Below is the self explanatory email, which i sent to Swipe telecom : I had purchased Swipe HALO Tab x74s on 18th August 2012. i would like to appreciate the quality of product that was dispatched to me. I really loved the product and the ease o[censored]se. However, in the next six month i started facing the problem, I had to submit the product to service center at thane for the faulty charger socket and the low battery backup. In this case they replaced my battery and also the other problems with the tab were resolved. Now let me take you to the recent issue, that has been very disappointing and moreover frustrating. My tab stopped functioning on 9th August 2013, so I took it to the service center in Thane and submitted on 10th August (Warranty was ON). Service center told me that its a software issue and needs to be sent to Pune center. I waited for 25 days, and finaly got the tab repaired on 5th September. But to my disappointment, the product was still faulty, Camera was not working anymore. I again submitted the device to thane service center on 6th September and again waited for 20 more days. Finaly I got a call from service center that due to the part unavailability, they have replaced my original tab to which I agreed. However, when i went to pick up the replacement, to my surprise they provided me with HALO SPEED TAB instead of my original HALO TAB X74S. This is bad, on top of that the newly (as they are calling it) replaced tab has hundreds of scratches on its back cover, which look so cheap and disappointing. Also, the replaced tab lacks few features : 1. Battery is only 2600mah instead of 3800mah 2. Front camera is 0.3 MP instead of 1.3 MP 3. Size is larger than the original tab. Finally, after a lot of disappointment, i called up customer care and spoke with executive Rohit who later had his supervisor Amol talk to me. I narrated the whole incident to Amol, to which as a representative of your company..he replied that if i want my original trab than i will have to wait for next 2 months. Else i should keep the replacement, nothing else can be done in my case further. I would like to ask here: 1. Is it my fault that the parts are not available for my original tab. 2. why should i accept a replacement which lacks in major features over my previous tab. 3. Why should i accept a device which has hundreds of scratches on its body. 4. why should i wait for more 60 days, when i 'v already waited for a god 45 days. This is very frustrating, i have bought this product with hard earned money, and such kind of cust service is not at all appreciated and neither acceptable. I would request you to take this matter on priority and provide me with a replacement at the earliest or my original tab in fully working condition ASAP. Attached are the Pics of the replaced tab, showing the cheap back cover and the recording of the call with cust service. NOTE : I really can not wait for more 60 days for the replacement or the repairs. I will have to take strict actions against your company on the grounds of poor cust service and for the mental harassment that has been caused to me for these 45 days (I had to visit service center 4 times and no results so far, also each time i had to pay 100 rupees for the transportation) Hoping kind co-operation from your end.     Hello,

    I had purchased the mobile handset swipe 9x from swipe telecom.
    Since beginning they are harassing and now they have crossed extreme limits.

    First, they delivered the product after the time limits they have given was crossed. I had to take follow up so many times but all the time I got very rude and unsatisfactory answers.I have mail trails in which they have committed their mistake clearly.

    Second, they delivered faulty device. I have written in mail from swipe telecom that, it is faulty device (after it was checked from authorized service station at bhavnagar) and thus they were convinced to replace the same after my very very hard efforts(I have all mails which clearly shows how they are ignoring and twisting the whole matter and harassing).

    Third: they told me to courier it to their pune office on my own charges which is totally wrong. Though after my so many telephonic calls with their superior they told me to deliver it to ahmedabad service station. I agreed to do needful just to clear the matter soon and so i helped them to reach that device at ahmedabad service station address given by them, which incurred me Rs. 600+ amount.

    Forth: After that also, they are not at all interested to make follow up and deliver the new device. I had asked so many times regarding the status in which every time I got rude and unsatisfactory reply.

    Fifth: After my so many calls and mails, They told me that new device will be delivered to my home address. after that suddenly they mailed me that the new device sent to ahmedabad service station instead of my home. Now they are telling me to take that device from ahemedabad at my own charges.

    I am really fed up of this company now.Please see my last mail trail and though I wrote in strict way, they did not care even to call me or reply my mail.

    I am surely going for legal actions against this. You have already twisted this simple matter many times and now this is LIMIT.
    I have no clue why are you taking exam of my patience.
    I want very strict actions against each individual involved directly or indirectly in this matter.

    Apart from this, you had committed that the device will be dispatched by friday evening to my home address but, Today is Saturday and though you have not provided me any tracking details!! which as per your last mail, I would have latest by friday evening.

    please provide me your all superior contact details immediately with email address and contact numbers.

    You are spoiling your company's image now.
    Soon this case I am going to take in consumer court and you very well know that this is purely case of fraud and harassment.You are not keeping your own words which you have committed to your customer.
    If I will not get my new device with all accessories latest by Thursday(04/07/2013) evening at my home address, you are responsible for my further course of actions.

    Why are you harassing me in such a simple matter?

    I am not at all liable to pay for any additional such amount as it is because of your faulty device. I am not asking for its reimbursement also.

      Sir/Ma'am I bought a swipe halo value tablet on 6th of April 2013 from online shopping store Infibeam.com which is defected the tablet sim ports and memory card slots didn't work so I give it to the swipe service centre on 16th of April 2013 with complaint no. RSVRN1304AEG00028 now more than a month time is passed away I regualar called the supervisor as well as area incharge of swipe telecom but no one tell me anything clearly please help me [protected] its my contact number

        Sir,

        Its already high time by arguing each other. U r motive is clear that u r not will to solve the issue in a an amicable manner.
        I had already pointed in my previous mails that there are lots of problems with the set u had sent to me.
        The battry back is also very poor. U r executive had assured that the backup would be around 5 hrs. And when an bluetooth device or handsfree is being used the other end user is not able to hear my voice from the set. And the battery charger cable is very very short whichg cant be used even for a basic model mobile phone. An there is a red color DOT on the touch screen.
        Anyhow this is my final request / reminder to replace the SET immediately without further delay by sending the new set (properly Tested) and collect the old set sent by u to avoi further delay.
        Failing to act atleast by now, will be compelled to approach the consumer court.

        Hoping for u r kind cooperation atleast by now and act accordingly.

        As per telephonic conversation u had said the same what evver u had said through mail. First of all i would like to question you that how come u had sent a faulty set with out checking it prroperly? And as informed soon after receiving the set there is a small red color dot in the screen. And the handsfree set when connected to other mobile phone works properly and when the same is used for the tab the voice is not received by the other end. Hence i am dam sure that the problem is with the set as the Bluethooth headset is also not working when its being paired with the device. And the charger cable is very short that even a local manufacturer does not provide such a short cable. And as said in my previous mail u had not provided any contact details about u r service centres, not even a single phone number. Now i doubt that are there service centres as mentioned on the list and as assured by u r executive at the time of placing the order. Yesterday u said it will take 20 days for replacement and n u r mail u say it takes 4-5 days. Right from the begning most o[censored] r promises differs. When it took just a day to deliver the set soon after placing the order, then why doest it take 4-5 days for replacement? Soon after the deliver i tried to reach u on the tollfree number but had to waste my whole day by trying again and again. Then how do i relay on u by send the set first?
        As said through phone yesterday, kindly arrange to send the new set immediately without further delay. U r person can first check the product and hand over the new set to me so that both the parties will not have any problem.
        At any cost i cant vist u r service centre as you had sent be an faulty set and its not even an week,now u suggest me to visit the service centre.

        Please note as we are shipping a few thousand tablets every week which is a delicate piece of equipment , despite of special packaging , a few of them are experiencing an error due to the wear and tear received while shipping.

        As per your communication with us and our records we understand that you have received one of such units which is experiencing some errors, we apologize for it again, but as we are committed to our customers , in providing them high quality products and a good consumer experience , we will be happy to replace your unit with a new one.

        Following is the procedure for the same :

        1.) Kindly put your unit in the original box with all the accessories ( cables , manuals etc) and keep it in a courier envelope or a box. The goods shipped without any of the accessories and with any signs of physical damage will not be replaced.

        2.) Our courier person will come and pick it up from the address provided by you , once shipped the unit will take maximum 4-5 days to reach us and a new unit will be shipped to you immediately with a new airway tracking number.

        Note : in order for us to collect your instrument kindly pack it in a bubble wrap and enclose it in a cardboard box, as an appreciation against this favor and against the inconvenience caused to you please note we will ship a free tablet case to you.
        We will acknowledge a receipt and you will be intimated with a mail once we dispatch your replacement unit from our warehouse.

        Sir,

        This is regarding your product `Swipe Tab All in One which was
        ordered by me on 25th Dec 2012 and the same was delivered by you on 26th
        Dec 2012 through Aramex courier against paying Cash amount of
        Rs.12000/-.(Invoice No: CRS/WGL/2529). The Box pack consists of one Tab,
        One Handsfree without mike, USB/Charger. There is a small Red dot on the
        touch screen and the same was complained to your customer care executive.
        When i tried to use the handsfree, i found that there is no mike in that. I
        could only listen music and cannot make/recdeive calls using handsfree.
        Yesterday i visited the Local electronic market in Chennai to purchase an
        Bluetooth Headset and tried around 7 Bluetooth headsets, But the paired
        bluetooth headset did not work properly. I dont the voice on the bluetooth
        headset and if i use some other handsfree which has mike in it, i am just
        able to listen but the person on the other end cant listen to my voice. I
        t called on the tollfree number and complained about all those and was
        told that a call back will be arranged but non of them bothered to call
        back. And today finally when i called u r customer care number around
        3.10pm, one Mr. Mahesh spoke to me and i complained him everything. And i
        was asked to send a request mail for replacement. Even the battery backup
        is very poor. As promised by your executive at the time of odering i was
        told that it would be around 5hours(Talktime) but it doesnt last for more
        that 1 and a half hour. And the battery charging cable is very short that
        not even a chinise or and other local company will provide such a short
        charger. And there is no prrovision for USB dongle (Tata photon) data
        card. Finally i am not satisfied with the product as promised by your
        executive.

        Finally: the service centre list sent by u doesnt have any contact details , not even an contact numbers. Are those genuine service list

        Anyhow i request you to replace the set immediately along with the
        handsfree. Battery charger etc against a new set.

        In u r reply is not at all clear. As said earlier, u had sent an faulty set with so many problems with the set. Even the battery backup is very poor. Even though the mistake is from u r side u r not willing to send the New well tested set, instead u want me to visit u r service centre and handover the set over there. If thats it why should i buy a set from a company who give replacement guarantee? I wonder how can u send an old faulty set stating it as new set? u had already waisted more that 10days and wasted my time. Hence u r suppose to consider this mail as case sensitive and send the new set well checked and take back the old faulty set sent by u immediately. Failing to do so, u will r suppose to bear all the expenses and waste of time and mental torture which u r suppose to bear all the damages which i have and still facing till date. Due to u r mistake i am not able to use the set or concentrate by business for which u r the sole responsible and all the legal and other charges will be claimed.

        Dear Sir, - Mr. Sundeep/ Mr.Mahesh,

        As discussed through phone today noon with me and with the service technician (Universal Technologie. 25,new no.34, 2nd floor,thanikachalam,t.nagar, chennai-600017.
        I had handed over the All in One Set with box pack consisting of All in one set, Battery charger with usb cable, USB port in good working condition, Handsfree etc and the same was received by Mr. Raja and had issued the JOB Sheet No: 874, dt: 8.01.2012,
        The Online work order no is: RVSRN1301UTG00004.
        Reason for returning the set at u r service centre is as said earlier, the Battery backup is very poor, the handset becomes hot if kept it on for more than half an hour. Small Red colored dot on the touch screen.
        Battery charger cable is very very short. And the Handsfree / Bluethooth head set works at times and at times doesnt work.
        All the above mentioned faults are right from the begning and the same is being accelarated right from the begning and no proper response or action has been taken from u r end instead i have been asked to handover the set at u r service centre at the very next day after receiving the set which is not at all acceptable. Anyhow as an final try and as per my the advise of my Legal adviser i had handed the box pack consisting of All in one set with all the accessories at u r service centre against the job order no: 874 beliving atleast by now u will send a fresh set which is well checked and QC passed so that the same problems mentioned above doesnot arise again.

        I wish the Fresh/New peace wil be sent by u within a day or two.

        Dear Mr.Sundeep,

        As per our telephonic discussion held today morning over phone and as per u r instruction i had taken back the ALL IN ONE SWIPE SET from your service centre (Universal Technologies). Hence i once again request you to send the new (Tested Set)
        at early. Kindly ensure that the new set u r going to send is brand new and throughly check by your R & D Team. The major problem is Very poor battery backup which is hardly for 1 and half hour and the red color dot on the screem and the handset gets heat.

        Awaiting for the new product.

          Hello Swipe Telecom,
          Its very shame to tell about your services.I bought a swipe tablet on 18th August, it had a software problem and i given to service center on 14th September, finally it was approved for DOA.then you people told that you will give the replacement.then i started to ask about the replacement, and your reply is no stock right now, then on Oct 22nd October, you told we had dispatched the tablet, but the problem is in logistics department, this dialogue is repeating till the day,
          If i not recieved the tablet before 5th November, I will send a notice from the customer care court and i will started to put negative comments in all the online stores with my mobile number
