in Malviya Nagar and they said that Swipe company doesn't cover the battery if its swollen in 6 month of purchase.

                              They said that the warranty is only if battery is not giving backup but its swollen then its out of warranty even if its 1 month old.

                              There is nothing in the documents or warranty card where its mentioned that warranty is not applicable if the battery get Swollen. They are asking to buy a new battery which may take 15 to 30 days to come to service center after paying the battery cost Rs 800.00

                              Please take action on such fraud company who is only looting their customers.

                                Handset is slow but has LTE support.. Can you please make it Volte enabled so as to allow customers to use Jio sim in the mobile. Without Volte enabling, the customer is unable to use it. It will be greatly appreciable if the company can provide a formula for either upgrading the handset or exchange formula to enable the customer to use it for a decent or satisfactory period of time. Currently the handset is getting hot and is working very slowly. Service centres are unable to solve the complaint.

                                  I Purchase mobile from Flipkart ( online) on 30/05/2016. For the begining, i was facing the problem of battery heating. i deposited my mobile to service centre at Ajmer on 27/08/2016. Service centre person sent this mobile to its head office for service.
                                  But till now nothing is done from neither from service centre nor swipe.
                                  I have attached invoice of mobile & receipt from service centre.

                                        I Purchased Swipe elite plus on 27.8.2016, Mobile was working fine after 1 month started hanging, not charging properly, faster discharge on battery. later 1 day phone was dead. the same phone handed over to SRI SAI CELLS service center on 7.10.16, without mobile knowledge they are saying board issue, later software again pin issue, So PLS Sugst me.
