    Dear sir,

    I had submitted my swipe phone for repair on 13/01/2018.
    I have been phoning the service center regularly and i have been told, that my handset has been send to head office for repair and the latest status is that it has been assigned to a engineer for repair.

    It is already more than 2 months — now, i am facing v v difficult situation without my phone.

    Please look into the matter and expedite the repair..

    Please as a courtesy, please at least reply to the mail!!!

    Also please inform me the present status of repair of my smart phone.

      First of all i’ve been struggling to get my device from your service centre in panaji, goa after servicing which i had given in the month of november 2017.
      Till date i have not got my device back.

      Work sheet number : swpascga198pan127
      The reason: after servicing the tab, back cover was not sent to goa service centre by youll.
      After several attempts from my side by calling your customer care centre, they sent it but as per the service centre in goa he said the back cover which is sent by you’ll doesn’t match.

      As per him he sent you mails for which there was no revert from your side.

      Request you to do the needful at the earliest failing which i may have to take legal action.

        Hi,

        We bought this mobile-SWIPE Elite 3 from flipkart on 25thAugust 2017 .

        Initially the phone used to buldge when we would charge.We tried calling
        swipe with this complain .It is so difficult to contact swipe customer care. No one lifts calls in customer care and after calling repeatedly, regularly or waiting for 40 mins some one answers.We received suggestions like-"It happens for first few days and then settles down" or "it happens when mobile is in humid place" or "you are over charging it " etc .As days passed by the phone would get heated up while charging and we would get scared to use it or charge it.Later the phone would never get chrged to 100% and the charge would drop to 10% with in 1 hour.

        After many such disturbing incidents we tried contacting customer care for battery replacement with in warranty period. We got local service center number and contcted them.On 22nd feb 2018 We gave the mobile to Mangalore service center for battery replacement.Even today we are still waiting for battery to be replaced...
        Every time we call random, careless response continues.The battery was suppose to be replaced within 1 month but they have been postponing and evading .First they told by 1 april you will receive your battery then they told battery was out of stock so you will receive on 6 th May.Now No one is lifting call at all.

        I request Indian Consumer Complaints forum to help us to get proper service, response and battery replacement from Swipe company

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I have bought a cell phone (Elite Max) of Swipe brand on 21 May 2017 from flipkart. After few months automatically it's battery swelled. I went to the customer care office of swipe in Bund garden Road, Pune. They said it's happened due to long time charging but I never did that at this time I took that issue lightly and that time they took from me Rs 2000 /- even my phone is under warranty.

          After few days same problem happened once again and I gave my cellphone to them on 13/03/2018 and at this time they said they will do replacement my cell phone. I'm tacking follow up for same from date of submitted my cellphone to replacement but always they are giveing me some reasons to neglecting me and trying to avoid to give me replacement of my cell phone. I went 6 to 7 times there some time they said we will deliver your phone by Currier to your home address or some time they said we have sent back to your phone to our plant because you are not came to collect it. I don't know why the people doing like this. Pls help...

          I'm little bit confused on company name I think it's swipe telecom
          I purchased a swipe elite max mobile from flipkart on 18 May 2017.But after sometime it consume more battery in less time and was not charging. Then I give it to service center gurgaon on 17 December 2017. But still my mobile is not return to me. Whenever I call or go to service center they give date within 15days but not return mobile and give next date and so on.
          I never seen a bad company like this.
          So I requested to all don't buy the mobile of this company.

            At the time of purchase, there was lot of issues regarding
            1. Battery 2. Automatic power off 3. Usb not support. I had also written the mail mail date - mon, jun 5, 2017 at 5:36 pm [incident: in[protected]], but there were no response from the concerns. Now, this mobile has become really a problem to me due to all above three issue.. You are requested, please replace my mobile or please help me to provide the service center in kota (Rajasthan). So, that i can share and find a solution of my long lasting problem.
            Kindly help.

                Hi,

                I have purchased may 2017 swipe elite sense mobile from flipkart.
                November 2017 found screen display issue. So visited bangalore sri sai mobile service they found it is manufacturing defect, so logged request to swipe for display parts.

                Job card no : ka-ban-ssc-094.

                I have called sofar 150 calls to customercare they always says parts none availability so will dispatch 15 days or 25 days later. Some time say parts available and with qa team they will delivery by 15 days later without fail.
                But 15 days later call them again they will start saying parts not available.

                Till date lots of time cheated to me. They say january 2018 part available and now in qa team for testing will get dispatched 28 th jan 2018 but not received again called them feb 2018 they say again parts not available.

                Asked escalation person or team they said do not have anything. I have called pune direct company they say should call only customercare.

                Sofar not received and not used that mobile 6 months.

                If parts not available then why company launch product and cheat customer.

                Please log a compliant and get it repaired or revert my money back.

                      complaint was done on 19/3/2018 .but, no respense, wrong service center list given.out of 5, only 1 was correct . that also refused to attend.

                            Swipe service center refused to attend. Secondly, swipe failed to register complaint.

                            But, no action. They provided wrong service center also.
                            Complaint was done first time on 16/3/2018.

                              Do not buy swipe elite vr. It is very bad product. Every time it is hanging. This company has only one service center in pune only. If your hand set has problem. The delhi service center will send your set to pune.in pune swipe company will take up to 45 days to repair it. May be they will return back as same condition. Because swipe company has no repair specialist. Please do not buy swipe smartphone.

                                Ihe battery damaged, complained shopclues via no.5237537 on 6/2/2018
                                They sent to phadganj swipe service center. Service person told to give complaint in writing. No body is ready to give in writing and its guarantee time is passing
                                Pl. Look into matter, otherwise i am going to consumer court and moreover i have all recording with swipe toll free person, service center and shopclues

                                  This is in reference to job sheet no. Mum-chm-se-728 and swpascmum75-che779 for which i am not receiving any status either from the swipe head office and mobile service centre.

                                  I had purchased my phone swipe elite plus (White, 16 gb) from flipkart dated 04th jan 2017 and it was covered under warranty when submitted to service centre (Satellite electronics swp 125) facing software issue in the month of september. Job sheet was created with no. Mum-chm-se-728 and i was told the issue will be sorted out and my phone will be delivered within 45 days.

                                  When approached to service centre i have been told due to internal system and parts availability issue head office was not able to repair and deliver. Second job sheet wuth reference no. Swpascmum75-che779 was created dated 30th november 2017.

                                  This is to notify that i have been doing regular following up with swipe head office and service center from september when the first job sheet was created but still not get getting correct status and response when the phone will be delivered. Its been more than 6 months and still the issue not been resolved and despite of regular follow up and not getting any assistance on this.

                                  As per latest update received the phone will be delivered to me on 15th march 2018 and i would like you to make a note that if i am still not receiving my phone with repair done within a week that me make go ahead to file a official complaint to consumer forum against head office for the false commitment made from the past 6 months and issues faced from my side.

                                  Kindly acknowledge the email and revert back at the earliest. Awaiting for your response on this email as of today itself with all the details.

                                      Mere mobile ke battary ka problem hai warranty mai hai abhi bhi phir bhi naatak kar rahe hai...

                                      Haalaki kahi bhi likha nahi hai tumhare torms and co ditions mai ki hum battery phug jaane par badli nahi karke denge karte...

                                      On 23rd december 2017 i have submitted my mobile at swipe kalyan west, but till date my issue not been resolved, its already 3 months passed, guys how many another days you required. what a great service . My mobile still is in warrenty period, if you dont have resolution please refund my money.

                                        The cell gets heat up soon n frant camera is not working.. So i want to take stricken action on this.. I had been given this phone one o[censored]r store tht is om sai creation but they misguided us.. N took the phone n kept it ther only for 1 month doing nothing... N told to call customer care n send a mail.. N ur mail sport was also not delivering the messages so keeping do the needful
