My HTC Desire 828 Display was damaged and i have registered a claim of SYSKA gadgets secure for changing the device display.
Claim Date :[protected]
Till now they are not responding properly and not giving any true information about my Device instead they mis-behaved with me many times while calling them.
they are always keeping post-ponding the expected delivery date and they only gave me one statement that (YOUR DEVICE IS UNDER REPAIR).

I wish to refund my money as soon as possible...

[protected]@gmail.com, please send me actual insurance made or not. I paid for my isurance amt to shop. But same day i did not get the documents. Pls intimet me about my policy.
    Yesterday i went to shop for inquiry about my document regarding insured mobile, but he took time to conform me.
    I request to you old try to see about my policy no.
    If necessary say me any other document or information, i have to provide.

This phone is unique body phone and it is not opened without customer care due to it is warrenty period so that imei no not to be photostate of the vivo v5 model no-1601 this reason

      My mobile stolen but they have no corporate me have no repair bill .we told me submit old rapid bill be cause I have no repair bill.
      My complent has be taken but they giving unless document bill of repairing because I have no repair.my mobile are stolen please given me my claim.

        I regret to write such a stinker mail however in doing so, due to the horrible service provided by SYSKA Gadget Secure to me. My claim number is [protected].

        I had registered a claim on the 14th Oct 2016, post that i received a call and was informed that i am supposed to upload all the documents on the portal.

        On 22nd nov 2016 i received text msg stating that there is shortfall on my documents and i shall full-fill the same ASAP.

        After fulfilling the first shortfall on 7th Dec i received another text msg that there is some more short fall as the photo of the damage is not clear i should also attach a declaration letter the same was done on the very day.

        Later on 30th Dec 2016 i received a call stating that all my documents need to be couriered to Leehan retails ltd pune. The same was done on 1st Jan 2017, on 10th Jan 2017 i again received a text that i should urgently do the courier. However this courier was already done and could not be traced at your end. After followup with your representative Manish the courier was traced.

        On 14th Feb 2017 i received a call that i should drop the phone with the retail shop i brought the phone from. Since then till 11th April 2017 no once came to pick up my phone and it was just kept in that shop, Several times i tried contacting Manish but he would not answer my phone. The toll free number agents had no clue what was happening on my case.

        Now for your information the was a very minor damage on the lower part of the display has developed into a major damage over past 6 months due to negligence from your end and even now there is no reply.

        After keeping my phone with the retailer for two months I picked it up from him on 11th April 2017 and on 12th April 2017 i got a call from you stating that i need to turn off my find my iphone app and will be contacted. It's been 2 days since that has been fulfilled but no one has got in touch with me.

        This is ridiculous and absolutely negligence from your end. Kindly look into the same and get the matter resolved ASAP. I have waited too long and too patiently for your actions however looks like no one is interested in responding and resolving claims your just engaging customers to buy the claim and then forget it.

          My complain no is [protected]. I send my mobile to syska head office at 22 march 2017 by dtdc it has been received the next day on 23 march 2017 but syska has not updated nor intimated any thing i have to only call and request them to update it. The updation has done on 5th of April which is 13 days.
          13 days i dont know where is my phone and response from syska is we dont know. 7th april the update was insurance has been approved and delivery date was 17 april which is again 10 days and today 15 April i got update on job card that the delivery date is 30th april now which is more 15 days. i have talk to samsung customer care head office they told me they dont take more than 3 days to repair any cell phone or specially the s edge as its a very popular phone
          and the other hand syska executive telling me that you pay them money thats why they do it fast, so its mean syska dosent give money to them???
          They are also not providing me the service centre no that i can directly ask to them, the number is not available on the internet also so i worried where is my phone is.

            Before 3 months i bought s7 edge and insured that with syska. Today[protected] i felt down while talking and my phone screen damaged i call to customer care of syska and logged complaintcomplaint no is [protected]. After some time they confirm that your claim has been rejected because of your negligency. Was it my negligency. Syskak is a fraud company most of the cases people dont gets claim from syska. Plz do needfull as i have loan this phone. And i dont have so much amount to repair it outside.

              I had registered the claim in the month of December 2016, and uploaded each and every documents required by company followed by sending handset to company at Pune Address in the month of February 2017. still i ahve not received my handset nor any feedback from Syska company. every time i call at Syska call center i get to know that my claim is under process and i will get the handset soon.

              i am totally frustrated with the amount of time and lethargic service of Syska.

                It seems like a complete waste of money... to buy syska mobile insurance... we are in follow up for the insurance claim made on 25th of last month, and still they are making one or other excuse ...

                Requesting all not to opt for this insurance as they will find one or other excuse for not letting your claim to be processed positively...

                  My case CIN no [protected]. My Phone was Samsung E7. This case was locked on 5 September 2016. On pretext of repairing first they pick up the phone then rather getting it repaired at the local authorized service centre of the phone company they send it to a different location. For almost 1 month they jsut kept lingering along with the mobile. Surprisingly before handing over the phone I got it examined at the authorized Samsung Service Centre which claimed it to be repairable and specified an amount of Rs.9500/-. After to many calls and numerous mails on 15 October 2016 they finally approved the claim and assured that the phone will be repaired and sent back to you within 30 days. But that actually not happened as on 7th November 2016 they claimed that the phone is not repairable and termed it as Total Loss. Now I done understand that what happened with the phone during the period 10 September 2016 to 6 November 2016 that it was so badly damaged that it became un-repairable. Even though providing an estimate proving that the phone is repairable they did not repaired it. Somehow I accepted the fate and moved on to next procedure for claim amount payment. I was asked to send the original bill, accessories and the box of the phone to the company. Here i do not understand that why are they asking for these things and what use are they for Syska for which I came to know that they settle the claim as Total Loss and later repair the phone and sell them as refurbished phones. Hence they actually are gaining profit even after claim settlement. Further moving to the case I was informed that it will take 90 to 120 days from the date of receipt of accessories and box to transfer the claim amount to my account. Now here is the new twist to the case. Till date neither they have updated the date of receipt of box and accessories on website nor they confirm it on calls made by me to its CUSTOMER HARASSMENT NUMBER. Almost 102 days have already gone and there is no sign of getting the money from the PATHETIC COMPANY SYSKA GADGET SECURE. Every time I call the customer care and ask for the details they simply say the case is in process and will be treated as HIGH PRIORITY. Can anybody explain what High Priority means even after almost 6 months passed from the date of filing the case. They don't even have enough courage or GUTS to commit that within next 18 days the money will be transferred. If this is really a sign of good insurance company, then all I want to say ### YOU SYSKA GADGET SECURE. Kindly share the views for helping me get back my money.

                      I had purchased a samsung galaxy tab which was accidentally damaged i had insured it with syska gadget secure and file a complaint in syska to rapair it or refund the money...complaint no is [protected]...they said that tab cant be repair so they will pay the amount with in 180days the approved amount is rs.11075 on 3 aug 2016 but up till now they havent send the amount...

                      now its too much i think now i have to complaint againt them in consumer forum...
                      I have purchased syska Power bank of capacity 11000 mah in 5 month ago.at a time of purchasing, the power bank work satisfactoryly but not it doesn't​ work satisfactoryly. It get discharge after 2 to 3 times of charging of mobile.still it is under warranty.
                      now its too much i think now i have to complaint againt them in consumer forum...

                        How can a company not have any clarity about when the handset will be delivered. How can they not have answers on how much time is it gonna take. And when you ask for an explanation, they cut ur call delibrately. Never buy syska gadget secure insuarance. Its the worst company.

                        And since thn thill date it is on the same status.
                        We have no answers for the delay. No reasons. No specific date.

                            Sir,
                            I sincerely want to inform you about the incident of my cellphone samsung galaxy s6 (G920i) which was been theft on 11/07/2016 from indore.
                            My complaint no. Is [protected].
                            It has almost been 9 months and i havent been credited with my claim amount.
                            I called syska customer care for several times regarding the claim amount to be transfered in my bank account, every time i had called the customer care person told me to wait and said that he has transfered the request to the authority!
                            But there is no response from the authority. I dont know how much time will they be taking for respnding.
                            Although my documents were complete and submitted on time, claim amount has also been approved from the company.
                            I have kept waiting and now it has become an issue as the syska company is irresponsible and have been careless in concern for there customers.
                            Please help me to get my claim and settle these case..

                                  I sale many syska insourance kit to many customers. But now company not provide any service to customers. Company rejected customers claim without any reason. Many customers handset laying at syska for repair form last 6/7 month. Even 1/2 case pending fromantic last 10 month. Now customers demand me his handset unprepared. But any syska person not respond. Even customers call syska toll free number again and again but no solution. Many customers done legal case but syska not respond. Even they not apear on court hearing. Some syska complain number are below.

                                  No response against my complaint ID 1227750. I have already complain again this complaint ID. But till date I have no response form syska. Very unresponsive company. Because of this I suffered a lot.Many customers visit at my office and ready to fight me about syska issue.

                                    i had logged a claim in the month of august 16 vide claim no [protected]. the above device is still pending un repaired with the allotted service centre & you have updated on your site that the device is repaired on 02/02/17 but when i have called on service centre no [protected] they told me that the device is not repaired due o some issues pending with you company, if you cannot get the device repaired then tell me i shall collect the device unrepaired, because more than six months has already gone & every time your customer care executive says that we have forward your complaint to the concerned deptt, today i had talked with Mr. NAVNEET SHARMA9( EXCLANATION HEAD) on your toll free number he has also replied the same words.                                       Dear Sir,

                                      I had Purchased I Phone 6s Plus On 25th august 2016 & insured my phone through Syska Gadget Secure on 27th august 2016. On 15th March my phone got damaged in minor accident in my hometown Orai Uttar Pradesh. I lodged complain on the same day with syska Gadget secure . On 17 they had rejected my claim & Reson given was customer negligence. As per My complian I was walking on road ( As no footpath ) is available in my city an was attending a call a bicycle rider dashed me from backside & my phone fall down on the road and got damaged. company had given the reason that it was customer negligency & rejected the claim. I mailed on the Syska id but no response is given from the company. Please Resolve the issue.
