Water leakage in air coolers within 1 month of purchase. Symphony should be ashamed of manufacturing such a product. Customers are being looted with symphony’s fake promises and warranty assurance. No response from symphony even after 3 mons to fix their crap. Please do not by products from symphony. It’s been an horrible experience since the day i bought such an expensive air cooler from symphony.

    I bought symphony air cooler (Storm 70i) (Sl. No.[protected] on 01/05/2018, i believe on the brand name, but cooler not cooling as desired. I feel very disappoint with worst cooling performance. I complaint to customer care, the service engineer came and he refused to enhance cooling, he told me that you select wrong model, this model have worst cooling. I contact to dealer from where i purchased same but he also refused to replace. Please help me to replace my current model to new model which have better cooling.

      Sir, i have purchased one air cooler model name - symphony hi cool i 31 litres on 16/04/2018. My product serial number is #[protected]. After using some days only. From inside wire burning smell came. And then sound also. It didn't work properly. I complained to customer care on 10/05/2018. Complain number - vz[protected]. They first told within 24-48hrs person will come. I waited so many days but not even a single call came. Again i have contacted customer care so many times. But sometimes they gave some numbers to contact. But when i contacted that person was giving another person contact number. Then when i contacted, that person was telling ok i will see. But no reply or action. Now already 10 days. Nobody helped. Somany times i contacted customer care. But no help. Now today one message came from symphony written your request canclled for refuse to pay. Without any contact they themselves canclled my request. Please help

        My symphony cooler serial no - [protected] had an issue with pump. The unit was working except for the water getting pumped. I logged a complaint - bl[protected]. Microtek service center from bangalore sent a sub-contracted engineer to repair the unit. The unit was opened but due to earlier price quoted mismatch the service center person ([protected]) recalled his engineer. The engineer did not assemble the unit back in working condition and left with verbal abuse. Now my unit does not work.
        Symphony is not taking ownership nor is doing anything to fix the problem created by them. They have very limited service center, there is no option to tae the unit to a shop to get it fixed. They charge 500 rs just for visit and do nothing.
        They should be allowed to sell without proper service center to fix problems.

        How are these product allowed to be sold in the market without a proper service centre. Home visit with 500 rs is the only option.

          I purchased a symphony touch 35 on 30th april2018. On 6th may the cooler's automated voice stopped working suddenly. I logged a complaint immediately. Engineer visited on 8th and said that a part needs to be replaced and he would come next day to replace the same. He didn't come; when i called him he said part is unavailable and would come in another 3-4 days. This is a very high resolution time for such a small issue. Moreover, i also spoke to the authorized dealer who had sent an engineer. He said he cannot be certain when it would come. Very poor customer service. I am not getting proper timelines for resolution. There is no proactive communication. I am doing all follow ups. I am not at all satisfied with the after sales service and product quality. There are issues with the cooler within a few days of purchase.

            This is regarding bad product shipped from the company and after raisin multiple complaints, they are just ignoring the complaints.
            The product seems to be defective as the problems started just after one week of purchase.
            Since they are not ready to rectify yhe issue, I wanted to return the product amd get refund.
            I want to raise my convern on this regard.
            Please help me to escalate this issue to consumer forum ao that the company can be penalized.

            Also the customer service is disgusting they are not ready to help at all.

              Hello,

              This is to bring to your notice, that i have purchased a "symphony cooler touch 110" for rs.16500/- from one of symphony retailer in lucknow on 25th of may, 2017. I thought at this price range, i am getting a premium product from symphony, as it is a renowned company and i have been using their products since years. I am highly dissatisfied with the after sale service this time. I had complaint regarding the issue coming in this symphony cooler touch 110 few days after buying the product, the front swing panel "horizontal/vertical" was not moving and was stuck in it's place, service engineer came he told me that this problem is a known issue with this cooler, as it's a manufacturing fault. I want a answer from symphony, have i paid you rs.16500/- for such a product which has a manufacturing fault? He tried to take off the swing but it was broken by him, he somehow managed to make it work and told me he will come and replace it as soon as it comes in stock. Its been months, he never came to replace it, now again i complaint about the same to their service center few days back. Engineer came yesterday, he took off the panel and broke the black hinge on which the horizontal and vertical flap is attached, he then took a sharp knife and made a big hole in my unit. I asked him what is he doing. He told me that sir the hinge i bought is having a big hole and my unit hole needs to get broader, he dig a hole like a carpenter does in a wooden ply. I am really really fed up of this, as your service engineers have made fun of me and my unit and now your next engineer left without fixing the fault entirely with a big hole in my unit. I have recorded it and would love to send you the recording as well. I want this out dated faulty product to get replaced with a new unit. I will not bear this anymore. Either give my money back or send me a new unit. If my case is not resolved. I will have no other option left but to put this video on air so that everyone goes through it and lodge a legal case in consumer for the same. Waiting for your reply.

                  I purchase symphony cooler i touch 110 rs 14750 on dated 21/03/2018 but on purchase date the cooler not cooling. I complain many times to symphony and technician visit at home but he is unable to solve the complain. Cooler effect is zero. Symphony customer care not responding my mails.                   I want refund my money. I am suffering with this product from 2 month when I purchase the product.
                  My cooler pump in not working so i went to the service center to get the new one but there charging more then company rate dubblr then company rate

                    I bought symphony ninja, it works well for 1 year easily, after that i have got so much problems in it.

                    My question is: why is this kind of company allowed to business in india, when they hide the cost of repairing & spare parts.

                    May i please get repaired my cooler in cheap rate. If it would cost me about more than inr: 3000/- to replace motor & pump, then what is the reason behind get repaired it, can't i buy new one.

                    Who wanted to pay more than inr 3000/- to change motor & pump.

                    Motor replacement about more than rs. 2000/-
                    Pump replacement about more than rs. 500/-
                    Visiting cost rs. 400/-

                    We can buy a new cooler in same price from local shopkeeper, which can be repaired in rs. 1000/- after 1 year

                    They are hiding the cost of repairing & spare parts when the sale their products.

                      No body from symphony service center is responding. Its been a month since i am raising complaint regarding my pump. Worst service ever. My warranty will expire on 10may. Is symphony waiting for my warranty to expire. Hyderabad service center guys don't know how to talk to customer they don't even pick up calls. Hy[protected]. Please send technician with original symphony pump for diet 12t model. Don't give execuses like part is not available. If part is not available that is symphony's problem not customers.

                        I bought new symphony storm 100i from reliance digital Mahagun mall Vaishali Ghaziabad dtd.15.04.2018 and delivery dtd.16.04.2018. I connect cooler to electric but cooler water pump is not working and cooler is very dirty and same time i inform to reliance digital shop, he is say that engineer is come yesterday. But engineer will not come. After time to time follow up engineer are come and check he is accept this is faulty cooler. I go to reliance digital shop and share my problum to mr deepak and talk symphony office and he is say “aap ko jobhi karna hai kar lo court me jana hai jaoo mai replace nahi karunga”and his language is very disgusting and after talking deepak was say that i will resolve your problum and replace your cooler. I want replace my cooler because of i will pay to reliance digital for new fresh pc amt. So why i accept repair pc i want new pc of symphony storm 100i.

                          I brought a symphony touch 20 model from a retail shop
                          I also registered myself in the portal within 10 days.
                          Only after 1 year high cost symphony cooler was not working then I contacted customer care and registered my complaint then suddenly I got a message that out of warranty charges are 300.
                          Without knowing the problem they are asking for 300 rupees.
                          And costliest cooler gives only one year warranty.

                          And symphony services can't even let any body know the warranty period by the serial number of model..means they are incapable of giving you any kind of detail

                          Worst management information system by so called the best company of coolers

                          Warranty period must be extended cause they are charging The heaviest price for the products which breaks down in a year

                            Im calling the service center from last three days, and still my problm hasent been resolved, i want to change my coolers pad bt the technician is avoiding it, as well as the service center also, if i say something to them then they give warning that. (Kara lo sir apko jisse karwate bane hum nahi karenege) wat kind of service they are providing. Please help with this, the technician says that im coming in 1 hr and he dont come, we have to wait full day for him, yesterday he comes and say that he dont have pad hell com tommorow, bt today he is not picking up my call and cutting my call.

                              I had raised one service request but as usual daily same person is giving me a call and asking same questions. Assuring he is arriving shortly. I am waiting like a fool.
                              Below message received from symphony
                              Thanks for calling symphony. Your service call has been regsitered vide bl[protected], secret code 144. Our technician will contact you shortly. For warranty give bill copy. Out warranty visit charges are rs.300/- for non remote and rs.500/- for remote models.

                              Now suddenly i have received a message saying we have cancelled your request as everything is fine. No one has arrived. I know this # company is trying to cross our warranty period. Have all the proofs and call recordings. Will drag you to consumer court.

                                  I just received my Symphony Diet 50i 50-Litre Air Cooler with Remote (White)-For Medium room | B00IYD3ZHA ( 1039 ) via Amazon today the 21st Mar 2018 at 5 pm.

                                  I filled the water tank full (3 bucket water) and the switched it on. The water tank was beeping and it was red. The cooler button did not switch on.

                                  A brand new air-cooler and it does not work.

                                  I put in a call to Symphony company and put in a complaint. No MU[protected]. 48 hrs before it will even be attended to.

                                  On 23rd a Smyphony Service Represented called and confirmed an appointment. He came and did a through check of the machine but was unable to resolve the matter. He suggested that maybe the sensor board or the motor may need changing. He would check with the company about parts availability and get back to me at the earliest. Next day another representive came and checked the sensory board and realised there was a loose connection / dry sholdering problem. He redid the sholdering in the circuit board and vola everything was fine. It took maybe 20 mins. All the people i talked to at Smyphony were very polite, helpful and understanding of my situation. 21st Mar 2018 problem reported and 24th Mar 2018 problem solved. The Product sadly does not live up to their standards. There is simply no cooling. Not even if you stand right in front of it. No exaggeration just facts.Right now it back in its box while i live with the fact i just wasted my hard earned money.

                                    We have purchased the symphony cooler on 6th may and immediately after purchasing it (24th may) we have started getting multiple trouble in the swinging blade one of them is broken and other one automatically goes upwards.
                                    We have logged multiple complaints regarding this issue and when service executives came they took photographs of the defects and said that the part will come from ahmedabad so ask us to wait however after some time they closed the service request without any resolution.

                                    As of today, following all service request has been closed without any resolution.

                                      The purpose of sharing my experience is to help prospect buyers to not to repeat the mistake that I have done by trusting the brand symphony. Though I was aware that in the market coolers from Kenstar and unorganised segment are priced much less than a symphony cooler, I thought it will be a good idea to pay more and be with a good brand and expected professional service. The Diet22i that I have is still under WARRANTY. And so far I have booked 4 service requests; twice by calling symphony customer care [protected], booking a service call request in symphony website and sending an SMS to [protected] which is symphony’s dedicated number to receive service requests through SMS. It has been two days by now, I have not received any message or call from symphony. And the best thing is the company has cunningly not kept any scope to speak to a person while booking a service request. I have understood now that I have been cheated as the money paid to the company for the product includes amounts towards services during the warranty period. So my friend, if you are reading this please avoid making the mistake I have done and avoid buying anything from symphony. Trust me you will be a much happier person without symphony.                                       Hi again, Just wanted to share how I got a chance to get the service under warranty from symphony. The method may help you in a similar situation. Please read in continuation to my earlier post. Of all the routes to register a complain, I found the email to be effective, as this was the only complaint for which I received an auto generated DO NOT REPLAY MAIL. At the bottom, there was the company address belonging to Ahmedabad, and a phone number +91 7966211111. Wanted to give a try to this number. Had little hope as I had not received any SMS or call till now. To my surprise somebody picked up this call and as I was trying to explain why I have called, he redirected the call to another person. And finally there was a human at the other end I was speaking to. Narrated him my efforts to reach them, and he said, he will see what he can do about it. After few hours I got a call from a technician from Symphony. He assured me that he will visit me the same day. However that did not happen, and after a couple of reminders finally the technician visited me the next day evening. And his attitude is very simple to describe " Am doing you a favour " . I told him that the product is under warranty, why don't you replace the water pump which has started making noise. The answer was ' silence ' . He just cleaned the pump, did not bother to clean the water storage tank. In all about 10 minutes, after leaving poodles of water next to my sofa in the drawing room, he was ready to go back with his assistant. Luckily I had read the instructions that came with the Cooler, so I asked him to replace the honeycomb cooling pad on payment basis. The same was done next day. Thanks for reading.

                                      Hi again,

                                      Just wanted to share how I got a chance to get the service under warranty from symphony. The method may help you in a similar situation. Please read in continuation to my earlier post. Of all the routes to register a complain, I found the email to be effective, as this was the only complaint for which I received an auto generated DO NOT REPLAY MAIL. At the bottom, there was the company address belonging to Ahmedabad, and a phone number +91 [protected]. Wanted to give a try to this number. Had little hope as I had not received any SMS or call till now. To my surprise somebody picked up this call and as I was trying to explain why I have called, he redirected the call to another person. And finally there was a human at the other end I was speaking to. Narrated him my efforts to reach them, and he said, he will see what he can do about it. After few hours I got a call from a technician from Symphony. He assured me that he will visit me the same day. However that did not happen, and after a couple of reminders finally the technician visited me the next day evening. And his attitude is very simple to describe " Am doing you a favour " . I told him that the product is under warranty, why don't you replace the water pump which has started making noise. The answer was ' silence ' . He just cleaned the pump, did not bother to clean the water storage tank. In all about 10 minutes, after leaving poodles of water next to my sofa in the drawing room, he was ready to go back with his assistant. Luckily I had read the instructions that came with the Cooler, so I asked him to replace the honeycomb cooling pad on payment basis. The same was done next day. Thanks for reading.
                                      Symphony air cooler is leaking from its bottom side.it is in warrenty period.Customer care number is not working i don't know how to file a complaint.their support is too bad.can u plz contact them to repair it as soon as possible?????

                                      Am Sandhya. I purchased Symphony cooler on 30-4-17 .TIN NO [protected]. Its not working well. Water is not passing in the cooler properly. Worst company and facing so many problems from the day we took. I tried calling to the central number. Its not connecting. Their service is worst. My feed back towards the Bajaj Electronics is worst service .

                                        This is to bring to your notice that I did raise a compalint #HY[protected] for my symphony cooler Diet 50i as the water was coming out from the fan and need to change the honey comb. I got a 3rd Party tech ( Santosh is the owner of "Lakshmi Pranay Enterprises )on 3rd March 2018 and I was told that they are from Symphony tech and would the service to my cooler . The tech changed the Honey comb and checked everything and told me that everything is working fine and there will be no problem . T repeatedly told the tech that water comes out from the fan when the cooler runs the tech informed me that it is because the honey comb was old and since it is changed now it will not come . The technician took Rs 500 for service charge & Rs 360 for the honey comb (Bill attached ).On 5th March 2018 (Monday evening )my cooler started to give me the same problem, the next day i.e 6th March '18 I called up Santosh @[protected] and told him the problem and he told me that hecan send the tech but there will be a service charge of Rs 500 ... I was very very angry and I told him that the tech came on Saturday 3rd March and again the same problem started to happen from 5th march 2018 and I have to again give money??? It is absolutely not fare at all because my issue was not resolved at all . He told me that he would be sending the tech on 7th March'18 and then he will decide that if there will be a service charge or not . I told him first send the tech and resolve my issue. I waited for the whole day gave call Santosh multiple times and everytime he tells me sending the tech within half an hour and now its 5:19pm and I do not have tech to my place my Rs 500 gone for waste . Is this how Symphony treats theiir customers ???? This is like open cheating business happening . How can a brand like Symphony has this kind of service and authorise service centres who does not care about the customers . I wasted my whole time today did not go to office .I need an explaination ??? I would certainly tell everyone this is how Symphony treats their customer .DisGusting !!! If you treat your customer like this then you are going to loose business .I am shocked see a post warranty support quality from a company like Symphony. The 3rd party service centre here is not only irresponsible but also damaging for the reputation of the brand.
                                        Please look into the matter and kindly re-mediate ASAP.
