Dear sir,

I had submitted my swipe phone for repair on 13/01/2018.
I have been phoning the service center regularly and i have been told, that my handset has been send to head office for repair and the latest status is that irtt has been assigned to a engineer for repair.

It is already a month — now, i am facing v v difficult situation without my phone.

Please look into the matter and expedite the repair..

Also please inform me the present status of repair of my smart phone.

Never seen such potato shape swelling on battery and display came out. It is clear representation of poor quality product with no customer safety approach. Please ban these products and save Indians. Borivli service center closed. No response from Andheri service center. Is this company swipe real or fraud

    I have given my swipe strike tablet in servicing center on 26 september 2017. Job sheet is generated on 8 october 2017. Tablet in warranty. I have face many problems till now. I have called customer service many times to solve my problems. Till now i did not get my tablet. My job sheet no te-kgdm-lke-8. Every week iam calling customer service no respond from them

      Virus name "chromes" getting installed automatically in my android
      Device. I have to remove it manually and its getting
      Reinstall in 5 min. I did the factory reset, uncheck download from unwanted
      Source, change from goodl password form desktop, remove sd card, installed only 3-4
      Important app, uninstall /disable chrome, appstore, google play services, play store.
      But still, this app is getting installed in every 5 min even after uninstalling it always. It
      Seems like new kind of trojan as i don't have any information about it anywhere in
      Internet. I need help. This chromes virus has a similar icon to that of google chrome
      And it replicates itself into some other apps like "mail" with a blue envelope icon and
      Also there's this other app with the android logo as the icon with the name
      "staticstatus" which automatically keeps downloading itself every 5 mins if my phone is
      Connected to the internet. It gives itself permission for too many things including, body
      Sensors, call logs, messages, storage, camera, microphone etc, i really need help.
      I also went to service center where they remove the virus through software but after a day the same problem again started. Please resolve the issue.

          Swipe tablet with imie [protected] purchased through flipkart vide order id od[protected] on 13/11/2017 was faulty. Upon flipkart advice sent to service centre sidducommunication chennai being swipe service centre on 6/12/2017 for service. Till date my tablet has not been received back. I reminded by phone email etc. No action till date. I have not used the new tablet as it is not usable.
          I asked flipkart to replacement. After a long process of one month they have asked to approach swipe electronics. The i visited the service centre sidducommunication chennai on 6/12/2017 and handed over tablet. Thecost of tablet is rs 9000/ around. The tablet has not servedthe purpose it has been bought. I reminded and called customers device and mailed
          To swipe telecom and service centre thrice a week. Till date i have not received back my tablet. Kindly take action for speedy service and return

            I have purchase a handset swipe k9nnect 5.1 eco. But within 3 week touch pad of mobile stop working so i have requested flipkart to replace the handset but the replacement policy was applicable for only 10 day. So i have submitted handset to authorized service centre i. E. Samiksha sales and services swp08. Almost after 6 week i got call that it handset is repaied. But when i check handset i found still problem was not resolve. I have submitted handset on[protected] till date handset not repaired.

                      it will work only three months in good condition after that battery problem was stated so i was visited costumer care center handover the battery and said to me they will give me a new battery within month but they did not gave me yet,

                          My swipe elite plus started giving troubles within its warranty period.. Sept 30, 2017 i gave it for service, they mentioned that it takes 1 or 2 months, i was left with no option..

                          Today 2 feb, 2018 they still keep saying that it's still not done... And 4 months have passed... Service person says it's company's fault. The service center says that uts been sent to swipe company n hasn't returned

                            I have purchased Swipe elite plus (White color)model and using it for more than a year. Recently I got issue in screen touch, I have taken it to the authorized service center at Chennai (Address: AA Block, #37, 3rd street, Anna Nagar, Chennai-600040) Phone:[protected] on 14.12.2017 and they have changed white touch display into Black touch display and charged Rs.2500/- towards original touch display(Black) with a warranty covering 3 months period. After that I got the same touch problem in the newly changed black display and I have taken it to the said service center. They have taken my mobile phone and ordered for original touch display for Swipe Elite Plus model. They have given a job sheet No.6011 dated 17.01.2018. Moreover I am waiting for more than 3 weeks, they have not repaired my mobile phone, it has been stated that they have not received the courier for original touch from the swipe company. So please do the needful at the earliest.

                                Sir, i purchased my swipe elite note through amazon on 09 july 2017. Just after 4-5 mnth it get dead. Then i deposited this mobile on swipe service centre (Sri sai cells) #1032, 26th main, 4th t block, 9 th block circle, jayanagar, bangalore - 560041 mob no - [protected]. On 29 nov 2017 with reciept number 4347. They told me if mobile will repair by themselves it will be repair with 2-3 days but if repair by swipe hq pune then it will take 15-20 days. Today approx 2 month going to be complete. Whenever i call to service centre either they didn't pick up the call or telling some other reason once time they told me we send ur mobile to swipe hq, but when i call to hq customer care number ([protected]) they told me no that type of moble is deposited here. Sir please do needful for this

                                  Bought swipe elite mobile on 28th jul 2017.

                                  Mobile stopped working from 02 sep 2017.

                                  Gave it to "sri sai nadh enterprises" (D. No: 53-23-4, chaitanya nagar, kinnera theatre, nh-5 road, maddilapalem, vizag) for repair on sep 2017.

                                  Its been more than 4 months and still didn't got my mobile and the response from the service center is awful.

                                      Swipe elite max given for servicing (Board issue) 3 months back not received yet. Customer care is behaving very badly. They challenging me to register case against them.

                                      They have been telling wrong information on the product. And i called in the head office pure and the receptionist also behaving badly.

                                      Very bad service from their side. Please help me to get the product serviced

                                        I have given my mobile for repairing its display problem to swipe service center in jaya nagar, bangalore on 2nd of december 2017. At that time the person told me that they have to send it to pune and it will take 20 days for the repair.
                                        Now it has been 40 days and there is no reply from them. Swipe customer care is always not busy and there is no way to connect them. A mobile phone can be used for maximum of 2 years and if the company itself is holding it for 1.5 to 2 months what is the meaning a purchase a phone. I need my mobile back as quickly as possible.
