1. Service request no-jp-sh-28i17002dated 28/09/17 2. Service request no-jp-sh-26j17002dated 22/10/17 3. Service request no-jp-sh-16k17002dated 16/11/17. Actualy i have purchased one symphony make air cooler in the month of 20 may 2017. After purchasing the same my cooler pump not working properly. I have lodge complained to company and company people came and resolved my problem temprely with direct line from pump, and he said that your cooler pump sensor has to be changed but we do not have right now. We will send sensor request to company and will change it. After that we had lodge again several complained related to my earlier issue to the company but till now no body has contacted me for my problems. The complained detail as above.

    I had puchased 1 symphony storm 70i room cooler from loyus electronics indore in march 2016. Whenever the cooler is kept idle for sometime the motor gets jammed. The company has already repaired the cooler twice. Once it has changed the motor also. Due to frequent breakdown earlier i had requested for change of model also but they denied the same and repired it. Now the motor has again jammed and unfortunately the motor is again jammed. I just wanted to ask had i purchased a cooler worth rs. 15000 for 1 yeat only. Is it the strategy of the company to repair the cooler as many times it gives problem during warranty, just to pass the warranty time. I know i am helpless due to expired warranty, but it is not expected from company like symphony to provide such products.

      I bought symphony ninja cooler in may 2017 and my motor stopped working 2 weeks before. I lodged complaint in service centre regarding this. A person came to check it n said its motor wil b replaced in 2 days and had yet not came to replace. I called him multiple times bt everytime he used to say motor is nt available n it wl come from ahmedabad.. They didnt receive my call now.. Too bad service... Didnt expected this..

        I bought symphony air cooler diet 12t on[protected] with serial code[protected]. The cooler stopped working after 2 months. I registered a complaint with service request no : sp-31g17005. The person who came for repair said the motor had gone bad and needs to be replaced. I called them multiple times for motor repair. They say they dont have motor now, they will get it replaced in a day or two.1.5 months gone, they haven't changed the faulty motor not have they replaced the air cooler.

          Dear team,
          With the grief sorrow i am writing this mail after suffering to buy symphony product. I bought symphony diet 22i cooler from chroma on 16 august 2016. On 07 may 2017 i faced a problem in speed adjusting button as it was only giving high speed and whenever i tried to decrease speed level it was moving only in high speed level. On 08 may 2017 i registered complaint (Nd-jf-8e17040), one technician came to my home and said that it has pcb problem, i will come tomorrow and replace it. Next day when i tried calling him he said spare part is not available as it comes from ahmedabad and it will take 2 working days. I waited for 3 days and called jagdamba centre (From where technician came) again and they said same wording that it will take 6 working days to resolve your complaint. Time passed and 3 more technicians came sometimes they said its pcb problem sometimes they said its motor problem they always wasted my time but nothing happened because they didn’t come with proper equipments as once a technician came with pcb full of rust.
          I called customer care on 26 june 2017 and didn’t get any help from them, they did nothing but just register my new complaint (Nd-js-26f17010). Again technicians came and said same thing pcb not available. I suffered more than 1.5 months but nothing worked. I called jagdamba centre and they said we cant help you, if you wish you can talk to mr. Sanjeev (Delhi head). They gave his number, i called mr. Sanjeev and he assured me that by tomorrow your case will get sort. A technician came next day and opened my cooler, and said its pcb matter. Now i got fed up after hearing same thing. He assured me that by tomorrow i will get pcb and fix the problem. After that neither i got any call from tech. Nor they picked my call.
          With hope from customer care centre i called them again and told everything but again they registered new complaint (Nd-js-26f17010) on 26 june 2017. Again technician came and opened cooler and now it was not working that it was working before so he changed pcb but it was not that model’s pcb it was 8phase pcb and my cooler requires 7 phase pcb according to him. He just did jugaad to run cooler. Now no button is working. He said he will carry 7 phase pcb along with him by next day. Two days passed no one came, i called jagdamba centre and they said same slogan “sir pcb available nahi hai”. Ms. Geeta was on call everytime, then they gave me mr. Deepak number, their store owner. I called him and he assured that within 2 days he will make it available. 2 days passed nothing happened then again i called him, he simply said sir by saturday 3 more working days it will get fixed i guarantee you this time. I again waited for 3 more working days but same thing happened. And when now i call him he does’nt pick my call and i also messaged him on whatsapp he didn’t reply me there too.
          So i want to know is this professionalism and this is how you treat customers. My cooler is not working now and if i don’t get any help from team symphony then what step should i take. As i have been suffering from 08may2017. Summer has gone and its no fun to use cooler in winters now.

          Today is 24 July and I registered a complaint on 27 of July my complaint no is PA-SE-26F17010 and the mechanic come and broke my cooler and till now there is not any call get from company I always call to him and they take time for resolve my issue. I want to return this product because the service quality maintain by the company is extremely bad.

            I had purchased a Symphony Touch 110 air cooler on 11.03.17 from Bharat Electronics & Appliances, Coimbatore and the same was delivered on 12.03.17. At the inception itself I was disappointed since the louvers did not swing properly. They were stuck at a particular point and did not swing inspite of switching the horizontal and vertical swing. Moreover there was no proper cooling even though all suggested instructions were followed. Hence I booked a complaint on 14.03.17 vide complaint no is CB-CR-14C17006 and a service person named Kannan from Crystal Customer Care, Coimbatore came to my house on 18.03.17 to attend the issue. I was told by my wife that he didn't know how to rectify the issue hence he called some one else and got their advice and he removed the louvres from the air cooler and scrapped them a little and fitted it back and said that the problem has been rectified. Trusting his words my wife has handed over a copy of the bill to him. I came home at night and when I operated the air cooler the louvers did not open, close or swing normally the issue was even worse than before. When watched closely I found that one of the louver wing has been broken by the service person. Immediately I called Crystal Customer Care as well as Kannan sales person and questioned about the damage to the air cooler. They admitted their mistake and assured to replace the louvers. I have also booked another complaint on 18.03.2017 at 9.15 and my complaint no is CB-CR-14F17007. After several days a service person came and changed the 1st louver but the same did not match with the original one and there was a big gap between the 1st and 2nd lover giving way for dust to enter the cooler, hence the service person asked to to use the air cooler and that he will order the original louver and replace it within few days. Thereafter only in the mid of June 2017 he came and replaced the 1st louver and said that it works perfectly. Since summer has come to an end I didnt use the cooler for a month, and it was a bit hot during this week hence I used the air cooler but to my surprise again I am facing the same old problem. The louvers are stuck at a particular point and do not swing, I tried switching off and on the cooler several times but the it does not swing. I am totally disappointed by purchasing this product and the service approach of the so called reputed company. I have lost my patience and if the issue has not been resolved immediately and permanently I will have to initiate necessary legal action against all concerned for selling a defective product. Hope the company takes initiatives to resolve the issue, if not to replace the product immediately.

              Hi,

              I bought symphony winter air cooler in may 2016, exactly after one year this summer main motor got break down. I logged the compalint and company routed the complaint to service centre in ghaziabad. The service engr or rather i should say a person came and said that motor has short/burrnt. He said that there water dropped to motor and cuased motor burned. My question is how could it happen when we never ever opened the cooler. Even we got pads changed in this may thru symphoni service center only? If the water from pumping system reached to main motor how do we remain fresponsible??? Why not symphony able to make it full-proof or robust system??? They are charging highest price amongst the similar level manufacturers. They are selling spares at exceptionaly higher price as an example motor cost is inr2000 odd. The motor got burnt with in one year? This is ridicules. And therefore, i bought a cooler paid inr11500 odd and after one year i have to spent another 2500/- this is worse quality and moreover least reliable company. Come back to complaint, the service engr came 2days back, replaced the motor - and very next day it stopped working again, called and came again yesterday cooler resumed to work, and today again motor stopped working. Is this a kind of joke??? Are we sitting free to call company every day especially in thhis hot n humid weather. Don't we have other work/job to do and earn for life??? Therefore, in the name of customer service compny persons resolving one issue and at the same time seeding other issue so customer has to call /logger compaint sooner again and that give another change to symphony to sell spare and make money thru service.
              I want company to tell me how would they compensate our stress, risk to health n desease, lsoe of time, and energy we invested/wasted in past 4-5days??

              Symphony to compensate this. I'm not goi g to leave this. Else sahll be putting it in public domain /social network, to warin country's honest people not to buy symhpny products.

              I have seen a lot complaint here in and customer response rating stands jsut 29% this shows the reliability of symphony and more over its customer focus.

              is this symphony way of service ? are they make coolers which require to hit by stick to start?

              did i spend over inr 13k for this kind of product? is this durability of your product?

              company expect customer invest another rs[protected] after jsut one year of purchase ?????

              it forced us suffer for over 10days when there is extremelty hot and humid weather? bought this wrose quality company product we put our mind n health on big risk and in addition the mental disappointment in dealing with such company? need to know how company is going to compensate on this the kind of problem n stress we faced????

              what sorry, does symphony's sorry will return what time, energy we waste and put us on health risk in hot and humid summer for over one week.

              is starting motor with stick is service of symphony?

              how dare company selling poor quality motor at abnormally higher cost and that too got burnt in one year. a motor shouldnt burn even after 3 years. it is clesr cut cheat to customers.

              how dare company charging rs13k or more for a product that hardly survive one year odd?

              want company to give one similar size, output cooler of other trusted brand as back up so that we are forced to suffer in case of future complaint.

              and how company will compenste on time and energy we waste and disappointment we achieved in over a week time.? symphony may calc and propose.

                Made a big mistake by ordering this cooler online on 30th June. It was delivered same day by a local seller. Upon connecting, we got a rattling sound from the fan as it was hitting the swing louvers. Upon closer inspection, found that the motor mount bracket is broken in two places. Immediately submitted a service request HY-RS-30F17001 and till today nobody bothered to come and check the cooler. The local service engineer assigned to the ticket does not pickup the call. Symphony has to be serious about the customer complaints and provide a resolution at the earliest.

                  I bought Symphony cooler Touch 80 on 23rd April 2017. And since then it has been a nightmare. Water is dripping out of cooler. We registered complaints # JP-ST-22F17004. Service officer has visited twice. First time he said this is defective peice and all the 6000 pieces company produces have same issue. Second time he said cooling Pads needs to be changed but the we don't have new cooling pads available. I mean this is reduculas, in two months time new coolers cooling pad are not good any more, reason which is given by service officer is because of floride water, I have Usha cooler which is working great from past 1 year. And Symphony cooler can not work in same house because of issues with water. And on top of it there are no new cooling pads available. If that is the case then you should issue warning of minimum water standards required.

                    I bought a symphony touch 110 cooler in the month of march'17. It start leaking after few days. I raised request to symphony customer care and raised a complaint for the same and technician came and just adjusted the mats and then went but the issue didn't get fix and he asked me to do the same whenever there is a water leakage. But it started leaking continuously even after adjusting mats.

                    It is total waste of money. I bought this product only by trusting symphony's brand but i am not at all satisfied with this and i feel like cheated.

                    I want symphony to take care of this issue and fix it asap.

                      I had bought this touch 110 cooler about a month ago. This has all the functions working properly except cooling. It is not able to cool properly my room for what it is made. My room has proper ventilation also but this fails to satisfy me on the level of its cooling. I have searched for this problem over internet and found many buyers facing the same problem. I want from the symphony management to take back my cooler and replace it with some other cooler model that has no problems of cooling.

                        I pruchased a window 70 jet cooler from local dealer named "kejia furniture" on 23/05/2017. The product serial no. Is - "[protected]". Last complain no given by the customer care is "rp-sh-1f17004" due to the careless installation by the installation team i found some problem. I contact many time to customer care, but the gave me complain no. Only, on every phone call. Nobody came to to the site from the company to solve my problem.

                        Please be serious about the goodwill of the company.

                          I had purchased the symphony siesta 70 desert cooler on 26.02.2017. The cooler has a 1 year warrantee. I had issues with the pump last week and had logged in a service request on 5th july. As i am available at home upto 1 pm on working days i had requested to make the technician visit before 1 pm. After several calls to the customer care the technician visited and repaired the product. After the repair the pucp again stopped working after 4 hours of repair. I called the technician and he informed me that he will change the pump and i do not have to log in any more service calls. The pump started working the next morning but it stopped on its own again. This happened every day and today when i am again called the technician he asked me to raise a services call. I had requested to make the technician visit before 1 pm. But the technician called me and said he cannot come when i am available at home and he also disconnected the call without commiting if he will come again or not. I am feed up with this harassment.

                            I have purchased the product storm 100 ltr in the month of february, after three months i got sound issue over there, i gave 6 complaints

                            - in the first complaint, one person came and tight one bolt, its working for half an hour and again issue got repeated

                            - in the second complaint - no one will come : (

                            - third complaint - one person came and check the cooler and said like "fan threading lost" and need to change the threading system and gone silently

                            - in fourth complaint - no one will come : (

                            - in fifth complaint - one person came and tight fan bolt and said like these type of coolers having this problem.
                            I told him, it was working properly without any issue from the past three months then he replied that, i dont the problem and go silently

                            - in sixth complaint - no on will come yet : (

                            The cooler was purchased on[protected], invoice no HR-SDEG[protected], amazon. Company advertisement: cool room size 10 * 20 feets even at 40 deg. It only gives cool breeze, if you are sitting in front of it. It is not a room cooler. Company selling a product through misleading advertisement.

                              Respected sir,

                              I have purchased symphony touch 110 air cooler from vidyut electronics raebareli on 06.04.2017. Dealer sold out faulty cooler. After so many reminders they didn't solve the problem. When i install found that their blower cover, clump and plate are broken. From dated 28.05.2017 i call so many times to the dealer and customer care. Both dealer and customer care are not solving the problem. Dealer denied to take back faulty cooler and customer care said your problem will be resolved in next 2 days today its almost 15 days and not getting any response from them. I faced many problems during the day.

                                I would like to inform you that last two days leakage in symphony touch 55 in back left green portion. There is a big technical problem in this touch 55.
                                Kindly instruct to technician to do the needful and recover this problem so that this type of blunder fault could not in future. My house fully fill with water due to symphony touch 55 and feeling lot of problems.

                                You are kindly requested to replace this symphony touch 55 and arrange a new symphony touch 55 in place of this.

                                  Cooler kharidne k 8 days bad se hi kharabi chalu. Company ko kai bar complaint ki fir 15 din m unka engineer aya to bhi nahi thik hua cooler. Company k log bas ashwashan dete h ki kal ayega psrso ayega engineer lekin engineer 20 din m aya or wapas cooler m yhi problem to engineer ka jawab tha y to esa hi rahega kuch bhi kar lo water lickage to hoga hi.
                                  Very bad company mere to 15000 ki watt laga di company walo ne.

                                    Complaint no hy-rv-5e17004 is still pending since 07 may 2017. I contacted many service executives, but it has not been resolved. Because of your defective product i am suffering a lot. Your technician had visited, and was assured that he will replace the defective part within a week. Since last one i am suffering.
                                    It is requested look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest. Buying your product i paid a heavy price in this horrible summer. Your service is very poor and service executives are not helped in this matter.

                                      Today morning we have loged a service request dh-su-5f17001at 10:00am for my cooler jumbo jr, but till the time at 6:30pm no any technician called or came to resolve the issue. This is the case of harassing the customer in the temperature of 38. C. When we have to go to outside for service our product then what is the benefit of symphony's customer services???
