NOT GETTING THE BATTERY OF SWIPE ELITE AFTER REPEATED CHATS AND CALLS, I HAVE ALREADY PAID Rs 900 AS ASKED TO SWIPE ACCOUNT AT PUNE.EVERYTIME I ASK THROUGH CHAT OR CALL, YOU PEOPLE SAY IN 3-4 DAYS.I HAD MADE THE PAYMENT OF Rs 900 ON 21/07/2016.
THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN VERIFIED .THE UTR NUMBER IS psibh [protected]
You can verify it several times.

    I have purchased this mobile in 12/082015 the same is delivered by m/s siddhivinayak enterprise motilal nagar, goregaon west, mumbai vide tax invoice no 002714 . I have paid rs 3200/- for the same .
    Since in this mobile have problem hence i have sent this mobile thru m/s r.K.Telecom andheri west -authorise service centre of swipe telecom ..
    They are sent the same vide work order no mum/adh/rkt/198 in sept 2015 after 20 days then they are ive thi mobile back. Mr sandip from swipe tlecom tech is change sim tray which is mention in his status report no 5922 still in this said mobile have following problems which is i have informed to swipe chatting but they are not bother .Even r k telecom is not lifted his phone as [protected]-mr vikram [protected] mr kiran,[protected]
    1- battery is require charge.After 01 hour i have told by m/s r k telecom swipe telecom is put new battery .Same is poor quality battery .
    2- sim 1 is not working as per other mobile repair technician it is require run soft ware,
    3- in the same camera & video is there but flash is not there due to this we have unable take photo or use video in the advertisement they display flash, visial etc
    4- faulty charger is given . As per r k telecom it is require to pay rs 150/- but i have purchase the same for rs 80/-
    5- since m/s r k telecom is shifted from pearl centre near andheri west station & i am searching his new office finaly after six month his office find near andheri harbour platform no 6/7 near bata show room .Andheri west . In this time warrenty is 01 year is over .
    As per swipe telecom co charger, battery etc have sox month warrenty . It is wrong due to they mention in the advertisement or informed to the customer .
    6 whatsapp is there but same is not working
    7- as per swipe telecom same is anroid base then 4 g is not working .
    Hence i have told to them either replacement the said faulty mobile or refund my amount. Even in the warrenty period i have told them but they are not taken back. Also in justswipe co websight no of customer complaints are pending
    hence kindly take require action for change this mobile or refund the said paid amount.

      Dear Sir,
      Yesterday i collected my tablet from service station after repair which came from Pune. The work order no. given to me was MH-NAG-SS-2890. i gave this tablet to service station Nagpur on 19th August 2016 and as per detail given to me that pune received on 29th August 2016 and i received after repair on 8th September 2016.

      This is very painful for me to say that the problem which i highlighted that didn't get solved but new problem arise. The problem was regarding battery life that it is draining fast. After receiving tablet yesterday the same problem is there and no change right now also the battery is draining fast. And in this also i am no where faulty, you can see the trail mail of mine.

      The SD card slot which earlier no problem was there, right now it is not reading the SD card and after removing from SD Card slot, the SD card becomes very much hot.

      Last year i purchased the tablet in the month of November 2015 and this is under warranty. Sir from my hand last month the tablet fell down for which i paid Rs 1, 180/- for touch screen.

      Sir i am so much dishearten with the service which i received that i lost my faith in the company. I just want my tablet to be repaired and in working condition.

      Please help me, if possible.

        Dear Team,

        It's Very sad to write this mail to you as i had purchased swipe elite plus mobile in the month of june and within 2 months the battery is start swelling and phone is totally not working, When we try to reach customer care but the same is not reachable and visited to your care centre in Ahmedabad near Nandavan Complex Shubhash circle ph no: [protected] but the attended is very rude and not accepting phone to repair as it not covered under warranty.

        This is very serious issue and i am planning to go to the consumer court if the matter is not resolved.

          Hello sir

          I bought a swipe elite plus phone from flipkart. I was very much happy with it. After using a month i didn't got voice in my phone. I have submit to local service center address: shop no. 2068/1, near axis bank atm, sector 45-a, burail, chandigarh, 160047 phone:[protected]. My work order no is cha cha ai 1563. Its been a 20 days am still waiting for my phone. Please let me know what is the issue. Please contact me [protected] thanks

          I have checked review there is lots of complaints and negative review of swipe. Am totally stuck off the service please resolve the issue. Otherwise i will viral the whole story. You can check every day consumer complaints

          my issue is not resolved yet. i didn't got my phone still waiting from last 22 days. once the device is sold they dont care about customer, their aim is to sell to phone after getting money, if you got a problem in your swipe handset they dont care about you. very unprofessional service center guys, non sense and take about a month to repair a device. very very bad service.

            I bought a "swipe elite-2" phone from "flipkart" in 22nd april 2016. Just after completion of 4 months it's battery got swollen. When swipe customer care was contacted it was told that the "swollen batteries" are not covered under warranty, as it happens because of the overcharging and mishandling on part of the customer, and refused to replace it.

            It is quite evident from the trailing complaints about the same issue, that battery is getting swollen in short time not because of the mishandling of the customer but because of the "inferior quality" of the battery provided by the "swipe" company.

            Through the forum, i would like to to draw the attention of the concerned "swipe" company officials towards the issue and replace my "battery" under warranty.

              I purchased a swipe elite from flipkart on 18th march 2016.The handset was running nicely but after few months it started giving problem of poor battery backup and front camera was showing inverted image and rear wasn't operational.So I gave it to an authorized service centre of swipe on 6th july 2016 . Its 29th august 2016 today and I haven't recieved it yet . Job sheet no. is UP-FRBD-SKLT-115. It is mentioned on jobsheet that within 45 days we have to claim for handset but I haven't got . Whenever I cal to swipe care they are just cutting corners and are increasing dates. I would like experts of swipe to kindly see to my problem and should resolve it as soon as possible. Thanks.

                  I was sent my mobile phone for repair date on 26th July 2016, work order number –HR-GRG-[censored]-136 Modal number –ELITE, problem is not show network .

                  Please note first time I call your company, your side reply me, your phone dispatch 10th august 2016 but phone not dispatch .

                  After that I call your company date on 10th august 2016, your side reply your phone 16th august 2016 sure dispatch but phone not dispatch

                  I call 20th august 2016 your side reply, your phone dispatch on Monday (22/08/2016) but phone not dispatch .

                  Yesterday I call to your company, your customer care Executive tell me your phone dispatch 30th august 2016.

                  I humbly request to you, please tell me your company phone purchased it is my big mistake, I have no phone last 27dayes I face to more problem without phone.

                  So I request to you please dispatch my phone next 2, 3 days

                    My swipe unlimited 3g 2in1 tab screen broke. And when i gave it for repair at one center they kept it for 15days and gave back saying they can't do.. Another center sent it to company.. They kept it for 2mnth and i was told that swipe has stopped manufacturing product and screen is not available.. Then somehow they repaired and gave me by the end of 3rd month & i m greatful that they did it.. But they put me through a really long hell to get this all done... Plz get your after sale services in place. I don't wish any customer to go through the experience that i went through.

                      May i know why the company is not improving its service-quality...???
                      I purchased a swipe-sonic (Cdma+gsm). But after 6 months the display became 'white'. I took it to a nearest service centre & got changed the display after 1.5 months. But returning home i discovered that the proximity-sensor is not working during a call and the screen becomes dark & no display is comming even after the end of the call. I took it to them again & they admitted the handset as 'sensor-problem' & created a new job-sheet. After 20 days they told that it cannot be resolved there & need to despatch to the "head-office". After 1.5 month they delivered a used handset which had 'no sensor' & naturally i didn't accept that. They returned it to h. O. After 1.5 month they told me that h. O. Despatched a "same handset without-sensor" again & again they have returned it to h. O. What's this..?? In the meantime i contacted to the cust. Care but very surprisingly they informed me that swipe-sonic (Not eg4) never comes with proximity sensor. I asked him if that model had no sensor why the service centre accepted my handset acknowledging 'sensor-problem'?? Were they drunk??? Then the cust. Care executive agreed with me at last. Now my question to authority is : what's going on?? In these incidental period my 1500mah battery got damaged as everyone knows that an used battery becomes dead if it's left unused for a long time (Above 3.5 months). Now who will compensate for this loss??

                        I have a very bad experience with the handset & 'm suspicious that the swipe mobile are coming with some inbuilt hidden features which are hacking personal data of customers or otherwise the company is assembling handsets without testing it properly.

                        Should we contact consumer forum for cheating customers by selling this raw product?

                        I am very mush disappointed by purchasing swipe elite plus handset, kindly inform if i can get back my money. I don't like to use this handset anymore.

                            I am owning Swipe Elite 2 which i have purchased in January 2016, my battery has got faulty and is not covered under warranty, Hence have been searching seamleslly, in mumbai but the new battery is not available even with service centre, . Hence i m depressed and upset and my phone worth around Rs.5000 is useless without the new battery. Hence i strongly recommend the authorities to take strict action as i m harassed by taking this company s phone.

                              I purchased one swipe mobile through flipkart online, in that network problem coming from last 3 months, so given to the service center, they are send that mobile to swipe brand customer care, and it is in warranty condition

                              The swipe peoples are not sending my mobile back, so many times i called to that customer care & mailed but they not responding anything, only dates are postponing, please help me sir.

                                Hi sir/madam

                                I am ajay kumar das, mob-[protected], purchased your mobile swipe 5.0 on 13 feb 2016 from i life style, 50, saheed nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha, india. Bearing invoice no-466.

                                After having mobile camera and lcd screen issues i went to you service station at service point, 233/a, saheed nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha, they said me the parts is available so you have to use it as it is or else you have to purchase another one by submitting this mobile and some additional amounts of that model that you have chosen.

                                The main reason writing this mail is that i need new lcd or new phone as the phone is got defective in the warranty time period. So need your help asap or else i will sue a consumer case...

                                  I have made a complaint of not functioning o[censored]nderneath portion of my swipe mobile hand set purchased on line by payment of cash. The complaint has been noted and a reply with complaintno.1343988 receiived and shortly a phone call from an executive also received. He had asked for bank details such as card no and account no. Etc. Those have not been given by me. Still my problem is as is where is condition.

                                  Please resolve at the earliest.

                                    I buy a swipe konnect mobile in online on 24 oct 2015. My mobile was theft in 31 july 2016. My IMEI number is [protected]. Plz deactivate my mobile. Somebody stolen my mobile. So i want to block that mobile. I request u to stop the mobile activation.
                                    I have fablet f3 mobile since 2 years.but it's battery is not working now.so I wish to buy, but there is not availability of it.could u help me? And other parts like touch pad etc.also not available.
                                    This is very bad thing for brand and company.
                                    I purchase the said mobile . majority time same is on & also battery i require charge again . i have given the same to andheri (w) centre but status is same .it is require either refund the rs 3000/- or change hand set

                                      Hand set working poor from the day one. Not proper charge form initial stage. phone got heated while charging. and finaly got shut down and not got started . after that give service center for repair just after 10 days of purchase and waiting from last 15 days for got back the phone, not getting proper response from company as well as online website.
