Order ID : OD[protected], Swipe Elite 2 purchased and in warranty. LCD having problem so approached Siddu Communication, Chennai for repair. Work Order Number TN-CHE-SC-1504. They asked me to wait for the spare parts. Whenever I call ask me to wait. I called Customer care also (Swipe) same response. Expecting earliest solution to avoid take any action. Thanks

    not working properly, SO I am submitted my mobile for battery replacement to SWIPE VIRTU SERVICE CENTRE LOACATED

    AT BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA ON DATE: 27TH JULY 2016 for that i have SUBMIITED THE BATTERY AST SERVICE CENTRE AND THE

    REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY WITHIN 3O DASY, STILL TODAY DT: 15/10/2016. I HAVE JUST MAKE 253 PHONE CALLS FOR ASKING

    THE BATTERY. But i haven't recieved the BATTERY Till date . I have called several time to swipe telecom on toll

    free number but still they are making me fool regurlarly.ALWAYS CUSTOMER CARE REPLIES TAHT the battery is not in

    stock. Is it possible that company have launched the mobile and do not have batteries of the same out of stock.

    Requesting you to please resolve the problem AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Neither i need to launched complain in consumer

    forum for the same against justswipe.com .

      My swipe elite mobile battery got swollen there is no battery available in market so i went to service centre they also have no knowledge about there own company my jobsheet no. is pun-jal-rt-1858 it is scheduled to dispatch on 16 august but its 15 of october and they still told me to wait for 22 october to dispatch why they are fooling with these comments i fully fed up by company

      Swipe Elite 2 is big blunder with battery at least 98% of Elite 2 customer are facing this issue, It looks like they planned it to launch such phone under 4k and then charge customer for battery 1/4th of its price. Swipe must seek this strongly if they want to stand in market otherwise Indian customer will give you somewhat you really deserve.

The touch of mobile is not properly working. so i submit the service center jind in haryana. Address of service center is Dev Mobile Shop. no 43, HUDA Complex pp. DRDA, Jind 126102. on dated[protected]. but i have no response regarding replacing moblie till[protected]. after that i am going complain in consumer court regarding refund of money.

        after this complain posted on net at present a phone call is come on my mobile no [protected] from [protected] this which names tell me Deepak. on phone he asked me the name of the bank name and atm no for deposit the cost of mobile i.e 6999/- . i told the name of the bank and atm no. after that i get a otp message and i told him after asking me. atlast i have found 4000/- rs debit in my account. finally i call that no i.e [protected] but that no is now switch off. pls help me about this matter. for contact pls call [protected]

          But till now i didn't get battery. So can you please take action on swipe company.

            I had given a requisition for batter replacement on[protected] as per work order KER-ALP-SOS-324 through their authorised service center. Strangely, their service centers do not have or keep spare accessories. I had contacted customer care via email and they responded with 5-6 working days the spare battery will be dispatched. They keep on saying this 5-6 working days answer each time i sent a query.
            Going through this forum it is evident that the company is deliberately doing this and fooling around the customers valuable time and money.

            I would like to register a consumer case against swipe telecom.

              I have given my mobile swipe elite plus in goregaon service center on 26/9/2016 but they took totally 2 week for repairing and at the end they are not repaired my mobile and saying that we are sending your to pune for repairing and now 1 week is gone and their response is nothing and they are still saying we can not tell you the exact date .they are just making their customer fool .

You praised that it is not breakable item, n u prove it by crushing machine, car's tyre example, tractor's weight n so much. Then i pur. It. Sir it normally braked by dropping my pocket. Now what will b the solution for that.

                  I have purchase swipe tablet 17, april through local dealer of vadodara, with in 3 month, tablet heating start during charging & suddenly stop working on 18th august, than tablet hand over to swipe service station on 20th august & after that i am not getting satisfactory reply from swipe customer care, from last 44 days device is still not repair & not getting assurance regarding replace or refund amount,
                  Device sale is faulty and i have seen so many complain about swipe products.
                  I need replacement or refund amount asap, i think company is cheated with consumers

                    With utmost veneration and humble submission I would like to draw your kind consideration regarding not properly working of my Mani delaying in repair. I purchase the above mentioned swipe Elite phone while I was in Kolkata now I have been posted to Allahabad before Some weeks the display of my phone was not working properly sometime it produce hairline in horizontal and vertical way before that the camera also was not working anyway I format the phone Still then the problems continued one day suddenly the whole screen turned into black without any shock or a jerk to the mobile.
                    Sir please do the needful so that I may find my phone in time.

But till this date I haven't got back my said after repaired completely. Therefore requesting to make necessary arrangements to return the said phone after repaired completely at an early date. Right from the beginning there is problem with touch screen and it is continuously flickering. When i taken the handset to m&m technologies, service center, vijayawada, andhra pradesh they expressed their helplessness as they are unable to get spares.                             Two days ago i reached swipe service center and i gave my swile elite plus phone to service center's people. Then they said me that wait some time but after 3pm they said me that we check your phone, you meet after one day and etc. But two days later i go to service center then they said that your phone is broke, if you repair it then pay some mony.
                            But i purchased this phone one month ago and phone was not rooted.
                            I don't what they say!
                            What is this!!! My warranty is not over and phone not rooted and nothing! W
                            So, why i pay money in warranty days?
                            Your service center's peole is thife. Very bad after sell service. I not purchase your phones in my life and aslo talk my family and friends and others! Very very very bad service.

I buy the piece about 8 months ago. when i put my handset in switched off state for about 10 days got The battery totally swollen as it is unusable now. I want a suitable battery for my handset.                                 I want to share my problem with the product Swipe Elite...

                                On 9th of September, 2016, I was taking snaps from the rear camera, after sometime I noticed that the LED flashlight was still on, though no application related to LED flashlight was working at that time. I switched off my phone, thought that the phone'll be OK after restarting. But the phone didn't restart and only blue screen was visible and the phone didn't restart again. And as soon as i was joining the batter with the phone, the LED flashlight was getting on automatically without switching on the phone.

                                I had sent my phone to Swipe Telecom's Head Office at Pune on 10th of September, 2016 and the Swipe Telecom received my phone on 12th of September, 2016. They had issued that within 22 days (after the date they received), I will get the phone on my hands.

                                As I came through some of the reviews based on Swipe Telecom's Customer Care's service, I came to know that the service is very much below par. So i don't want to suffer so badly. I am strictly posting to Swipe Telecom that I want my phone within 22 days, i.e., by 10th of October, 2016.

                                If I don't receive my phone within the issued date, then I'll surely be complaining in the Consumer's Court.

                                No doubt that your products are well made but the products should live upto 1.5 years, but we are getting all these problems within the use of 8-9 months.

                                  This is to inform you that, i was purchased a swipe elite mobile in the month of November 2015 through FLIPKART.
                                  After some months my phone had some serious issue like

                                  1) Its touch screen not working well
                                  2) Its Volume and Power key is also dead.

                                  when i was know about these things i submitted my phone at swipe elite customer care office at Faridabad on the date 11/07/2016.

                                  After 2 months my phone is not repaired and they said that your are not dispatch spare parts of my phone and still my phone repairing is pending.

                                  When i was purchase your product i was very happy with the feature of the product but i am totally dissatisfied with your services.

                                  This is humble request to you please consider my problem as early as you can.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    This has reference to captioned subject I purchased the said instrument of your company through Paytm. After few months, there was some issue in Handset's touch. As the product was covered under warranty so I deposited the same at your service center on dated[protected] with service center at Karol Bagh, New Delhi and the order no- was DEL-NDL-GE-1615.

                                    As per communication, the set should have repaired within one month but till date there is no updation from your side. I continue mailed to your customer care center but there is no reply from there end.

                                    I have to purchase a new mobile due to said delay at your end. You are advised to return the purchase money as company failed to repair my mobile set since approximate two months due to which I have to face its consequences.

                                        My battery is swelled allot i want replacement as soon as possible (purchase date) is 17 nov. 2015. I don't getting it in market. customer care talk unresponsively. They were telling price of battery is 550 which is more than normal battery price and one customer order it more than one month ago at that service centre he don't get it. If i have to buy new phone you should give money for that because if there are no solution within two days i have to go consumer court.
