I purchased this cooler on 28th of april 2019 from amazon.com and i want to tell you that initially i was very happy with this cooler and it worked fine for almost a month then suddenly burning smell started coming from this cooler and i got scared and i switched off the cooler then again i tried switching it on and some scary noise came out of this cooler and it stopped working completely.

I realised that this piece of cooler was defective since it stopped working after a month. I tried calling customer care but none of their numbers were active then somehow i found customer care number on which one of their executive picked the call i told them everything that happened with this cooler there is today complaint against the same.

Below i am mentioning the complaint number they promised me that repair engineer will visit me within 24 hours to 48 hours but none of them came neither i received any call back from them also show the message i received after registering the complaint it says i need to pay 400 rupees of repair charges when it is just exactly 3 months i purchase this cooler and still 9 months of warranty is remaining.

I went helpless and and this was the the only portal where i could register my complaint. I want to bring into highlight it to customers and to the company symphony is selling defective coolers other than it to improve their customer service or they need to shut their brand off.

    We have repaired cooler 2 times, but after 2 months same problem is occurring. The person who repaired the cooler used an old part which might be already used by someone else and not even given any guarantee. As a result, the same problem is occurring once again. Even a servicing charges are quite high, only visiting costs 400 Rs. Help me sort out this matter. I want solution on these ASAP.

      I registered a service request when my cooler is not starting. The request number is bl[protected]. The technician has come and spent 5 minutes and told key pcb has to be replaced and collected rs 400. Unfortunately, the same part was replaced recently (3 months back) for which company will not provide warranty it seems. After the service request they didn’t bother to call and get the feedback.

      However, i sent a mail (Subject : unsatisfied services - bl[protected]) to customer support ([protected]@symphonylimited.com, customer. [protected]@symphonylimited.com) to explain the dissatisfaction. I waited for 3 days, either they didn’t reply or they even didn’t acknowledge it. After 4th day, i forwarded same mail asking for the response. Almost 1 week now, still i didn’t get any response. I am not sure whom to contact..

      I went to their official website and filled feedback form about my concern why i didn’t get any response for my mails. No one contacted me till..

        Myself shubham, i am living in bangalore karnataka, my air cooler symphony ninja 17l pump is not working so i just contact to symphony customer care and they send a service man to replace the pump which cost around rs.560 as per the bill and rs.400 services charges which i received through sms on my mobile but that guy asked me rs700 for pump and rs.400 for service charges and handover a rough bill written by his own handwriting.

        Is this the way how they provided service to public and making fool, i have all the proof with me and attached as well.

        Please take the strict action against those people and the company too, and first time i am registering a complaint against someone because it feels so bad for me so i request and trust you please take this application serious and don't break my trust on you as well.

          I purchased a symphony cooler, model no. - strom100t

          Date.- 13/06/19
          This cooler is not work properly.
          Many problems in this cooler
          I complained about the cooler working problems to dealer and i am very embarrassing to dealer because he is not take any action based on the cooler maintenance services and i complained to dealer date from 14/06/19.
          Dealer not sent to anybody to maintenance
          Water pump is not working properly
          Switch is not work properly
          These problems are having on when i purchased the cooler
          I am complaining of cooler about 15 days to the dealer and symphony maintenance services

          Company has worth of 25 paisa . Claiming for no. 1 in india . I have faced same problem when i bought this product ( winter i ) . Was not working and water pump was not installed . After giving so many call their service engg. Came after 48 hr. From complaint time .
          Every year there is problem . You have to pay min. Rs. Rs. 1500/- to rs. 2500/- for it's up comming faults . Now, visiting charges rs. 400/- and every year raised .Don't waist your money ( rs. 15, 000/- ) . Better go for ac's ( rs. 20, 000 to 25, 000/- ) . Run for 1 hr. In the night and ceiling fan will cover night .

            I bought this symphony sense 50 cooler on 7th may 2019 but it has been rectified 4 times till now. On purchase day, its pump was not working then timer get stucked after that motor is damaged and some plate was also damaged. My cooler is repaired in 3 days for just changing motor. There are defects since i bought it. Please replace this cooler asap.

            I have registred my complaint more than 5 times but no action has been taken by customer care.I did not get any revert or call from customer care.If company will not take any action then i will do complaint in consumer court.I request you to please take necesaary action asap or forward my complaint on higher authority.

Technician called me on 17th to check the issue on next day but till now he has not called me back. I am calling to customer care daily but they are just doing only formality. Till now no solution provided.

                Purchased symphony touch 20 from shop but got defect product from symphony. Issues from day 1 after purchase. More money is demanded for servicing. Please take the product back or refund partial amount at least, or provide free service. Water problem, fan problem, motor problem many issues. Please resolve this issue. Happy even if partial amount is given or another product is given.

                  Purchased SUMO IN June 2016. Changed pads in March 2019.Now my cooler has started to run slow and Air delivery is very poor. Service call registered No NA [protected]. Technician was unable to detect the problem and suggested that Run the cooler as it is and when the Motor stops change the Motor..Is this the way of solving the problem? If you engage Cheap Service Centre then this will be the result. If you house ceiling fan/table fan is running slow then you do not wait until the motor is dead and replace the Motor. Such absurd suggestion was never heard off but Symphony person can advice . I am repenting having purchased such a third calls cooler which cannot even last for 3 seasons. I shall put this up in Whats App and Face Book and caution people against purchasing symphony coolers.

                      Had raised a complaint with Symphony Customer Care Number +[protected] on 8th of Jun 2019 about my air cooler Model Touch 55. Its pump is not working and it also requires change of cooling pad. And servise request no is BN[protected]. Despite of mutiple follow ups, They have not provided any resolution. Every time I call then they assure that their technician will visit in next 48 hours, but no one comes. Please help.

                      I got my coller in 2018 but water started leaking after two months but as I was shifted no service centre was near me. I want it to repaired as I am only using fan.
                      It is really a very worse product I have ever seen it doesn't work properly 😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬 it leaks alot our full room is filled water and water everywhere
                      After 3 Weeks of raising a complaint, neither Symphony has done anything nor this form has done anything.
                      I was expecting that Symphony will be true to its reputation of exemplary Shamelessness and Fraud. But I had hope that this form will be able to help me. But nothing happened.

                        Never buy any Symphony coolers. 3-4 months it will work and then will go start giving issues

                        Their customer support never connects and if it connects you are lucky. On raising complaint the issues are never resolved nor the technician visits

                        The technician numbers given doesnt work, or they wont answer

                        my Symphony Diet 50 cooler is under repair from past 2 months and keep on raising complaints but no one visited or repaired. Customer care keeps telling that it is escalated

                        Sometimes they close the ticket saying spare part not available and then I have to raise another ticket.

                        Hopeless product and hopeless service

                          I am really having a worse experience with symphony.
                          There is a huge name of symphony in the market. This is the reason I purchased a symphony cooler ( winter XL, 80 ltrs), from your authorised dealer, Vishwakarma cooler works( Ballabgarh, fbd, Haryana), on 29/04/19.But, it has just been 1 month since, I purchased it, it is showing problem thrice in this single month of purchase. Three times complaints have been made. Also, after making the complaint, the defect is repaired on the 3 rd day, which is out of the service norms as offered by you.
                          This is not just a single case. Two people who purchased the same model with me, are all facing the same problem with it.
                          What is the means of this big brand and huge prices, if we have to face such problems.

                          So, I would suggest all, NOT to purchase cooler from symphony.
                          And I also request you that if you cannot provide good service and a quality product then stop befooling people through your advertisements.

                          You are kindly requested to change the defective piece with a good one.

                          This is third time we complained and it is repaired by your person now. But in case of any further defect, I may not be able to bear that and will have to file a case against you in consumer court.

                            We purchased Symphony Ninja 27 model on May 7th, 2019 from amazon. It worked only for couple of days and then started sprinkling more water through fan . after multiple follow up's with the symphony technical support and the concerned service center in our area, they have sent a technician after one week, who did something to the air cooler and the motor got burnt.Again after multiple follow up's, they have sent the same technician to replace the motor, and that technician had replaced the motor but didnt fix it completely just kept the air cooler open . It has been 10 days since the technician has just opened all the nuts and bolts of the cooler and still is same.. We are daily contacting the service centre but they keep on saying that they will send tomorrow.

                            ITS BEEN 30 DAYS FROM THE DAY WE PURCHASED IT, SUMMER HAS GONE BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE COULDN'T USE THE SYMPHONY PRODUCT WHICH WAS MEANT FOR THE PURPOSE.THIS IS REALLY A WORST EXPERIENCE FOR US BECAUSE OF THAT WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT SUGGEST SYMPHONY TO OTHERS.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I had purchased a Symphony Water Cooler from M/s Croma - Kandivali Mumbai on 26.4.2019.

                              I also took extended warranty for 1 year i.e. total warranty for 2 years.

                              Now to my utter dismay, the cooler was not functioning properly from day one. Water was spilling out from the front when it was put on.

                              I complained and was attended by a very uncourteous and somewhat rude technician who came and repaired the newly bought Symphony Water Cooler.

                              Now again since some days there is a problem of loud motor/ fan noise coming from the cooler which makes it difficult to use.

                              Again I complained and the same technician called up - as usual very rude to talk with.

                              So I asked him not to come for repair.

                              I now want your support for the way forward so I get proper value for my money spend and also companies train their representatives to be customer friendly.

                              Please note that I do not wish to deal with the same technician again.

                              Also have forwarded the same complaint by mail to Croma.

                                I did purchase symphony cooler sumo70 model on 23rd april 2019.
                                It has water tank leakage manufacturing fault. I registered a complain with symphony more than 15 days now. Their service engineer called me (14 days ago) and promised to replace the water tank within next 3-5 days, however i am still awaiting new water tank or permanent solution to this manufacturing fault of the product.
                                There are days i couldn't even use the cooler due to water leakage issue.

                                Very very poor service from symphony. Now if i don't get the replacement immediately, i would like to return product itself.

                                  I called service center on saturday 11:31am and they said your problem will be resolved within 24 hours and on sunday is leave and now its monday and there service boy is not picking my call and service staff said that your call was registered to us at evening and now when i m writing this complaint its 2 o clock and service boy not picking my call i had called him atleast 15 times

                                    Purchased symphony hi cool 31 ltr cooler from croma on 8th april. Cooling stopped working in a month. Calling everyday for last 1 month to their customer service. They never contacted back. One of the worst service, they are cheats.

                                    Contacted croma also. They have been calling me for last 10 days and asking if problem is solved. They should call symphony to check if anyone even tried to contact me.

                                      I purchased symphony touch 20, and got issues from day1 like dripping water, cooling issue, air not blowing out.

                                      Now got issue of air not blowing out, and cooler completed 1 year i month date, and company is asking for, 600 rs charges. For telling issue-200 and and rectifying issue-400. How cheating it is and charging such a huge amount.

                                      Please reduce the charge amount, and do proper servicing, instead of selling defect products. If you can take back the product and return me another still good.

                                        Sir i purchased symphony cooler jumbo 51 on 05/05/2019 but it leaks water and there is an unwaded sound comes when it starts. Its speed is also very low. I am not satisfied with this product. It is not working properly.i have already to purchased symphony cooler in 2012 it wokrs very good. So with great satisfaction i again want to buy it for my another room but i disappointed with this product its Construction is also poor with the comparison to previous symphony window cooler . I am not satisfied with the seller too i bought it as exchange with my old cooler but he did not less any amount and also cheat it that the cooler is having 71 leter .i am cheted from seller too.
