My work order no - pun-ldh-be-10 i purchase a swipephone konnect grand online[protected] after one month it is on - off problam creat company says send on service center i go there after 3 months service center hand over me my mobile as it is. They say goi to another service center i go another center bala ji electronics now after 2 month they say talk to customer carte center regularly i call phone no response phone busy busy every time i really fed fron bad service never and never purchase fom this company phone i talk to everyone to bad on one response. Everyone make fool

    Frequently visited service center

    Now status is only assurance.

      When i purchased my mobile swipe elite plus from flipkart 4g port was not working after 1 week of purchasing so flipkart said go to service centre they said now we don't have parts of this so wait for some days after 6 month they submit my phone gave me work order no. 1493 on date 22_07_2017. From this date to now they always response wait for 10 days now it's more than 3 months they didn't any proper answer and ignoring and said sir we can't do anything wait for some days excuses are 1. They don't have parts now 2. Phone is in dispatch department 3. Phone is under process you will get it next week. Etc etc
      I fed up with their excuses and their response plzzz suggest what i do now.

        I purchased a konnect star on 18.04.2017 from shopclues. The product has manufacturing defect of auto restart. So i applied to swipe for refund then i thought to replace the product. But shopclues didnt allow to do that. They told us to go to customer care (Order id is[protected]. And then the main drama started. On the 10th day i went to customer care and they said i got replacement if i would come on 7th day. Anyway, they checked the ph and after updating software they returned the phone same day. On the spot i checked the ph and within 5 mins the auto restart prblm repeated. Then the customer executive said that they have to send the ph to the head office and i will get the ph after 2 or 3 months!!! I was shocked.. After purchasing i couldnt use the phone once properly.. I dnt hv any way i gave the ph and called swipe customer care... The ecperience was horrible.. Very much non cooperative.. After 2 mnths i got the ph and again the same problem started!!! Then again went to customer care.. They said we have to observe.. Again they took the ph for 2 weeks!! And calling them several time they times they said took ur ph.. Then i got that and went home. Nd... Again the ph has the same prblm.!!! Again we went to customer care and told them and they said we have to again sent the ph to the head office fr 2 months.!!!. It is really not tolerable.. It is almost oct middle and its about 6 months.. After purchase i couldnt even use the ph for once.. It was in the service centre almost 6 months.. And warranty is for 1 yr.. I dnt hv any idea what is going on!!! The behavioir of customer care executive is really weired.. If we told them something about the mismanagement they said dont say us.. Complain to the swipe customer care..!! They are the service centre of the swipe.. They instruct us to complain customer care of swipe.. Are they out of mind???!!! I dont know what to do.. And really need help of consumer forum.. Plz help me

          I have purchased the swipte elite 3 from flipcart and within 1 to 2 month complete touch is not working. I have went to service centre at yash mobiles bandup they took mobile with work order number : mum bha ym 2332 which was logged on 28th august till now i have not got any updates from yash mobile which is authorized service centre for swipe at bhandup west mumbai.

          I called to swipe company directly they told they dont have stock for this model and they cant confirm when it will be available. I have done many time follow up with them but still nothing done.

          I have not got the mobile repaired till now still not confirmed when i will receive it.

          Need help to get my money back as they are not responding to me from last 2 months. So kindly help me getting this resolved.

          Same position of mine too, but my device is TAB i was given it on 8-9-2017, and it's above 1 month, they are telling some nasty reasons that unavailability of spares and asking for 12-15 working days time more.. stupid swipe, worst service
          I am using Swipe Elite 2 mobile from last 2 years and have replaced battery 3 times as of date. Swipe Elite battery performance is very very poor.

          Replacing a new battery is a challenge here. We will have wait for at least 2 months for new battery. I am very unsatisfied with battery performance.

            As i bought swipe elite plus mobile.. Within 1 month the battery was booming and no response from swipe customer care and service centres also not co operating properly.. And i n swevice centres asking money for warranty available products.. And later again mobile touch also not working.. As it is a cheating product... So please take action regarding this for me...

              I am one of the victim of swipe telecom who bought a smart phone elite plus 10 months back. Its non removable battery swollen and about to blast. I went to service center to get the device repaired under warranty as advised by customer care. But after submitting the device they totally disagreed for repair under warranty says that battery is not covered under warranty.

              I have seen many customers returning with empty hands from the service center for reasons readily available with customer service center as follows:

              Battery : its due to over charging.
              Charging point : water contents found inside.
              Display or touch not working : your device may have fallen from your hand
              Etc. Etc.

              So nobody can claim any warranty from swipe telecom on normal course.

              Anyway i paid for battery and got replaced the battery but mother board is not working properly now and i kept aside the mobile for memory of swipe telecom.

              Bad buy... Bad buy... Bad buy...

                    They says battery swelling is a manufacturing defect commonly seen with swipe products and not covers under any warranty.
                    Requested swipe to replace the battery under warranty, but no use.
                    Request all public to buy swipe products only if don't need any type of warranty.

                      After receiving my phone by courier from ebey.in few days later my phone touch was broken and since last 1 month i m unable to use this phone

                        I have purchased swipe elite note in 30/06/2017 from amazon.in vide order no.[protected], dt-24.06.17 (Invoice no.-dl-sdef[protected] and after 1 month there are huge problems showing it like battery problem, hang off, software problems etc started. When i contacted customer support they ask to go to service centre which is very far from where i leave (~30 km). As my phone is under warranty i want a replacement of my handset.

                        Kindly help in this regards. Apart from this i also have the various other problems mentioned by some of the elite customers mentioned in this forum. But right now i will be happy if the handset is replaced with a working one...

If it's not possible for you.. Then my last option is i'll give court and give a pil against your company and those people who not gives my handset... So please it's my first and last warning to you... Thank you

                              Kindly note swipe neo konnect mobile is malfunctioning from the day one, purchase date 11/05/2017.
                              My mistake i approached flipkart after 15 days. They refused any help as replacement couldn't be arranged.
                              Please note i have paid 3200/- in that plenty of options were available. Is it a mistake to buy swipe products.

                              Also note twice i have approached infinity care borivali mumbai but no solution could be found handset kept with them for three weeks.

                              Problem remains:
                              1) heating of the handset sometimes gives feeling if it will blast

                              2) battery drainage in half an hour.

                              3) mobile charging takes 4 hrs. 4) saved numbers automatically getting deleted 5) inordinate delay in details display 6) display hangs 7) mobile heating up seems like will bust in pocket, scared to carry along.

                              Will it be possible to replace the handset. I am finding it very distressful with the faulty products i get disconnected from the world. I am scared to handover the mobile to infinity care. Please find a solution.

I want to repair the phone . but no service centre is available in Trivandrum for the same.

                                  I purchased swipe elite on april 2016 through flipcart.
                                  Nov 2016 i had issue with battery which i got 25th march 2017, almost 5 months.
                                  Now touch screen broken approached same service centre on 23rd aug 2017 :-
                                  Siddu communication (Swp172) in chennai.
                                  But after 20days also my issue not resolved. When i asked customer care they asked me to get work order no. Which siddu communication people not ready to give. Every 2nd day i was approaching service centre every time promise by service centre person that within two days my phone will be repaired. But so far 22 days gone but no change in their statement. Yesterday i went again i forced to give work order than only they gave me work order no. On yesterday date. And tore of my previous work request.
                                  As per service centre they don't have spare, waiting to get from company.
                                  As per consumer protection act... A company is required to keep spares for at least 10 years from the date of sale.
                                  From the date of purchase i used swipe elite mobile phone for 9 months only. If company not able to provide me services, they can replace my mobile.

                                  Dear sir, still I am not getting my Mobil Swipe elite which I had submitted to the Swipe elite service centre in Chennai named:- Siddh Communications. As per direction of Swipe customer care I paid money also to the same Siddu Communications. So far two months gone.
                                  As per consumer law manufacturer has to provide spares for the products for atleast 10 years. But Swipe elite company failed in all commitments.
                                  Please let me know, should I go for legal action against Swipe elite.

                                    There are plenty of Swipe mobiles available under 3200 @ flipkart as mark of punishment gone through so many days and month request to replace.

                                    Feel sad indian companies really can't compete in Quality. I feel depressed for loss of 3200 and non uses of mobile. Can somebody help.                                     My phone swipe elite sense is not charging in switch on condition, but charging in switch off mode. Please resolve the problem. It is only 5 months old phone. It is under warranty. If there is problem with software, plz send the software updation link to mobile number [protected].

                                      I buyed elite note handset jan. 2017 but got touch issue within 5 months, so i sent it to service center but now its almost 2 months still i haven't got the handset and continously getting reply from them as part is not available. I have been contacting them from last 2 months but no use..
                                      Very very pathetic service from swipe.
                                      Poor poor hope less service, just company should be closed.
                                      Nobody should buy this... very very poor service

                                        Hi i am using swipe elite plus from last oct 2016. But from last month touch is not working properly and last week phone is not getting on. Only home screen showing.. Service center refuse to accept the phone as phone screen is little bit open he is saying phone will not come in warranty as screen is open.. Screen is open from last 3 month but is phone nor working from last week

                                        We bought swipe elite 3 model online but starting itself the battery was not good it has been almost 5-6 months we bought this so I kindly request you to replace my battery with the new one
