I used to travel daily to my stone quarry at oottathur passing through Samayapuram toll plaza in my car TN45S2757 for which I have taken one fastag account. Sometimeback when I travelled to Madurai and back they have rercovered from my fastag account multiple amount and that took nearly a month to recover the amount. To avoid such mistakes today when I went to Thanjavur I pasted a paper over my fastag lable in the windscreen I paid Rs.95/- towards to and fro charges at Valavanthankottai toll plaza and the Ticket no.S3767608G at 4.15 P.M. on my way back I showed the ticket at the toll plaza at 16.52 hrs.But to my surprise I received one sms stating that they have recovered a sum of Rs.65/-as toll charges for trip no,[protected]. I am at aloss to know why after verifying my payment receipt they have once again recovered the amount from my Fastag account.
