Sir i'm again memorised you
I'm brought your company product swipe elite plus from flipkart in may months after 60 days their touch screen not work properly then i'm submitted it in your service centre at gurgaon to 09/09/2017
Where your says me that it would take30 days to repair but at now it going 120 days can you explain why u take to many time
Sir it is enough if you are not able to repair this mobile then exchange it and give me a new phone and another way is you will back my money what you think what u want to do enough is enough i'm no waiting more if my phone will not come in 2-3days then i'm absolutely complaint about it in police then you better know what to do
I'm hope you work on it
Every and each time when i'm contact to your service centre and customer care then give me only false commitment i'm again say it is enough i'm go to the police i[censored] not give my phone back in working condition in2-3 days
Now i'm think bad to choose your product

    I naveen kumar a customer of your mobile. My phone is broken by me & i immediate take it to your customer service center in delhi-globe connexion service (47-a, vijay block street no.3 behind nathu sweets, laxmi nagar delhi-110092) on dated 19/12/2017.
    They assured me that my phone is delivered to me within 3 or 4 days but till date, there is no satisfactory response to me. I call further to his customer care no., they told me further one week is delay to delver my phone.
    For your attention i send you job sheet (Job sheet no. Globe 3624) of such service center.
    In this scenario without phone i face lots of problem to contacts & some other persons.
    Sir pls take appropriate action in this regard.

      I have submitted mobile handset swipe elite max on 14th oct. 2017 at new panvel service center, still i have not received the mobile. Even not replying to my mail after following up multiple times. Intentionally they are delaying to finish the warranty period. I am fedup with this service, i want my refund not the mobile now.

But till date i am waiting for your response\reply after frequent email to you. Your help line is totally west as no one can contact you any time. You may appoint more manpower on communication if you wants to provide better service.

            In 25th september, 2017 i have submit my phone at your service center at noida and they tell me that that my problem resolves within a week but even after 2-3 months, problems not resolve and from your side no direction is given for future resolution, and your company exceed the limit of warranty

              I purchased my swipe elite sense mobile on[protected] through flip kart. After 5 months ownership i am facing problem with my phone. My phone get hanged while using internet. When i approached swipe service centre kozhikode they are saying the phone must be transfer to the company for repair it take more time so you must wait for 3 months.. I dont know how to handle my situation because i dont have any other phone to use.. What ever iam saying here never buy swipe mobiles, they cheat people...

                I purchased a swipe konnect plus mobile in march, 2017 (With one year warranty). After some time i found the display problem in that mobile. Therefore, i deposited that mobile for servicing purpose at concerned shop[protected] in starting of the month of september, 2017. The concerned shop allotted me a ref./job no. (Dhl ml mbpt 1300). Till date i don't received back my mobile.
                Swipe konnect plus, customer care no. [protected] & [protected]@justswipe.com. They are not picking-up the call in this number and now that number is not responding.
                I'm requesting you that please take a look at my concern and help me.

                  Dear sir,

                  I have purchase one mobile (Swipe connect neo 4g) online on[protected] as per attached invoice.

                  All the default loaded application was work only after updating the same & we update.in few days this mobile was creating problem for storage full. We have reset it many time but it work a week time ok than same problem will start again.

                  We have find online address of your service center in my city junagadh, & other city of gujarat, they told we have left this company. I have contact customer care many times, line was busy & one day i got some one of customer executive & he replied me to contact company service center in mumbai.

                  I went to mumbai on[protected] and approached your service centre “infinity care, borivali-west” but he could not connect my mobile with pc. After some time he told, your charger connector to be replaced due to water log inside the connector & to be replace on chargeable basis. Mobile was charging/working properly with the pc through my charger, i argue why charges to be paid as this mobile connector is ok & mobile is under warranty period. But they refused to repair my mobile without replace connector on chargeable basis, as there was no other option, i have paid rs. 350\-, and i got the mobile after 5 days replaced connector and reset the mobile & given back to me.in ¾ days the same problem (Storage full) started addition it could not connect with pc.

                  Again i went to service center on[protected] & said about problem was not rectified. Then they have sent my mobile to company for repairing & i came back to junagadh.

                  After long communication to service station they replied after 45 days to collect mobile. Again i went to mumbai (After 45 days) to collect the mobile on[protected] but in 3/4 days the same problem started i came back to junagadh with the same problem.

                  But after few days the mobile was totally off (On[protected] and i am trying to contact customer care no. [protected] daily for 2/4 minutes but could not contact till date.

                  I have purchased this mobile six month back, during this time, i sent it to service centre for almost 2 months & 1 month in off line.

                  Now, where i have to go for repair of this mobile? Is there any person where we can talk directly & send mobile to company for replacement/repair.

                  I have been harassed a lot by buying swdeshi compani’s mobile.

                  Now, pl. Inform me how to get replace/repair my mobile in time.

                    I too facing same problem chromes app as well as staticstatus app installed even after un installing it from swipe elite sense. Also noticed when i turn on internet either by wifi or mobile data none of the options works, totally hangs. I just have a option to hard boot and wait a lot of time to get back to normal mode.

                    Launcher and process and every installed apps will hang.

                    I didn't have single app except YouTube an Google but even that it hang like anything why may I know how to fix this
                    My phone was showing it was not safe
                    For some apps it showing that it was rooted
                    But i didn't did any root to my phone

                    I give our mobile 31-oct-2017 service center for repair and till date not receive
                    our work id (HR-CRG-LWN-362) if i try to contact customer care they give me date after two month...

                      From past 3-week virus name "chromes" & "staticstatus" getting installed automatically in my android
                      Device. Ccleaner, avast, 360 security all are saying that harmful virus installed from
                      Unwanted source but not able to remove it. I have to remove it manually and its getting
                      Reinstall in 5 min. I did the factory reset, uncheck download from unwanted
                      Source, change from goodl password form desktop, remove sd card, installed only 3-4
                      Important app, uninstall /disable chrome, appstore, google play services, play store.
                      But still, this app is getting installed in every 5 min even after uninstalling it always. It
                      Seems like new kind of trojan as i don't have any information about it anywhere in
                      Internet. I need help. This chromes virus has a similar icon to that of google chrome
                      And it replicates itself into some other apps like "mail" with a blue envelope icon and
                      Also there's this other app with the android logo as the icon with the name
                      "staticstatus" which automatically keeps downloading itself every 5 mins if my phone is
                      Connected to the internet. It gives itself permission for too many things including, body
                      Sensors, call logs, messages, storage, camera, microphone etc, i really need help... Please

                      My mobile is Damegad on 22-8-17. And I choose replacements mobile . but not response in service center. 3month ego I submit my mobile . but is not complete present days . please my mobile replacement complete and new handset my hend please..
                      They Send me defective product in july. i complain lot of time but they never take it seriously and now after 5 months the phone is brust in my brothers hand and he is in hospital now.

                        I complained about staticstatus which is run in my phone and it is also damaged my phone I don't know about this...bt plzz give me solution
                        I had same issue with all these malware getting loaded in my swipe mobile. I had install Norton anti virus to keep me alert once these malware come back every time I go and enable WiFi.
                        iam facing the same probelm ... chromes, mail, settings and staticstatus all these maleware is getting automatically installed in my phone without my permisson...
                        these swipe mobiles are also shownig as uncertified in google play store...
                        Swipe needs to urgently release a clean firmware for Swipe Elite Sense 4G via OTA or on their website. Swipe Elite Sense 4G firmware is virus infected (Chromes, StaticStatus) and its long due. Its a superb phone but worth infected firmware
                        On my Swipe Elite Pro, 'Settings' app is shown as Trojan. Even after uninstalling it, Chrome still launches www.aiboo.cc page automatically every now and then and Settings app again comes back. Also, two other apps are shown as virus but uninstalling them does not work, Chrome still opens www..aiboo.cc again and again.

                        Swip SHOULD and MUST provide a general update OTA.
                        I have the same problem with my swipe elite sense for last 4-5 months. Settings app was the problem initially, now without any apps www.aiboo.cc is getting automatically opened. The phone also has become unusable. I am extremely cautious about my phone so I'm sure its definitely a firmware issue . I contacted swipe and there's no help from their side. I wish to launch a campaign against that company and make sure that nobody buys their infected phones.
                        My Swipe elite sense is also having the same problem.

                        My Swipe Elite Sense is having the same problem as written by Mr Ravindra. I did factory reset several times but of no use. Then I went to nearby service centre of Swipe Elite and got the software removed and download as a new set. For this job done I paid Rs.250 also to the service centre person, but all in vain. The problem still exists. The set downloads a new kind of settings, com.wgvjp.idck and two more viruses of its own whenever I try to surf. Now I realize that it is a total wastage of my hard earned money. I appeal to the concerned body to take firm action against this company.

                        Myself Arun Kumar Halder from Kolkata. Me also using Swipe Elite Sense, I am also facing the same problem with the malware/App "NoIcan", it is repeatedly, entering in to my phone. I did factory reset several times but of no use.
                        Same problem faced... so my advise to you :
                        Dont Buy !!! such types of phone becoz these phone are designed to steal your personal information present in the mobile i.e. contacts, your passwords, your business information or etc. The Virus or malware are in-built with their Android OS even if you try to format it again and again it comes automatically when you connect the android to the internet via wifi or SIM data. And there is no support for this becoz as you know its a big game over www. You will try to purchase the solution or remedy for this tricky virus program from internet and still you will be disappointed. SO its better to forget this product and never try to purchase fake mobiles.

                        I also own Swipe Elite Pro mobile really its very good mobile in this budget with finger print and its design is very slim and i also have the same issue some random virus installed automatically i visited their service center also but no luck.

                        So i visited one service center near to Trimulgherry, Secunderabad 500015, they are from Maxnet Communication Systems they are multi branded service center they service all mobiles i given my mobile to them they given my mobile back after 3 days and really now no virus i dont know what they done but now my mobile working perfectly without any issue from past 2 months no virus no malware.

                        but they charge me Rs. 500/- for mobile service.
                        I am also facing same problem of virus & malware.
                        I think company sells default piece & should buyback the same.
                        Me too having the problem of com.wgvjp.idck, track24, magic, settings virus automatically installed after getting connected to wifi. These problems kept on showing since last few months. I did a factory reset and disabled internal apps to forbid this problem, but it still persists.

                        Then I tried to root but unable with lots of rooting software which could root other devices but not the elite sense pro. Again I did a factory reset as a new one. Have not connected to wifi and not activated mobile network and disabled most of the internal software like Flipkart, opera, saavn, cloud print, duo, mails, I feel safe, device policy, daily hunt, Google Indic keyboard, Google +, Maps, News & weather, Xander, Photos.

                        After this virus has stopped occurring and reinstalling no way but Android mobile like swipe elite sense pro seems useless. So what's the use o[censored]sing it without an internet connection.

                        I am using as a new version without internet connection so as to avoid those non-sense virus causing me a lot of problems. This let me feel like I am using a colour mobile without internet connection even after having that feature.

                        Hi, Its a problem in mobile firmware as its a low budget mobile and made in china the vendor who manufactured swipe white labeled mobile they embedded malware program in firmware which download some random apps and install in mobile without user's consent.

                            I have purchased swipe elite note from paytm on july 2017 but after two month use then touchscreen not working. So i submit mobile to patna service center on dt. 3.10.2017 and many emailed and talked to swipe customer care but my problem is not solved in till date.

                            Therefor, i can wait only for week otherwise enough is enough, i wiil take other routes

                              I was a proud user of swipe elite sense, as i was using this phone for last 8 months it works well, then the problem starts from last few days, it stops responding, it gets hang, as i am a software developer it takes no time to find what the problem is and i was shocked, swipe were using malware app and stealing user personal information, and this is a serious crime. I tried to uninstall the application, still it again install automatically, i even factory reset my mobile still the problem remains the same, this malware app has all the permissions to read the user message, access file's, contacts. I am highly disappointed by such action. I tried to contact customer support, but they are not responding.

                              Company people are taking it lightly, like they don't care about the problem.
                              Zero rating for swipe customer relation. Please shutdown your company. It's a shame of our Indian product. That's why people are choosing Chinese mobile handsets.
                              I have the same problem with my swipe elite sense for last 4-5 months. Settings app was the problem initially, now without any apps www.aiboo.cc is getting automatically opened. The phone also has become unusable. I am extremely cautious about my phone so I'm sure its definitely a firmware issue . I contacted swipe and there's no help from their side. I wish to launch a campaign against that company and make sure that nobody buys their infected phones.

                                    Sir i have deposited my phone swipe elite sense model for repair on 13/10/2017, at swipe's service center at sapna sangita road. Receiving copy photo attached. I have contacted 5 times at service center, but they said the phone is sent to company's service facilities at factory only and not returned after due repair. On 20/11/2017 when contacted company's customer care by email, they said the phone is repaired and available at indore service center. When contacted them in person, they issued another work order dt 13/11/17 stating the set has again sent to factory repair facilities. Another work order have been issued to me on 20/11/17. Today when again asked to company customer care by email, they replied that they have raised the issue to further higher level for repair and want 10 more days.
                                    Since everything looks unbelievable in this company, i hereby request forum to please make orders for my following claims:-

                                    1. Full cost of my phone purchased on 22/05/17 for rs5398/-.
                                    2. Rs.2500/- as compensation for harassment made to me for almost 2 months, and company only buying the time for not understandable reason.

                                        I bought elite_3-4g with volte android v6 from flipkart on april 5th, 2017. From a couple of days, unable to unlock the mobile, the home screen goes blank. Nothing appears on the screen we need to restart the mobile to use further.

                                        Tried contacting service centers in bangalore but everyone says "they have stopped elite services".

                                        We either need a repair or replacement of the mobile immediately.

                                        Hi, recently I purchased swipe slate pro tab, am not at all satisfied with performance and every time it is asking permission for apps with pop-up like "screen overlay detected ". Fed up with this issue . there is no response from the company and even don't have proper guidance or options to catch up customer service regarding issues.
