Symphony cloud air cooler which was purchased two weeks back has an issue with water leakage wherein after multiple service request and calling customer care multiple times there are no response nor anyone has visited or called to resolve the matter.

When there is 1 year warranty why the customer service is not providing its after sales service to its customers, can someone please call and resolve the issue with the cooler.

Constant leakage in symphony touch 80 non remote model, leakage happens during operation..

    Hi sir,

    I just purchase symphony cooler from croma 1 month before 14th april and now pump and fan not working so i raise complain to them on 10th may so after that they visite my home after 4 day on 23rd may after 10-15 followup by customer care and told that they don’t have part right now to replace so they will come back on next day. Now again 2-3 days and noone call or visited.in between i call croma and symphony customer care many times but nothing happened. I want to raise complain as in bangalore we have hot days and my kids down with fever cause of that and also i have wasted my lot of time.

    Yesterday evening i have received a call from one technician and he told he will come Monday to check . But why Monday? I request please take my cooler back I don’t want to deal any more with Symphony. It is already 1 week for struggling.

      Maine cloud cooler ko liye 1 month ho chuka hai. Mai aaj tak 10 se jayda bar symphony customer care ko complaint kar chuki hu. Har bar bas yahi reply milta hai ki hamara technician aapke pas 24 -48 hr mai puch ke aapki complaint attend ki jaye gi.. But abhi tak muze koi solution mahi mila..
      Mai chahati hu ki company ek to money refund kare ya exchange kare de but kuch to solution do.. Bcz cooler ka use summer ke liye liya jata hai. Yaha pura summer bas compalint karne mai hai ja raha hai.

        This is regarding Symphony air cooler service.
        I had requested for air cooler service last month but no one visited till now.After several follow up with customer care its of no use. Air cooler is not cooling and its not in working condition. Customer care guys gave Bangalore office number. Whenever i called that number they are not receiving the calls.Kindly attend my issue and resolve

          Sub : complain about newly purchased. Cooler from gurukrupa electricals bodakdev

          In this connection it is to submit that i have purchased a cooler model symp sense31 acct0317 air coo from gurukrupa electricals bodakdev ahmedabad on 15.04.2019. From that date i have thrice lodged the complaint in customer care. Mr. Mukesh comes twice and changed the circuit, but nothing fruitful result comes. After that i have again lodged a complaint and also talk to the dealer shri jitubhai of gurukrupa electricals.. And also mr tusharbhai of symphony ltd... But they were totally non co-operative... As the cooler has been not working properly and repaired twice by the technician mr mukeshbhai hence i want to replace the model... But both of them have strictly said no and stuck to repair the same.. I have also told them to give me in writing that nothing will happen in the future... But they don't..in this situation i request you to look in to the matter and do the needful..

          It is pertinent to mention that i have also send a video in this regard to the technician mukeshbhai and showed a technician who have visited last had confirmed the same.

          Your co-operation in this regard is highly appreciated.

            I bought a symphony cooler model storm70i on 24/04/2019 from vijay sales govindpuri branch,

            After 4days i found some issue in start my cooler after that i book a complaint about this and service guy was come after 2days from complaint date and he find some cable issue but he doesn't have cod so it's not change till time

            And right now i have a new issue that water pump is not working so i have a doubt that i have purchased a defective product so i want to change it asap

              I have following up symphony customer care for cooling pads since 2 weeks but they are assigning my service request to the service center which doesn't have cooling pads that suits my cooler.
              Service center people keeps on saying everytime we have ordered for cooling pads and after 1 week we will receive.
              Generally in may climate will be very hot and that's when we require cooler and if service gets delayed in this way may month will complete and there won't be no use of service getting done later.

              I have booked a complaint saying that it is leaking on 04th may19, till now nobody attend again I have remind on 11th may'19 but still nobody turned up. Such a brand company and service is very bad. I think they will repair after summer goes.

                I have bought cooler model symphony diet 35t. Defective product was sold to me as its water pump is not working. I have made complaint on company number, dealer several times. Even i made requested for a demo. When i operated the cooler its water pumping function was not working properly.

                I am astonished on the style of working of such a reputed company. I am making complaints since 27.04.2019 (Date of purchase) and there is nobody to bother. Please tell me what should i do. From the last 10 days i am just making calls or lodging service requests. Please tell me the way out.

                Hope you will revert back soon.

                  Dear sir, i have bought a new symphony air cooler model diet 50 t on 26/04/2019. Any defects in the product has to be repaired by the company service engineer. Its water pump is not working from first day of purchase. Hence i have raised service request in the company website vide reference number pa[protected]. After that i have call several time to company customer care but did not get any resolution. As per company policy product is under warranty for one year and any defects has to be repaired. Till now not any solution has been given.

                    I am very much disappointed with the product performance. The purpose of the cooler is to deliver cooled air, but the product is not delivering cooled air. Also the flow of air is absent. It's a wrong design product. Seems that these company's are just selling the faulty products on brand name to make the handsome profits by the way of huge marketing & advertising activities. The product delivered me is of no worth at all. It is unethical business model of sustainability to push faulty design products. The rigorous action should be taken against these company's. They should not be permitted to business their products in india. These company's should be banned so as to stop cheating & fraudulent to innocent customers.
                    I have straightway asked to symphony customer care that i want to return their product without expectation about refund.

                    My complain is regarding failure of cooler motor. Today on 8 may 2019, suddenly motor stops working and till aftrnoon it was fine.

                      Bought symphony air cooler diet 50 i
                      In three years the motor n blower got rusted
                      Athorised service centre tech visited n could not replace the motor tried even hitting with the hammer spent almost one hour but could not change the parts
                      Given to understand by the tech that diet model has not been successful i have spent almost rs 9500/ very disappointed
                      Kindly look into the matter n get it repaired by sending some experienced n trained tech to do the needful
                      Spare parts like motor n blower rates of cooler are exorbitant as compared to ac parts

                      No response from your service centre so far no one has either contacted me nor has any rep come to visit the site 48 hours have passed when can I expect a tech to come n rectify the cooler very poor service highly disappointed please take necessary action n get my cooler repaired

                        Dear sir, i have bought a new symphony air cooler model diet 50 i from their dealer m/s nipurn engineering pvt. Ltd vide invoice no. 16126 dt. 30/03/2019 which was delivered on 04/04/2019. Any defects in the product has to be repaired by the company service engineer. On 15/04/2019 it was suddenly stopped working. Hence i have raised service request in the company website vide reference number bl[protected] dt.15/04/2019. After that i have call several time to company customer care but did not get any resolution. As per company policy product is under warranty for one year and any defects has to be rectified with in 24-48 hours from the request date. So far more than 20 days over there is not single call received from company. Hence i have raised this grievance in front of you for speedy and favorable resolution to my complain. Thanks & regards

                          As i put the complain for repairing the cooler of symphony diet which i was taken 1.5 year back.
                          Basically problem was fan was not working today 04-may-2019 the technician was came and checked the cooler saying to change the hole pump cost was(2190/-)but i seen own pump was working only bush was damaged he said that company was not providing the small part so that u have to change hole pump only.
                          Even i consult with customer care also she also said the same even i said lot of time to transfer the call to higher authority she said i am so sorry i cant do that

                          Reason of that i have not paid the visit charges also and i will not pay a single rupee if i am not get the better service

                          Request you to check and give the better solution
                          Why should i survive for 2190 if the work will done in 200 to 300 rs only.

                            My name is manish jagdish dhodi bought symphony hicool 45t cooler only 1 month has passed and thrice the complaint is been raised and everytime it stops cooling.. Now i want my money back and take back your cooler. I am thinking i wasted the money on the product which is the worst product i got.. As everytime it stops cooling.. Engineer who came for repairing had replaced motor which sucks water for cooling.. Still the problem persist.? I want my money back now i don't want it to be repaired.. Please

                                I bought symphony 20 litres coolers, first day water was dripping out. Then technician came and kept cardboard peice. But the cooler works exactly like fan but not cooler, it doesn't give 10 Percent cooling . I complained many times. But they say it is perfect. Please don't buy symphony cooler they don't work properly. Or may be I got defect piece which they are not bothered.

                                  I had lodged a complaint regarding repairing of my symphony cooler on date 24.04.2019, till date no action has been taken regarding my complaint.
                                  I have been trying to knock each & every door i could to inform the symphony care center at the city as well as customer care, but none have been responsive.
                                  Symphony care center at ambikapur gave me contact details of the mechanic but he has been very stubborn and non responsive in his behaviour.
                                  I will look forward to your reply & resolution for my problem or else seek third party assistance.
                                  Also, the temperature in here ranges from 38 to 40 degrees so if you can then please suggest me a way to survive in this scorching heat or else follow up immedietly.

                                    I have purchesd this cooler before 11 month ago. We have facing so many problems form product side during this period like moter and water pump not functioning properly and they got worse twice. Service providers never come in time and they do not even work well. I request you that the company give me a new cooler instead of this cooler Or, give me my money back.

                                        I purchased a cooler symphony touch 35 just 2 days back on 15 apr 2019 fro atul electronics mulund the cooler was installed but it not giving cool air at all. Called the dealer he filed a complaint. He technician came and told every thing is ok and the cooler performs like this only as a fan. I told no one is stupid to pay 9000 for a fan. I registered complaint at symphony customer care and ther are not ready to listen, they are just saying we will send the technician which is of no use as the product performance is bad. Saw review s online which shows that the product is really not good. I asked for refund but neither the dealer nor symphony is ready to refund. Both are playing pass on the parcel like co says talk to dealer nd dealer says co. Where should i go. My money is wasted. So can i get a resolution for the same
