I gave my samsung J7 on 20th february for repairing as per the custoner care said to courier it on pune address. But i havent secieved my mobile till date its being long i am calling customer care regarding my mobile status. I was informed that i will be getting it till 12th march but i havent recieved. So i again called the customer care but the informed it will get delivered till 20th march but still no delivery. And now i called so they said its not being repaired. Kindly keep a transperancy between customer and provide a geniune information. Still how long i have to wait for mobile. Its being more than a month.
Kindly do the needful.

      Hi my complaint id is: [protected] and its been more than 3 months that they have not returned my phone. I submitted my phone because of its broken screen.I dont think a broken screen takes that much time to get repaired. I would have got it done from outside only and it would have costed me the amount close to the insurance amount. I have lost my faith from this company. Guys don't buy insurance from this company they won't return your fon.
      I need my phone back within a week else I am going to file a complaint against this company

        Hello

        my phone samsung galaxy edge 7 was sent for the repair of screen on 20 Jan'17, i got the approval for insurance on 21st jan'17 and after many many calls and updates, expected delivery date was mentioned in the online portal as 5th march'17. But i didn't received the handset yet as of today i.e, 20 march'17. I called them up for like 100 times but they don;t give any exact information like date of delivery, just say that it's under process. Your Device has been repaired, just the delivery part is left.

        It's been exact 2 months now and i haven't received my handset yet!
        I have even emailed them, but they just replied saying that the executives will get back to you asap
        Please help me get my phone back

        I have purchased Samsung tablet and insurance it.My handset has company taken at end of December. My phone has been broken. Now 14 march. I have not received my handset.           My claim was rejected by the company on the ground of Not Repairing the handset previously.
          As I had repaired my phone two times from Authorized Service Center where they charged me 5377/- and 5467/- respectivly and the invoices of the same were uploaded on the site.
          But Syska company rejected my claim saying that the phone was not repaired and hence rejected.

            My CIN-[protected], it is also 5 moths cross, my Mobile Samsung Galaxy A8 device was submitted at SYSKA Service Center, also replayed but SYSKA Consented terms have don't paid an amount in Samsung Service Center, So that they were do not return my device, I am daily call in SYSKA Toll free number, there Executive & Head of Officer was always replay Un-satisfied answer. all time they were replay telling lying .
            Now i am understand The SYSKA Company Consented terms are very lazy, and provided 3rd Class Service, I have don't understand Why SYSKA Company pay very highest monthly Salary for Lazy consented employee.
            I have request return my device Immediately, either i should take register of Consumer Case against "SYSKA".

              I register claim on 2nd jan 2017 and my claim no [protected].
              I mate with an accident and broke my phone my phone was insured by syska gadegt secure. After geeting in touch with concern employees of syska. I courierd the required documents. After 20 days my phone hasnt been picked up for repair or replacement afte that i got a call from syska agent to submit my phone in the samsung servise center chennai. The customer service has been pathatic. I already paid insurance amt at time of purchasing the product. They have not been intimating me about the process and current status. I did not expect this kind of service from syska this is very cheep and unprofessional behaviour. I regret purchasing... No status nothing from them.

                I see the worst service ever in my life by syska insurance. Because you guys not taking complaint seriously. Almost five time mailing every day i called you regarding my mobile phone. My cin no. [protected] name: sabbir m malek

                1) i sent all document to pune in leehan retails pvt. Ltd
                2) after that i submit my mobile phone in gayatri enterprise in vadodara as per given instruction.
                3) on 5/3/2017 my mobile phone ready but samsung team asking that syska team doesn't give us money for that
                4) after that i asking syska team and samsung team gave me a estimated letter so i attached the estimated letter in syska gadget secure site and also sent mail to [protected]@syskagadgetsecure.com
                5) after that syska team not giving me approval and asking that your estimated letter is seeing "blured"
                6) i attached again the estimated letter but no response till date.

                Kindly someone take action against my request.

                  My mobile was lost and i had lodged a cliam to get the claim amount in june 2016
                  i had submitted all the documents and its been more than 9 months and the amount is still not credited in the account

                  After purchasing the extension chord it was short circuited within 7 days and has been updated to syska for the help but no response from the team. Its been more than a month now no action has been taken, this has been escalated many times.

                  This was purchased from Amazon .

                    Scam of a company. Been over 5 months that I've submitted my complaint. In 2017 where the life cycle of a phone is upto 12 months, this company is taking over 6 months to resolve an insurance issue. What's the point of even buying their insurance. The depreciation value of the phone over these 6 months is more than the insurance one can claim. I'd suggest to buy insurance being sold by other companies atleast theit response rate and delivery period is better than this **** company whose staff members don't even bother to listen to your queries.

                      I had submitted many times the document regarding bill, again and again from ur call centre person asked different type for submission. Copy, signed and seal of purchased shop, original bill, with seal and signed submitted previously. I am unable to understand the problem, and your axcecutive also troubles me because they all told different style for submission. Kindly requesting you to solve my problem. Thankyou

                          I had registered a claim for my Galaxy S7 Edge in November 2016, CIN No. - [protected] and my phone was picked up on 15 December 2016. Since, then I am following up but unfortunately not able to know when I'm going to get my device back. It has been more than three months I have not received my Handset .Also on 09/03/2017, the status was showing " Claim Has Been Approved. Subject To Term(S) And Condition(S).", while contacting the customer care they are unable to provide estimated time for delivery of Handset as well as the insurance Claim. Kindly take necessary action & settle both the complaint .

                            I have not got any update on claim no [protected] yet, please update Syska Team. In this generation no one takes 90-120 days to settle a claim. Please settle the amount soon. I need an exact date, when I will date the payment. I have sent many emails and called the helpline a lot of times but still no one bothered to me give me a proper answer. They just say case is escalated.

Everytime i call them they say that the payment will be done as quick as possible and that my complaint is been added to priority list .

                                I was asked to submit all the documents and my mobile and was said that i will get an insurance claim of rs18950 transferred to my bank account within 90 days but even after 1 year the amount is not been transferred to my account and whenever i call them they say that the payment will be done as quick as possible and they have added my issue to their priority list . Even after calling them every week to ask about the issue they give the same response my claim no (cin) is [protected].

                                    I have filed a claim to syska in october 2016 for accidental damage of my i phone 6s+. It has been since 6 month I am still waiting for a solution of my claim. Syska guys are not responding properly. Its showing your claim is approved on their status message but when I call them i get a standard answer that we will short this asap. This is my business phone and I am loosing business of this.

                                    The entire documentation has been processed a month back. I am stil waiting for the next steps. My mobile is damaged and its I phone 6s+ and I am not sure what should I do for the same. Even the customer care is also not responsive in this matter.

                                        My mobile phone broken in an accident and syska said to upload documents and pictures of mobile phone and i uploaded claim form with my signs and a letter also with my signs after a day company said your claim has been rejected because of signs mismatch and said you will receive a back call from our department but i have not got any call from them from last 17 days and everyday when i call them they says we will give you call in 48 hours and now they says we will not give claim because of your signs mismatch, i said them that i will sign the documents again and upload them again but they use to give me useless answers and says we will not give claim for that .
                                        They says " iss baar aap theek karwa lo agli baar ham karwa denge".
                                        I called many time on there toll free number and always they says that you will receive a call from us.
