    I purchased swipe elite note on dated 2/8/2017 by online. After 20 days screen touch not working. I search service centre on noida (Perfect mobile point-204 2nd floor naya bans, sector-15, noida-tel no-[protected] [protected])
    I saw my mobile your technician told me your mobile will be repair but after one month towards. Other suggest me on plain free service for one month and another plain is parts available here but charges rs 2600/- 1 days,
    Please give repair my mobile within 3/4 days other wise replace my mobile,

      I purchased a swipe konnect star handset a few months back online. Since it was jio compatible i inserted a jio sim. It was functioning ok, though the battery was very very weak, & the phone got heated quickly. However, since yesterday the phone got locked & asking for privacy protection password. I do not seem to have set any password to lock/unlock the phone. Jio care suggested to approach the manufacturer. The imei1: [protected], imei2:[protected], mcc, mnc, cell_id:1150513, lac_id:36. Kindly advise earliest how to unlock the handset or send password set by you.

        Hi,
        I purchased swipe elite plus mobile from flipkart on 3rd of october 2016. The first problem that i faced with the handest was of motherboard. I gave the handset to mobile clinic in kanpur which is the authorised service centre of swipe. They took more than 45 days to return the handset then after 1 week o[censored]sage the touch of the phone stopped working for which again have to give the handset to the same service centre in kanpur (Mobile clinic). Again they took more than 45 days to return the handset after many arguements. Now today i got the handset from them, but when i came back home after recieving the mobile. I was shocked to see that the phone was not even booting. I plugged in the charger for more than 2 hours but that was of no use. Then i had a close look at the handset an i found that it was not even my own handset. They just fooled me and gave me another used piece of same model and colour. Now, i am completely fed up with this kind of service and going to file a complaint in the consumer forum after lodging the fir in my nearest police station.

          Dear sir/madam

          I have purchased konnect star mobile through tele buy, after using few days battery problem arised hence i have given the mobile to my nearest service center (18 steps network chengalpet) of your company on[protected] for replacement of new battery but till now (31/8/2017) i have not recived any response from your team regarding this, i have been facing many difficulties without phone please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

            Hi all,

            If anybody reading this email i need an instant support!!

            I have purchased swipe ace tablet from sanpdeal which is within warranty display has got crushed, my phone is off since 2 months now as i am unable to get the phone repaired as parts are not readily available i have 2 customer service locations in hyderabad, they are charging[protected] for repair, where i purchased for 4500, also they say i would not get the same phone as the product is not available, can someone look in to this issue, why do i need to pay so much of amount?

            I tried calling on your numbers but none of your executives are understanding my issue and helping in resolving this when asked them to transfer it to supervisor the calls are being disconnected!

            If you want me to mail the phone to the address mentioned i can do so please get me the best solution, expecting a positive reply.

                    Hi,
                    I had submitted handset for repair at uttam nagar, new delhi 110059. Handset is dead again. Its is the third time handset has went dead. And battery also lasts for only 2 to 4 hours on one charge.
                    Repair reference number ends in * 2015.
                    Original handset imei was [protected]. Which is now replaced.
                    I am now being told by service center that
                    Battery is different than original and not compatible with this phone. After few days, they are saying service center had replaced the battery. This is completely unacceptable.
                    They are hiding facts. It is clearly their mistake
                    More than 3 months handset has been in their service center.
                    I had to wait another month to get it fixed since handset was not in city at the moment.
                    Now they are not accepting handset saying that the handset's battery is manipulated and some times they say it is out of warranty.
                    I am now left with a dead phone and my money wasted.
                    Please help.
                    This handset needs to be replaced as per their policy as it is dead more than many times.

                      I have given my tablet ace prime glass broken to your authorized service center at dadar-we care (Swp251) work order no as above on[protected] for repaire. Detail work sheet attached. The tablet has been purched from amazon
                      On[protected] which is still in warranty period.
                      From april 2017 i am calling to your customer care till today every time i call them they says call after 7/10 days your tablet will be ready. But my tablet is not ready till today reason the spare is not available. Till today 4months had past.
                      After having such big company you do not have the spare but you can use glasses for manufacturing new tablets.
                      Your after sales service is very week. If you do not have the spare provide me a new tablet in exchange or if you do not have the spare to repair my tablet refund my tablet cost price.
                      I going to wait another 10days from today then i am proceeding to consumer court for justice

                      My battery is swolen. I cant switch on my phone for even seconds, it having warrenty i think. I want a replacement.
                      My name is Sandeep mishra .I bought swipe elite plus phone in september 2016. In april 2017, the phone is not working. I contact the service that is situtated in jammu near bus stand and handover phone to him for service. Nearly four manth had gone and I am not found my phone. When I try to contact the service provider he does not attend the call.

                        I have submitted my swipe elite plus mobile to service center in jayanagar (Sri sai cells).
                        Already 2 months over still i didnt get any call or mail from them.
                        So i have called to customer care they told me that its ready to deliver just come and collect. Then i have visited service center they told now agian different issue that is your device charging problem is there.
                        Told that will give you after 2 days only but didnt get any call.
                        Really waste service and disappointed with service.

                        Please help me to get my device.

                          Swipe telecom is very worst company.
                          I have purchased swipe elite 3 before 3 months ago, and now it showing problem.
                          Battery is swallowed, and spoked to customers care, they refused to accept that battery comes under the warranty period.
                          I have lodge a complaint regarding issue in swipe telecom, but that is also not resolved yet.
                          My phone and accessories are still in warranty periods.
                          Swipe telecom has third class customers service and third class products too.
                          I am suggesting reader, not to buy any product of this company.

                          I have a swipe Elite Plus purchased from flipkart. It is in still warranty but they providing Bogus product & service. There was a battery Flushed from middle & I have given 750/- Rs. to Swipe Service Centre for replace battery but after replacement mobile got switch off at anytime. And now they refuse and give service.

                            First thing is swipe elite 2 plus is having worst quality of battery. Phone is also heating and your customer service center in chennai (Koddambakam) is also very worst. They taken battery for more than 1 month but still they not saying when i will get this battery. Customer has to present jobsheet within 45 days. My 30 days are completed. Please tell me what can i do to sove this problem. Please help me as early as possible.

                                I have bought swipe elite plus in october 2016. After using for 6 months suddenly touch panel & software issue.

                                First time repair: company took 2 + months to change touch panel and software.

                                After repair also touch screen not working properly & also battery is draining fast (In night 11 pm, battery is 100% full but in morning morning at 8 am, battery is showing 40-42%).

                                If company taking 2-3 months for repair & after repair also devices not in good conditions... Then what type of service... And no meaning to use this mobile.

                                If everything including battery is not working properly then i am not interested to use this mobile and wants to return it to the company.

                                Please guide me how to return the mobile to the company.

                                  Greetings
                                  On october 2016 i have purchased swipe elite plus mobile from flipkart but it is matter of regret that the battery was not working properly and it is swelling condition, it is fully switched off and cannot be operated. Tried to call the customer care of the company but the customer calls are not entertained and supported by them
                                  Kindly provide a new handset or give us some alternative towards this issue.
                                  Worst phone ever.

                                    With respect knowing you i bought swipe elite note (Black, 16 gb) mobile dated 05 jul 2017 from shopcluse site. My order id was nh2017/00614. And mobile imei no-[protected]. My complaint was that my mobile bottom side touch pade suddenly not working. So i got it vastrapur service center given for repairs in but those people did not give any solution, and they give false accusations everyday. Still, my mobil not repaired. I submitted my phone dated[protected] work order no - gj-ahm-de-4800 but now my mobile is not repaired and when i call u service center then executive same replay parts not avialable.
                                    I have also complaint with this in customer service. But i have not solution pls urgently resolve this problame.

                                      I have bought swipe elite plus in october 2016. After using for 6 months suddenly switched-off due to software issue.

                                      First time repair: company took 2 + months to change mother-board

                                      Please do not waste customer time. If your management willing to provide good service stay in market... Else quit.
