    Have bought symphony diet cooler from local dealer. It worked on day1 and from day2 the cooler is not getting switched on. First two days we tried to reach customer care over phone but of no use. Later we raised complained from website and its been 4 days no one called us. Summer is getting over i do not know when the complaint will be attended. I will be happy if my money i returned.

            E mail sent same day, no body acknowledged yet and received call from one of your teammates and they assured to solve till evening but noone came after calling they told your cooler is not in warranty and i said it’s newly purchased dated 22/05/2020 and same day i complained but still problem not resolved..

              I have purchased symphony diet 50i tower cooler from spar hypermarket. But it is not cooling. I have bought it thinking of big brand but it is too small performance. Pls help to replace it or get my money back.

                  I purchased cooler 3 days back i received the cooler but there was no technician or person to explain the product and also the cooler is stinking badly and also cooling is not done.
                  Water is leking.
                  I called the person to replace the product but u m not getting any response.
                  I simply wasted 10 k for this worthless product.
                  This people r cheating the customers.
                  Before purchasing the product i got 15 calls to purchase after raising this issue i m not getting response

                      We have purchased symphony winter cooler on June 2019. I have used cooler only for 2-3 times and then i start my cooler now. But the air pump of cooler is not working. Please can you fix the problem and send the man for service?

                          Have raised a request with symphony customer care for changing cooling pad for ninja air cooler on 31st january. Its been 8 days and still technician haven't reached my residence for the service. I have been calling customer care daily and everyday i hear the same thing that the technician will visit today blah blah.

                          Have even dropped them an email 2 days before but still there isn't any response. The after sales service of symphony is worst. Its good that i have a kenstar slimline super-re aircooler and they provide an excellent service.

                          I don't know how i can escalate this symphony issue.

                              I've would have been cheated by the symphony cooler company that they gave warranty for my product but when i had applied for warranty claim that they didn't provide any service or warranty claim from their side and no responsibility till now i've registered my complaint against symphony diet 12t that water pumping motor was not working for last two weeks on september month but there is no service had been done yet and from symphony customer care i would get the service partner mobile number and had make a call for them but they did not responding for my call till now, so what could i prefer whether he come to my address and change it or they cheating on all customers... I'm the one of them... Ahh

                                I have symphony 35 touch and have raise my complaint on 1st oct and i have call them many times but sir due to under warranty complaint they are not giving me a proper response. After 12 days of complaint registered still symphony engineer didn't visit on my home.

                                  It’s been 14 days my service request is still open. As a brand i like symphony for its quality but their tech support and customer care support sucks. Every time i call up symphony customer care team for the service request, they give me the same update – your request has been forwarded to the nearby branch please wait, what the hell. I have used many other consumer products, but i never faced an issue like with symphony. One of the worst brands in the market with pathetic service support.

                                  I strong suggest not to buy symphony products.

                                    I purchased this cooler on 2nd of april 2019 directly from dealer vinod electronics in chittoor district, andhra pradesh. I faced problem with this product in first week of purchasing. We didnt get cool breeze. Not only myself but alsoone of my colleague also got the same problem. When we asked for exchanging, the dealer is denying and their service is also very poor. Dey r not responding at all. Can u help me regarding this problem? Please do exchange.                                       Sudip Bose residing at Beleghata, Kolkata-700010 purchased one Diet 35T Symphony Aircooler on 16.06.2108 and on 10.06.2019 I complained vide regsitered KO[protected] as for a few days this product is not working. Your technician having mobile no.[protected] visited and after inspection of my aircooler, he told me the fan motor is damaged and new one will be replaced within two weeks moreover he told as this complain lodged within warranty period hence the parts will be replaced free of cost. After that he gave me another phone no. (Mob[protected] of his office manager for sending the invoice of my aircooler. But till now I have tried to communicate several times but they didn't respond even didn't know pick-up my call.

                                      After that, I talked to customer care, of symphony aircooler and I have been assured it will be replaced very soon but till date no one tried to contact me in order to replace my product. Today while I contact again Customer Care, the Customer care executive told me that as per system, your 1st complain was resolved. My question is that how it is possible? when any technician visits, he has to fill up the customer acceptance form along with the signature of customer to ensure in respect of service he has been given on behalf of company . In this case, can you show me any kind of customer signature of that form?

                                      In view of that, I shall request you to kindly resolve the aforesaid problem by replacing the damaged parts with a new one.

                                      Here is my 1st complain which has not been resolved. After some days while I contact customer they said that this case is closed. How is it possible without fillup any acceptance of form signed by customer that it is resolved?

                                        I have purchased a cooler (Company: symphony; model: sumo junior; serial no.[protected] from a shop named pradeep engineering works, dr. Rajendra pd. Road, bhagalpur on 02.05.2019. After two (02) months o[censored]se, cooler is not running. I have registered a complaint about it to symphony customer service on 20.07.2019 (Complain no. Bg[protected], secret code 390). I have got a call from the symphony technician from bhagalpur on 20.07.2019 for rectifying the issues. But they did not come to resolve the problem. Next day technician again made a call to me but unfortunately i was not on home that time. I asked him to come to my home at around 5:00 pm. But again they were not came to rectify the issue. I again registered the complaint (Complain no. Bg[protected], secret code 550) on 25.07.2019. Next day, i again call the customer care, they provided me mobile numbers ([protected] and [protected]) of technician of bhagalpur to rectify the problem of my cooler. I have make calls on these numbers, he has taken necessary information from me, but they do not come to me. On 01-08-19, i have got a call from the mobile number [protected] (Symphony customer care) to rectify the problem but again they did not came. They are very stubborn and non-responsive in their behavior. I am very disappointed with the service of this company symphony limited.
                                        I will look forward to your reply and resolution of my problem or else seek third-party assistance.

                                        I have make calls several times to resolve the issue with my cooler. I have got a call from Symphony customer care (mob: 9510070111) and they asked about the problem and forwarded my complaint to relevant customer care personnel to resolve the issue. Then technician came to my home and repaired the cooler.

                                        Symphony Customer care or Symphony mechanics not attended for servicing of my cooler till date. 15 days has been passed after registering the complain.
                                        I purchased a Symphony Touch-55 cooler on 25/05/2019 and with in 4 to 5 months of its purchase, it stop working.
                                        Please solve my problem asap.
