I am really having a worse experience with
symphony.
There is a huge name of
symphony in the market. This is the reason I purchased a
symphony cooler ( winter XL, 80 ltrs), from your authorised dealer, Vishwakarma cooler works( Ballabgarh, fbd, Haryana), on 29/04/19.But, it has just been 1 month since, I purchased it, it is showing problem thrice in this single month of purchase. Three times complaints have been made. Also, after making the complaint, the defect is repaired on the 3 rd day, which is out of the service norms as offered by you.
This is not just a single case. Two people who purchased the same model with me, are all facing the same problem with it.
What is the means of this big brand and huge prices, if we have to face such problems.
So, I would suggest all, NOT to purchase cooler from
symphony.
And I also request you that if you cannot provide good service and a quality product then stop befooling people through your advertisements.
You are kindly requested to change the defective piece with a good one.
This is third time we complained and it is repaired by your
person now. But in case of any further defect, I may not be able to bear that and will have to file a case against you in consumer court.
