pathetic service

Hi,

I raised a service request for my cooler almost 2-3 weeks back for which I was told I'll be getting a call from technician, which I didn't receive. Later on the customer executives closed the ticket stating customer not reachable for which I don't think I got any calls from Symphony. Also even if that is correct as they say I should have received a message (all standard companies do that)

Also i have check the spare parts price list on symphony website and their also the pad price is rupees 350.

delay in providing warranty service

I logged a complain regarding the air cooler diet-50i (Which is still in warranty). They gave me a complaint id dl[protected]. But, they are not fixing it. Whenever i call them they put me on hold for 15 minutes and give me a standard reply that they will escalate this issue with their manager. not attending complaint

My complaint dated 25th july 2018 has not been attended but cancelled again by the symphony today with a message "dear customer, your service request vz[protected] is cancelled for ringing no answer. For assistance pls contact symphony at [protected]."
I have given my alternate contact number to ensure that no calls are missed. Today i proved again that the so claimed to have called me never ever happened. Not even single call received....

poor customer service (lying to customer and pending complaint since 2 weeks)

My complaint was registered vide nd[protected] on 14th june 2018 and engineer visited me next day and told me that my motor needs to be replaced, so he went away and told that he will come next day.
Nothing happened and he never came nor i got any call from symphony team after that.

After a week or two i complained to customer care again and they said they will do their best, i waited again nothing happened no calls...
