Imei 2: [protected] in online in the month of october 2015. since yesterday the mobiles below touch functions such as reversing closing are not working. the colour on the screen also changed.

Swipe Telecom customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The consumer complaint ID:1343988 on 2nd august 2016. Immediately I received a phone call and enquired for my bank and debit card details. I rejected to give those and told I have paid cash and not gave any of those. My problem with the hand set is as it is. Please inforn at the earliest what is the proceedure for rectification of the problem.

I have made a complaint whose ID: 1343988 dt 2nd August 2016. has been attended and required bank or debit card nos. The details were not given as the purchses were paid cash and felt not proper to provide the details of bank over phone . Still the problem of the swipe mobile handset problem is as it is. please advise and arrange to resolve the problem early.

As precautionary not to disclose those to every one and as i have paid cash while taking delivry. so please advise me.

      We are purchase one mobile swipe elite 2 through flipkart (north star trading) tax invoice-f0cl9del[protected]imei-[protected]) dated. 22.02.16.
      This mobile same problem face in may`2016, so we complained at your service centre (swp222) complain no. wb-hgl-sgi-98 dt.28.05.16 and your service reported by battery dead and they inform me our battery replace immediately.
      This complained period above 57days but not replace our battery in your company, we are already call to your customer care service 5 to 6 times and your person assured to me our battery received through courier earlier.
      Therefore we request to you please send our new battery and replace old battery.

        I brought my swipe elite mobile in 5 january 2016. After 3-4 month problem occured in my original earphone speaker,.

        Problem occured in my original swipe elite earphone then i gave to maxcom
        Ervice centre thane for replacement. But swipe company is providing me
        Duplicate earphone of tag 'audionic' instead of swipe company tag.

        When company sent audionic tag earphone they said this is original earphone of swipe company but that earphone stopped working in few days. And i returned that earphone to service centre and again company provided me same duplicate earphone of 'audionic' tag and that earphone is not working. Now i want original earphone with swipe tag on it from swipe company because i paid for my handset and deserve original earphone.
        If company again provide me that duplicate earphone with 'audionic' tag then i will file case in consumer form for not providing me original earphone.

        When I call customer care they give me 5-7 days every time but not deliver my phone

          I'm somnath bhunia having swipe elite mobile since the mobile was in warranty and the keypad and power button does not work properly. i have already submitted my mobile m/s mobicare, 1a nandanbagan street, kolkata-700004. on 23rd may 2016. but i still haven't receive the handset yet. i have called several time to swipe telecom on toll free number but still they are making me fool regularly and the m/s mobicare also.. please do me your fever that i will get my mobile phone as soon as possible..

            Dear sir,
            I, dhaval vaghela, am costumer of swipe mobile. Since long time my mobile screen is damaged. I called so many times to customer care and i goes so many times at service center also but people of service center did not received my complaint. After some days they received my complaints, i call everyday to the manager of swipe mobile company at rajkot srvice center but he didnt received my call. If he received my call then he answred me that i m not free right now and i m purchasing food and vegetables right now so call me after sometime. These people of swipe service center are so rudly behaved and not proper answring to customer.

              Its battery has died and now when i call/email to swipe they say that its extruded.

              That means my 12000/- odd rupees also extruded and i just wasted my money.

              I request all customers to look and think, and again think before buying any products from any company.

                  Mene swipe elite 2 purchase kiya tha. fifth month me uski bettary full gay volume key bigad gay, touch me problem. to service station me diya to usne bettary ke pese liye kaha bettary physical me ati hai to uske pele liye.. 720 rs... or baki ki problem ke loye phone le liya. mujhe 2 month k bad phone repair ho gaya esa bola gaya.. to me lene ko gaya. par same problem aa rahi thi.. bettary bhi nai dali.. iss bar to charge nahi ho raha tha.. or bettary heating ka msg aa jata tha.. jab bhi charge pe chadata tha tab. mene mera phone vahi check kiya tha... to usne bola kal hamne chek kiya.. phir usne bola abb company me bhej na padega.. to mene kaha koi bat nahi par abki bar 2 month nahi hone chahiye... usne bola tha ki 10 din me aa jayega... magar aj one month ho gya... or abhi bhi mujhe mera phone nahi mila... 3 month se mujhe mera phone nahi mila... agar swipe ki company din me hajaro usi model k phone produce kar sakti hai... to uski problem sole karne me etna thodi time lagta hai... mene phone ko use bhi nahi kiya sirf 5 month use kiya tha... eseme meri 3 month ki warranty to chali gya... to esi company hi kis kam ki... bolte he 10 din me ho jaye ga or mahino lagate hai par kam to hota nahi... mujhe abhi bhi phone nahi mila... jab bhi call karta hu kehte he... apka kam ho jayega... par kab hoga... agar apki company us phone ko repair nahi kar sakti to dusara bhej de... itne mahine thodi lagte hai... apse gujarish hai k eske bareme kuch action le... or mujhe nyay dilaye..

                      I have bough Swipe Elite 2 through flipkart. After 2 months i have noticed that it is discharging very quickly. When open its battery was swollen. i have contacted customer care of Dehradun, he said now he is not dealing, another said i will write to company as it is not available in market. I got to know that this model's battery have in built defect that is why its battery is not available in the market. Company has to refund all the customer or provide a proper battery or cell phone.

                      Hi, i ordered swipe slice tablet on 8th july and i recieved the tablet on 10th july when i opened the consignment i found that keyboard is not working and tablet's display is little bit smooth inside when i push the screen.so i want u to replace my new tablet as soon as possible.

                        Mobile call dose not function. it fails. then after rebooting call functions ok.

                          I had purchased swipe marathon mobile phone in December15. My name is RAMESH SHETTY. I had hang problem in phone . hang occurs during making a call. I visited dombivli service center but to resolve these problem new problems were occurred. Again I visited same shop but similar problem persists. At last I visited kalyan service center @ there I placed complaints at 3 times in span of march16 to June 16. But similar problem persist. Last time I placed complaint on 1 st june . when I called customer care they told ur complaint had been closed on 9 the June but today also I had not received my phone from kalyan service center. I have very bad experience with swipe telecom why this is happening with me. Phone is very nice in case of featured but I had not used that phone more then 15 days... Pls resolve my problem on priority basis... Thank u.

                            Battery getting big, no charging and discharging, facing this prooblem last one month within 6 month of purchase, contacted the service centre they telling, now no stock it takes one month time to replacement battery...please tell me on which mobile company takes one month time to replace the battery? up to that what i can do for my communications? you are not tested your mobile battery at your factory regarding charging and discharging? why you are launching the mobile in the market without doing any product development life cycle? you are thinked the peoples are fools they buy any mobile in the market? yes you are correct, they get the mobile up to your details of frauds are came out.After that you cant able to withstand in the market...so be carefull...dont cheat the innocent people money, anyway you will pay a big penalty or will get a big punishment for your doing crimes on mobile industry...you are assembling and reselling the old used spares on your mobile. so i want my money reback and collect your mobile..by N.purushothamn, cuddalore, TN, India cell.[protected], [protected]@gmail.com

                              I perches elite 2 mobile in shop cj 29/1/2016 but my mobil batry damaged so i send my battery they provide me work order no wb-shl-sgi-67 date 15/5/2016. So many time i call castomr care number [protected].
                              They toald so many time you got 28/5 than i am wating but they told divice are not avalabl so steel date they send divice service center but service center sagun infotech told over the phone swipe send damaged so they refund the prodect swipe company 22/6/2016. Than they told me get new work order no. But i dont under stand how can produced me another work order no with out my cancalaiton with out my permesion. Swipe campany castomer care not given me solution which day i get my divice. Pls telus how i can get my divice.

                                  Today I received a new Swipe Elite plus phone from Flipkart,

                                  whenever I am trying to call someone screen of this phone goes off, so that I am not able to turn on loudspeaker and even not able to disconnect the ongoing call.

                                  It seems that you can't even do the basic thing with this phone that is making and ending a call.

                                  Please suggest me any solution as soon as possible.

I gave my mobile in swipe service centre two time with the problem in touch. Two times they did service but the same problem still exist. Service centre representative is not responding properly.. I ask representative of swipe service centre to exchange my default piece. They are not listening to me

                                      I have purchased swipe elite phone model elite imei:[protected] imei2: [protected] on dated 7 nov 2015 through online from snapdel but after few months of purchaseing battery of phone is not working properly and proble of swell. And any costumer care center is not working in shimla. I have also visit to mentioned service on your site kamal mobile service center ram bazar shimla and they refused to provide your service. Please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will take action on company through consumer court accordingly.

                                        Sir,
                                        I'm harikrishnan a from kollam, kerala. I purchased swipe konnect 5.8gb white on 24th june 2015. But after 3 months the product was dammaged, and by the instructions given by the swipe customer care executive i given that phone to the "icom service centre kollam", and they gave me a registration receipt.
                                        Even now they donot take any action about my complaint. Now they told me that it can't be repaired. Now what can i do now? I think that swipe will give value to the customer problems and money. If the company don"t take any action about my complaint then i'll go with the legal proceedings.
