1. I bought above swipe elite note 4g 3gb through amazon.in.

2. I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with this product... Swipe elite note 4g 3 gb. I was supplied defective piece. After use for less than a week, it developed problems. Despite explaining this vide my mail, swipe team simply asked me to go to their service center for di & dr.in a city like hyderabad, they have only three service centers which are 30 km one way from the place of my residence. What kind of service is this? Can't they have service centers or franchises at least at all important areas of hyderabad/secunderabad. This itself shows how reputed this brand is and what type of concern you show towards unsuspecting customers like me...

3. As no replacement was forthcoming from swipe, i had to take a day off on 25 jul 17 and travel 30 km one way to reach one of the three service center, which is nested amid scores of mobile shops (Chinese) in an innocuous corner at king kothi (This service center did not even a sign board!!!). Should i call it a shoddy joint... Than a service center?

Initially, the technical person replaced the battery. When the mobile did not get switched on, then he stated that it could be a software problem. After two hours of di &dr, they finally confirmed that there is software problem and problem with lcd panel. If it were a new mobile, how did it have software and lcd problem in a less than a week's use. This simply proves the point that swipe is deliberately supplying defective/substandard mobiles thereby fleecing customers and bringing disrepute to amazon also.

4. I would not be happy with this defective/repaired mobile (Which is supposed to be a new one). If this is the state after less than a week's use, i am scared to imagine as to how many issues might crop up in it's long term use (I wonder if it will last even a year or not!!!) and how many more days off that i would require to take to make this mobile "work".

5. I did request swipe team for replacement of this mobile a week ago. Forget about replacement, they did not even acknowledge my mail.

Please do not trust this brand... Swipe mobile. This brand is worse than cheap chinese brands.

    I bought swipe elite online through flipcart on 18july2016. And after using it for 10 months its touchscreen now not working properly. I submitted my phone to annu mobile center-morena (Swp221) madhya pradesh-476001 on 22june2017 for getting it repaired. But today 39 days passed and yet my phone is not repaired and delivered. My phone's work order no is mp-mrn-amc-200.
    Kindly help me, i will be very thankfull..

      Respected sir, i took swipeconnect plus mobile from snapdeal on august 28, 2016. The 13-megapixel back camera and a 5-megapixel front camera is a 1 year manifacting warranty. But just before 1 year mobile the back camera is blurred, meaning that the photo is not clear when the photo is taken. By taking the mobile, i will send you the service center of the yamuna nagar, haryana on june 20, 2017, shop number 24/7 thapar colony, may went and showed the mobile, then he said that if your mobile is in the warranty right now then it will go to the company to recover. On july 28, i called that your phone has been okay. When i went to the service center, they gave me the mobile. When i checked, the back camera was worse than before. Selfie is also not available.

      Service center volunteers said that if you leave the phone then this company will go to me. I had to leave my mobile service center again. I am having trouble without the mobile. It's been a month and a half without a smartphone.

      Sir, do you fix such mobile phones in the company? Is such a quality your mobile and company? You are annoying your own customer.
      You are spoiling both your company name and goodwill.

      In today's date, my mobile has a problem in both the previous and next cameras. My mobile tailworld service center has had me. I want my mobile for 20 days. Okay, you fix it or two or two. If you do not do this so i must be forced to go to the consumer court.

      आदरणीय श्रीमान जी, मैंने 28 अगस्त 2016 को स्नैपडील से आप की स्वाइप कंपनी का स्वाइप कांनेक्ट प्लस मोबाइल लिया था.13 मेगापिक्सेल का बैक कैमरा और 5 मेगापिक्सेल का फ्रंट कैमरा है.1 साल की मेनिफेक्टरिंग वारंटी है.लकिन 1 साल से पहले ही मोबाइल का बैक कैमरा धुंधला हो गया मतलब फोटो खींचने पर फोटो साफ़ नहीं आ रही है.मोबाइल ले कर मैं 20 जून 2017 को आप के यमुनानगर, हरियाणा के सर्विस सेण्टर टेलवर्ल्ड, शॉप नंबर 24 /7 थापर कॉलोनी, मई गया और मोबाइल दिखाया तो उन्होंने कहा की आप का मोबाइल अभी वारंटी मे है तो ये ठीक होने कंपनी मे जायगा.28 जुलाई को मैंने फ़ोन किया तो उन्होंने कहा की आप का फ़ोन ठीक हो कर आ गया है.मै सर्विस सेण्टर गया तो उन्होंने मुझे मोबाइल दिया.जब मैंने चेक किया तो बैक कैमरा पहले से भी ज्यादा खराब किया हुआ था.सेल्फी का भी ऑप्शन नहीं आ रहा है.

      सर्विससेण्टर वालो ने कहा की आप फ़ोन छोड़ जाये ये फिर कंपनी मै जायेगा.मुझे फिर अपना मोबाइल सर्विस सेंटर छोड़ कर आना पड़ा.मोबाइल के बिना मुझे बहुत परेशानी हो रही है.आज डेढ़ महीना हो गया है स्मार्टफोन के बिना.

      सर क्या आप कंपनी मै ऐसे मोबाइल ठीक करते है ?.क्या ऐसे क्वालिटी है आप की मोबाइल और कंपनी की ?.आप अपने ही कस्टमर को परेशान कर रहे है.
      आप अपनी कंपनी का नाम और गुडविल दोनों खराब कर रहे है.

      As per above said subject Battery is low.
      I have Charged mobile 100% at 8am then battery is low at 11am.
      Whats a problem Please resolve the issue.

      Second issue is to heat phone near camera.

      Third issue is telephonic voice call is not good.

        Elite sense camera take always blur pic in rear camera which is 13mp and front camera is gud it take clear pic but rear camera are not take clear picture. And it make problem to take any pictures of our mobile camera.. So plz change.
        Swipe elite sense mobile because it just 1-2month old and warranty periods.. So company are able to change this mobile phone and give new headset

        I have gave my phone Swipe elite max in Chennai sk info systems branch the model of Swipe elite max .My tracking number is TN-CHE-KSI-3097 service center person said my phone is under repair, and the chat person said phone yet to be not received, both they are made me idiot.I dont no who is the lier, please rectify my problem as soon as possible.

          Flipkart has mentiined one year warranty on swioe elite 2 battery. Battery got swollen after 6 months. Swipe is claiming to have warranty on accessories as one year whereas flipkart has mentioned one year. Now neither fliokart nor swipe is ready to replace my battery. Flipkart openly challenging me to go legal. Plese help me out.

            I have swipe elite plus mobile model of swipe company. I receive a problem with my phone on first week of april and i submit my mobile to seven service center, bhopal (An authorized service center of swipe telecom). My mobile phone is in warranty so i do not pay any charges at service center. Service center men told me that it took about 15 to 20 days to repair your mobile phone, because issue is related to battery and heating of mobile so handset is send to pune for servicing. But after two month i do not my handset. I face so many problems in two months without mobile, because i can afford only one mobile phone. I call so many time to pune service center for query of mobile but they told me every time 'sir it took more 5 to 10 days'. They took 2 month for servicing the mobile phone.

              Please assist me to lodge a complaint against swipe mobile company.
              Below is the reason for lodge complaint :

              I have purchased the swipe elite plus mobile in the month of october, 2016. Then in the month of may, 2017 the mobile was not working properly. Then i have checked with their service center at vashi and they found the touch panel problem and software problem.
              Since the mobile was in warranty of 1 year, i have given mobile to them for repair service on 20th may, 2017 and they have given assurance for 15 days to return the mobile to me after repairing.
              But till today on 19 july, 2017, i have not received my repaired mobile. Every time when i am calling them, they are saying that company did not have that mobile part (I. E. Touch panel & software) because of manufacturing problem in the company. And because of that i am not able to get/use by mobile. If company provides this type of service then why people should purchase their mobiles.
              This is disgusting.

                  Dear customer care team,

                  I have purchased a swipe elite plus mobile (Imei : [protected] and [protected]) through flipkart on 6 october 2016 (Invoice date: 9 october 2016). Within 5 months the phone was getting hang and i was not able to operate the phone. I promptly took the phone to your service center (We care) at dadar east for repair. The service center kept the phone for over one month without giving an alternative phone during this period and i had to follow up by personally visiting the service center on multiple occasions to check the progress. Finally when i received the phone, it again gave me the same problems immediately when i inserted my sim card. Since then i have submitted my phone twice at the above mentioned service center and the phone is still giving me the same problems.

                  I have been completely frustrated with the product and service provided by your company. I request you to replace the product or refund my money promptly. I am also attaching copy of the invoice with this email. Please note that the service center hasn't provided any acknowledgment whatsoever for the servicing done.

                  I have suffered enough and determined to take this issue to highest authority possible including the consumer disputes forum.

When contacted customer support they ask to go to service centre which is very far from where i leave (3 km). I went to globe connextion & services, nirman vihar (Swp211), 47-a, vijasy block, opp metro pillar no 53, near nathu sweets, laxmi nagar, delhi-1100092 but this name is no situated other name instead intex services and they told me you (Me) paid services. So i can not pay amount because my phone is under warranty i want a replacement for the battery and display screen problem.

                    It is informed to you that, within one year my handset is many problems
                    This are as below mentioned-
                    1. Mobile battery is failure/damage & it is not working due to this charging is not properly.
                    2. Mobile screen is not proper working due to heat.
                    There are many problems i have facing and it is under warranty.
                    So kindly look in to the matter and refund my amount because it is failed/not working within one year.
                    So pls see above look in to the matter. Early soon solved my cell phone matter.

                      I submit my phone to nirman vihar, new delhi service center at the time of deposit they said that it takes 10 days to repair it but after 10 days they said it takes 10 days more and again after 10 days thet said it takes 5 days more and after 5 i. E on 15 july they again say that it takes 10 days more. From the starting they are making me fool again and again. Please take an early strict action against them

                        I brought swipe elie star mobile[protected] after 3 month it self it had problem and not working properly its hanging then i submit it in one of swipe customer service centre (Mobile planet - malviya nagar, new delhi) in date of[protected]. Till now i hadn't receive my mobile. If you are able to do resolve problem solve that why you take such a long time to complete the process.

                              I brought swipe konnect star mobile[protected] very first month it self it had problem like hidden back camera and flashlight and i neglected and use an another 2 months then mobile not working properly its hanging and battery take too much time to charge so this issue i submit it in one of swipe customer service centre (S. Mobiles d. No.46-1-12/2, danvaipeta, rajhamundry) in date of[protected]. Till now i hadn't receive my mobile. If you are able to do resolve problem solve that why you take such a long time to complete the process because of this swipe market value become worsened. Give my mobile back as soon as possible.

                                I have bought swipe elite 2 phone and its unfer warranty period it has touch problem since it has delivered so i reached to service center called mobile planet and thry are saying that we ard unable to contact company for ordering the damaged part so about 2 months has been pasaed and they had done just nothing help me.
                                This company is vulgur a lot everything is a cheat.

                                  I brought swipe elite plus mobile from flipkart after 6 months
                                  Its battery becomes swollen battery (Battery becomes fat)
                                  So i order the battery from swipe service center.
                                  Its has been 3 months they have not given me battery each time i call them they fool me battery is not available now call next time.
                                  Plz help me and take some strict action otherwise i file case to consumer court.

                                  THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING TILL NOW NOT EVEN CONTACTED ME ITS BENN 3 AND HALF MONTHS NOW .
                                  EACH TIME I CALL THEM THEY SAID WAIT 10 TO 15 DAYS YOUR BATTERY WILL DISPATCH ..

                                    I brought swipe Elite sense phone from Flipkart on17may 2017. After 10days this product show problem .this touch don't work . I submitted my phone in service center in gurugram. Now there is one month passed across . There is no solution about that my phone .they are telling me part are not available now . They are giving me time again and again . But they do not repair my handset . I wanna to if my handset is not repaired now . Either replace my handset or provide a mobile phone when my phone is not repaired . I also complaint in indain consumer court . They are telling me that I am complaining in swipe consumer complaints first. If they don't take my action then we solve your problem.

                                      I have send my tablet X703 on your warehouse address through trackon courier service p Ltd "Prime track" no. 6716107 in the month of march 2017. But after exchanging so many mails on your customer service mail id "[protected]@justswipe.com" from my mail id "randeep.singh.[protected]@gmail.com" till the date I have not received my tablet back. Kindly do some thing on priority before I take some legal action against your company.

                                        I have purchased ace4g strike from alfa, ville parle when i was in a visit to mumbai on 29/3/2016.

                                        In the month of nov, 16 it was giving some trouble and then it was fully dead so i sent the same to mobicare in dec, 2017 for teh repair during the time there was a small crack on the upper side of the glass which have nothing to do with the technical fault.

                                        The mobicare person talked to me over telephone and replied that they will not repair the mobile as the glass is damaged so i insist that just to repair the technical part and start the mobile as they have asked for rs.2600/- just to change the glass which have a small crack .

                                        But they were adament so i told them to send back the same
                                        without repair.

                                        They gave a narration on their report that customer demand
                                        only solution for dead but device is physically damamge(touch broken) so rwr on 21/12/16 . During that time the handset was
                                        in warranty period.

                                        I was so frustrated that i kept the same in the box since then.

                                        Today also when i saw the same i thought to write my agony to you and your service.

                                        So thank you for wasting people money and time.

                                        And in the future i w ill never and nor any of my known person will purchase your product to get through such thing.
