Dear sir, i have purchase two symphony air cooler from shree ram enterpries haveing tin no-[protected], dated - 21/05/17, one cooler is brand new. But the another is a demo piese, it does't have any warrenty card, stand, remote is also not working, and it is full of dust inside the cooler, it is used cooler. Dealer regular commiting to replace the same but when iam asking for the replacement he is avoiding. He is asking to send the old cooler first at his shop then he will check and let us know.
Sir, we are full time working people has does't have time to go to shop and take followup by phone daily with dealer.

You are kind requested to please take an action immediately and provide me the full refund or replacement plus the harrensment charges.

    Does not cool at all, tried all ways of ventilation. Seems a waste of money and I feel like being fooled.

    15000/- it costed and is a complete waste of money. Never thought that organisation like Symphony will make such a product.

    I tried calling customer care but they did not solve my problem and said "Demo visit for this product is not given". Are you serious, 15000/- is the cost of product and you dont give a demo ?

      Purchased aircooler from reliance digital one month before. They sold me a cooler which was already damaged. Its water tray was broken and due to that it throws water from front. I have done regressive followup from both symphony n reliance. They repair the cooler but the problem remains the same. I asked them to replace the cooler. Reliance digital told me that they will replace the cooler but they want noc from symphony. Symphony is not giving noc to them. Its been a month the cooler is same as it was at the time of purchase. I have spoken with the head of pune as well. His name is mr. Shailendra, he told me that y u want to get it repaired so early when you can use ur cooler on temperory basis. Very poor customer service of symphony. Will not at all recommend any symphony product.

        Worst service, the cooler was not working within few days, on 7th I have lodged a complaint, on 9th I got a call and I asked the technician to come the next day as I was in a meeting, until 15th I don't have a response and even if I call them, no one was responding. On 17th I have lodged the complaint again and on 19th I get a call asking if I am satisfied with the service. What is this nonsense? When I call them today, they respond telling that the case has been closed due to lack of response from the customer while I have not received any call. When I told them that I am going to the consumer forum, they disconnect my call.

        And the great thing is that my cooler is a new one and within the warranty period.

        I have not even asked for a replacement yet, I have just requested that a technician can come and look why there is no cooling in the product.

        This is the status which is being reflected and no appropriate answer from your call center executives.

          The audacity of selling defective cooler anf telling customers we manufactured this way is something only symphony can do. Please replace it. 3 month old cooler and 4 complaints already!

          I need a call... I need a mature customer centric person with eq to deal with me... Your reps are rude

          Somebody please resolve this asap as the cooler is becoming a pain and i regert trusting symphony. I know you will not refund me... Tgen replace the defective model with another model

            Sold out faulty cooler. After so many reminders they didn't solve the problem. I had purchased the cooler on 20.05.2017. When I install found that their water pump was not working. From dated 21.05.2017 I call so many times to the dealer and customer care. Both dealer and customer care are not solving the problem. Daily they are saying to wait 4-5 days more. I faced many problems during the day.

              Recently i bought 1 symphony touch 55 cooler.
              This one not giving cool, i bought it the amount of 11000INR.
              Also i bought 1 UN branded cooler out side, its giving very cool.
              I complained to symphony customer care more than 4 times.
              they are not responding well, i'm really wasted total 11000 rupees now.
              I'm totally disappointed with this product and with symphony customer care.

                We have purchased Touch 35L cooler newly last week. It is not providing cool air as it is supposed to be. Ceiling fan is better then this. We have purchased this from AC showroom. I would have purchased 4 standard ceiling fans at same cost of this cooler. We have the cooler with full.water and tried it even themore there is no.cool air. It is at least should be better than ceiling fan but this does not even provide coverage of air forger about col air.

                  I bought diet 50 symphony cooler 1 year ago. On last last week of my one year warrenty, cooler motor stopped working, as service center said they will not be able to process my request today, i went to service center and they said me it will take atleast 1.30 mins to install a new motor, when i received call from them motor has theysaid now your cooler is working fine.
                  'they advised me to change the pad for better cooling and same i did.
                  Now after one month motor pump has stopped working again.
                  Now how can i trust spare part delivered to me by service center.
                  This is very bad experience that part's are not working in one season itself.
                  I want to reopen my previous and my motor should be changed without cost

                    Greeting for the day,

                    I have taken four products from symphony in last couple of years, and i have very good trust of the company goodwill and also want the trust will continue in future also because it’s a brand as everyone know this.

                    Now what happened, my one product is (Symphony diet 12t 12-litre) air cooler is not functioning and same i was register a complaint to customer care on 17th may 2017 via complaint no - nd-sa-17e17006.

                    Now, on next day the technician came at my home and said that your motor is not operational and i need to take the motor and get it rectify from the service center but, due to lack of tool kit i am unable to take. (Some tools are not accessible on that time) so he said that i will be visit again next day along with comprehensive tool kit.

                    On 19th morning when i again called him he disconnected my calls several times and even, in the evening he is not responding my calls.

                    Next day, 20th may 2017, when i called him again from my secondary mobile no he pulled out the call and said i am not going to rectify the motor and you go where ever you want for grievance for himself. He also used abusive language and misbehaves a lot and cut down the call immediately.

                    Same thing i also shared to the customer care, i don’t know what the action they are taking against him but also you should know about the technicians how they behave.

                    anyhow please take some serious step against him otherwise you will undeniably lose your customers and same will be effected symphony market also.

                    By service centre ret of fan blades Rs 1450 and services charge 400 total amount Rs 1850 . But no quality in this blades . This blades is broken just after one year. There are we suggest any one not purchase Symphony air cooler.

                      I have purchased a symphony sumo jr. Cooler, i registered the complaint for repair the cooler, its motor is not working, the service engineer visit and inspect the cooler, and suggested to me replace the motor with new one and it is available only from side of symphony ltd.
                      I agree to repair, the engineer promise me to replace the motor with in three days,

                      Almost 2 month going to complete he never com back, after so many call even i call on ivr again and they promise the engineer will repair soon,
                      Such a poor service with monopoly of company some other brand motor doesn't work with that, company is selling its product as per use and throw policy, there is no service provided by this company.

                        Model: symphony diet 12lt - without remote purchased on 01/06/2015
                        Service request nos : sh-17e17002 dtd 17/05/2017

                        Complaint was that water pump is not working

                        I put a complaint on 17/5/2017 and a mechanic from sharpline electronics (mira road, mumbai) came on 18/05/2017 and changed the honeycomb pad,
                        Submersible water pump and drain plug and charged me the following:

                        Submersible pump 850.00
                        Honey comb pad 900.00
                        Service charge 400.00
                        Drain plug 50.00

                        Total 2200.00

                        ************* since the amount is big i asked for a bill. Although i asked he did not take any signature and also he did not give me a bill. He did not even
                        Have a company's service order.

                        Having faith in symphony and its name i paid the mechanic.

                        Today - 19/05/2017 -- when i tried to use the cooler i realized that the fan was not working so i called dharmendra (mobile--[protected]) of sharpline
                        Electronics - so he is telling me that now the fan is not working so i will have to pay another rs 2, 200/- to replace it.
                        I complained to him that the fan was working perfectly then how did it stop suddenly.

                        I realized that he is swindling me so i checked on your website and i found the spare parts list and realized that he was swindling me. Your spare parts

                        List shows the following.

                        Submersible pump 359.00
                        Honey comb pad 575.00
                        Service charge 400.00
                        Drain plug 24.00

                        Total 1358.00

                        (1) this company sharpline electronics which is your authorised service agent has swindled me and over charged me by rs 842/-
                        (2) not only that he purposely spoiled the fan motor and is now demanding rs 2, 200/- for the fan which was working perfectly till his mechanic opened
                        And touched the cooler.

                        I believe in symphony and the name but this kind of harassment and extortion of money has made me very stressed.
                        I am so worried today. That because of the mistake of sharpline electronics i have to pay through my nose and that too no fault of mine.

                        My complaint

                        (1) sharpline electronics has swindled me and ilegally overcharged me rs 842/-- (they have not followed you spare parts list).
                        (2)they have not given me a valid legal bill for rs 2, 200/-
                        (3) delibrately they have spoiled the fan motor and now they are trying to extort rs 2, 200/-.

                        I plead to you that you please help me in this matter at your earliest and put my cooler back in working condition.
                        Please take strict action against such culprits who are not following the spare parts list given out by symphony and thereby looting people and
                        Spoiling the name of symphony.

                        I am sure you will look into the matter and help me out at the earliest.

                          Hi my name is harikanth bought symphony air cooler model number strom 70 i on[protected] from the day one the performance is not good water is leaking from the pads and cooling is not up to the mark and major defect is sound from the cooler we cannot sleep peacefully due to the horrible sound. We raised several complaints but no use and also requested the dealer to cancel the product and return money and also requested them for exchange but no use finally i have got some hope in consumer so i think your the customer platform to resolve.                             I purchased Symphony 12T diet cooler last year on 17th May 2016.

                            It was suddenly stopped working so raised a service request with request no AH-NI-12E17018 on 12th May.

                            Got a call from Jeet Patel Engineer & schedule meeting on 14th May - 5 PM. nobody came, tried calling him multiple times but didnt connect :(

                            Again called him on 15th May but no response. Called customer care on 15th May & inform the incident. She said she will call back after checking with service center but havent got any call.

                            Now today i called again & Nandan - Sr. Executive Said informed case was closed with reason " We are UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU since last four days. So we have closed your complaint now." & Now warrantly expired as it was available till 16th May only.

                            if i need any further support, I need to send email but could not able to locate customer care email id from symphony site.

                            Please suggest what to do in this case ? & where to escalate to get support?

                              I have brought cooler model storm i 100 from sant ac ludhiana. He has sent me a defective product. When i unpacked it the cooler was full of dust and no operational manual was there. I have made complaint on company number, dealer several times. Even i made requested for a demo. When i operated the cooler its swing function was not working properly. Thats why dealer has sold this defective product to me.
                              I am astonished on the style of working of such a reputed company. I am making complaints since 06.05.2017 (Date of purchase) and there is nobody to bother. Please tell me buy should i do. From the last 10 days i am just making calls or lodging service requests. Please tell me the wayout.

                              I have purchased symphony air cooler hi cool I model on the date 10/05/2017 and bill no. is iv331418, from this date to within a week I have suffered twice with facing of pump failure twice. now the position of pump failure as it is after first service has been done with service no - BR-AJ-15E17012. Because of manufacturing defect in water pump again I am facing of improper cooling. I was re-called to customer care but all are lazy to provide satisfactory service. I think that is a problem in symphony product model hi cool I so, I request to you to replace me this model to new model, I am fully disagree with this model as well as symphony customer care service and sanket group too. you all are not taking care of customer sincerely. please solve this problem as earliest as possible otherwise I will not miss any opportunity to contact to consumer care department regards above all.

                                Sir, i have purchased symphony site air cooler, after 3 year it's motor failed, then i had made services request to symphony but from services center i had got a call in that services engineer informed to sent cooler to services center without any visit, after that i have made many complaints then after 1to 2month. I got service and in that services engineer have changed my cooler motor with blower fan due to he was not able to remove old blower as said by him, and ho charged for it 2600₹ for motor & 800 ₹ for blower fan where as in ur spare list it was of 2135₹ & 645₹ respectively so i have completed again then he had down price to 2450₹ & 740₹ which i had paid with extra service charge 400₹, after that he had fixed ordinary cooling pads (₹70) which worked very bad and through waterso i had complaint again and again but service engineer talked very badly with me, i want you to take proper action against him to make you company service reliable, details are as below for service center & my complaint no

                                  I purchased Diet 50i on[protected] after 2 days[protected] its cooling button not working. I complaint customer care on[protected] complain no is ND-JS-20D17020 on 22-04-17 technician come at my place and said its pcb is not working tomorrow i will replace it on[protected] i called technician he said pcb is out of stock in 2-3 days it will be replaced. On[protected] i checked complaint status its showing complain has been closed no. Immediately i called customer care no [protected] they make another complaint ND-JS-25D17033 after[protected] i called customer care and service center multiple times they always saying please wait 4-5 days your issue will be resolved till now my issue is not resolved today i check complaint status its shows Your complaint No ND-JS-25D17033 has been resolved

                                    We had bought the cooler on[protected], symphony STORM 70I. A part caller POWER has been burnt due to high voltage. But since one month we r simply waiting for it to b repaired. Customer care claim that the part is not available and they r simply delaying the dates. Whenever we try to register a complain. Then at first they listen to us and send us a msg regarding a service request no. To be used whrn we r satisfied with the service. The repairers come even. But a statement which keeps on repeating SIR THE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE. I want to complain about the company that if all the parts of that brand r not available then why the coolers r being sold in the market. Also if it is being sold, prime responsibilty of the company is to provide after sale service to the existing customers. There is also a provision regarding using the parts of the new product. I want to complain against this company on behalf of many people who r a victim of this mental harassment. Hoping for a quick response.

                                      I purchased a Symphony Cooler Diet 50i, and the cooling function stopped working. I lodged a complaint (DE-SA-5E17003) on May 5th, 2017. The service engineer has not yet arrived. No one from the Service center, Sam Service (R), Mobile No: [protected], contacted me yet. When I called their number, most of the times, it is either switched off or no one picks the phone. On two occasions, when they did pick up the phone, I did not get any definitive answer as to why they did not contact me and when the service engineer will come.

                                      Problem-the drain plug broke off.
                                      Please tell me from where I can get a drain plug for the same.

                                        I bought a symphony touch 110 cooler last month. It start leaking after few days. I raised request to symphony and got the service request no -
                                        ND-GE-30D17002. Technician is keep coming nearly 7-8 times to repair. But problem does not solve at all. Even technician take out each n every part of the cooler and assembled it again. After assembled, it start again leaking and now cooling is gone completely as well.

                                        Now fan is better than this cooler.

                                        Service agency not able to solve the issue and now they are helpless.
                                        Kindly do the needful as company unable to solve the issue.
