My phone was damaged when i was going to my home on my bike and a car suddenly banged my bike and my phone fell down from my pocket and came under someone's bike . i gave my phone the costumer care and it about 2 weeks and they are saying that company's approval is not coming.

    To, Syska Gadget Secure This mail is to highlight you the Insurance claim rejection matter of My New I PHONE 6 Plus. I have purchased I phone 6 Plus 16GB(Gold), IMEI number [protected] from Prakash Music center T.T Nagar on 10th Oct 2015 and had taken Syska Gadget secure Insurance of Rs. 2499. After two days of purchasing, the screen of the handset was damaged and i have made a claim on 14th Oct 2015, this claim has been rejected by the company with indigestible reasons of rejecting which is strictly not acceptable to me and i want the insurance claim to be provided to me as i have made it secure by syska gadget secure.As i am a first time user of this insurance service and retailer had suggested me to get this handset secure by SYSKA. Kindly take further necessary action to satisfy my expectation otherwise i will file a legal complaint in consumer forum regarding this and will escalated this matter to higher authorities, even thought i can declare this insurance service a fake service in Newspapers as well.             Dear Sir/Madam I Mr Amit S Baghela has logged a complain( [protected]) on 7th sept, 2015 regarding the insurance claim of my mobile(HTC DESIRE 526 g plus) which I had purchased on 14.04.2015. Since then I am calling on regular basis daily on your toll free number i.e[protected] and the call center people are misguiding me while calling on Executives, they are not giving me satisfying answer and told me my mobile is under repair condition at ABHINAV TECHNOLOGIES, 66 Chinubhai Tower, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, MEMNAGAR, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. when i visited there for inquiry i haven't found my mobile there also.All of your executives misguiding me since from 4 months.This kind of service was not expected by the company as of your's, I had taken the syskagadget secure for my mental peace but the same is proving for my mental harassment and it seems your company is fraud and making people fool by wrong commitments now I need your immediate attention for the said complain as soon as possible otherwise i will fill a FIR against SYSKA Gadget Secure and as well as against Company Brand Ambassador Mr .               My phone was stolen on 22- december - 2015 around 8:00 pm . it happened while i was walking on the road and i was using my phone when a bike suddenly came and snatched my mobile phone . it happened too fast and i am afraid that i was not able to note the bike number . i request to track my mobile phone or refund as per my insurance policy .

But nothing comninction by company no information updated. Customers care nothing revart any query. Please settlement my claim & urgently pay my claim amount. Thankfully

                    I had bought Samsung mobile with Syska secure insurance as gift to my wife, the bill (number S15/1717 of Rs 41561/ dated 23 Aug 2015 from SSK Retails Pvt Ltd) of this was in my name as I had made payment using my credit card. Unfortunatly mobile screen got damaged as it fell from my wifes hand. We filed complaint with Syska (complaint number [protected]) and after submitting all documents, phone verification and confirming that the claim has been approved; we were informed that our claim has been declined as mobile was damaged from third party. My questions are simple: I was not told about the third party no claim process by SSK Retails Pvt Ltd. but was just told that all damages will be covered. I handed over my mobile to some agency for repair & I had no idea for 15 days where my mobile is. When we called customer care of Syska to inquire about status of our complaint they confirmed twice that your request has been approved and suddenly they sent us message that your claim has been denied as the mobile was not with the insured when it was damaged.

                      I would like to give vent to my anguish and exasperation as to why this company is cynical towards the concerned issue number [protected]. We are following them since 2 months but in response we are only making calls after calls...getting forwarded mails only..the company staff named as Jonny for Haryana is ruthless m disconnects the calls without listening. A customer invests money insurance for confidence but these people push us for extremes n harass for the same. Does a working person has time to invest for calls with broken phone for which he is expecting a claim? I need immediate response for the same till Tuesday ie 22nd dec 2015. I have been highly disappointed and criticise the company for ever. And word of mouth will spread soon in the market till they shut down the FAKE CLAIM COMPANY.

                          Feeling Cheated ‪#‎Syska‬ gadget secure promoted by ‪#‎irfankhan‬ my phone ‪#‎samsung‬ E7 got damaged because some children who were playing on the road collided with me and as i was talking on the phone due to collision handset fell on the ground . I have registered the claim on 31st october 2015 Claim no [protected] after that i was assured that my pick would be arranged but after waiting for 15 days there was no pick up arranged and i decided to submit it to my vendor, after submission of my phone my claim was rejected as it state it was rejected bcoz of validation and Scrutiny after 2 weeks fighting for my right the claim was re opened its been 2 months i have registered the claim and i am still not sure that my claim will pass or not as the call center team is useless and use fake names to dupe the customer they dont have any sync with the claim team ... so please dont buy this product its fake and its the new module to dupe customers ‪#‎customer‬ Complaints ‪#‎consumer‬ forum.

                            Dear Sir, I purchase a new Mobile Samsung J5 on 7th Nov from Chandigarh sec -22 market @ the same time I insured my mobile with insurance company Syska Gadget Secure. My mobile screen break due to accident on 23rd Nov then I report it @ insurance company Through customer care[protected]. My complaint registration no. is [protected] I am writing this mail after lot of follow ups and after a very disappointing response from customer care team of Syska Gadget Secure i.e.Toll free No.[protected] mail ID [protected]@syskagadgetsecure.com) I lodge a complaint on 23rd Nov 2015 regarding physical damage of my Mobile Samsung J5. I submitted all required documents(for filing claim) on 24th nov @ Syska service centre in Sec 47 Chandigarh. From that date, I am regularly following up on my claim status through Syska customer care and Service centre both. But all of them are saying there is no update on this, as soon as any update receive they will inform me. I asked him to provide me Mail ID or Contact No. of any higher authority, So that I can get exact status of the same but they are saying there is no such Mail ID or Contact having with them. I asked them to forward my concern through their system to higher authority and ask for exact date( when will I get my claim), they did the same but again no response received. till yet. I contacted Customer care and Service centre person but both have only the information which I can extract online also. If after 18 days of lodging the complaint I haven't got my claim (not even proper update and +ve response), then what is the benefit of purchasing "SYSKA GADGET SECURE" @ PRICE OF MORE THAN 10% OF MY MOBILE COST. Due to this delay I purchase new mobile (because without mobile I can do my Job for so long time) I am in Loss from all sides 1st - I purchase SYSKA GADGET SECURE" @ PRICE OF MORE THAN 10% OF MY MOBILE 2nd - Suffer from last few days in follow up 3rd - my work suffer for 4-5 days because your On Shop Promoter assured me to get Claim in 4-5 working days 4th - Purchase new mobile instead of get repaired it from local market (waiting for claim) I am mentally harassed. My time and money both wasted in this process So please take my request seriously and resolve my issue. I am waiting for the claim from a very long time. For Mobile Insurance claim 4-5 days are more than enough and it is already 18 days. I got cheated by Company SYSKA GADGET SECURE and I don't know whom to contact for the same

                            Same thing Happened with me, didn't get any Payment till yet although got message that your Claim has been approved on 21 May 2016. Very Cheap Process and they are just making fool their customers.
                            I Nitin Verma also is going under same harassment for the past 15 days by SYSKA GADGET SECURE. My job card No [protected] till date is only under process. Every time i call them they just give lazy, lack luster and highly unprofessional answers. But need not to say no positive response or information being provided. I highly recommend all customers thinking of taking insurance from SYSKA GADGET SECURE not to opt for it. They are just making fool of their customers and enjoying harassing them.
                            Same is the case with me; I think they are just earning money my complaint no. [protected] pending since 21st sep 16, planning to approach consumer forum to teach them a lesson along with harassment compensation
                            very same thing happened with me. Almost one months has been gone but no response from the company. instead of resolving the issue they are saying that your complaint has been closed and this is the case of negligence. i dont know what to do. i am agree with your view that they are harrasing us.

                              This has reference to my Compliant Number: [protected] regarding repair of iPhone 6 screen. I had given my iPhone on October 08, 2015 and now it is more than 2 months and I have not got my phone back. Everytime, I call the customer care, I am told that it is under process. this is clear case of fraud and cheating by company. the company doesnt reply to emails and their customer care centre is full of 10th/12th pass outs who have been told 3-4 standard lines which are to be told to customers.

                                    Approval cycle is time consuming and useless as you need to pay for the expenses and reclaim it. If you are READY TO RUN BEHIND YOUR CLAIM opt GADGET SECURE Job card #[protected] I had by phone cracked when I was traveling at night. I raised a complaint and on 30 th October . I uploaded all the need documents next day itself. After around two weeks I got a call back from syska guy asking me to submit the phone for verification of the claim . He took some photo of the phone and returned back the phone and said approval will come back in 3 days. After another two weeks claim got approved. On repeted call to local syska person, he said he will order the spare parts and I need to pay for the parts. They will reimburse after 20 days . On approval he said we need for expenses and claim the amount. I called customer care. They did not help me either. Another 2 weeks rolled by . I should have got call from syska guy with in 2 days ..I called him he did not pick up first. On second day he picked up. He said courier came only today. Now I am not sure will I get my money if I am paying it .

                                        We made a complain on 15th November and My Complain Number is CIN [protected] Till date I am only getting assurance that it will fixed quickly but the that day never came. First a fall they took hell lot of time to sent the complain to the local agency. It took almost 15 Days when local agent got received the complain. Now once local agent received the complain again its going on loop. Everyday I am getting assurance that it will be fixed by today Tomorrow but till now its not fixed and neither I am sure whether I will get my mobile back or not at all. God help us.
