I (poonam ) am a T24 mobile user mob no [protected], .On dated 27/11/12 and 06/12/2012, I recieved free STV recharge on shopping in foodright, nirmal lifestyle, mulund. I got a message saying STV recharge succesful and I didn't get the recharge.I am also unable to recharge it online.

We have been facing this problem on recharge on T24 mobiles on Oxycash websites. The online recharge which was successfully done on Oxycash has failed to be updated thrice.We dont understand what could be the reason for this- successful transaction online but the same is not updated in the balance.The saddest part is the customer care has no clue about these kind of issues.

Wonder if this is a unique mode of revenue generation.Sad!!!...

sir,my account balance gets deduced daily 2rs for atleast 2 weeks.I have been complaining to customer-care for the past 5 days.there is no care taken.no balance money is refunded too. please look into this matter...

Unable to make STD calls from my number. I tried calling up the customer care at 52121 but the folks at the other end was not at all helpful. They were not even ready to take my complaint saying they did not understand English. Their server is down blah blah blah . They disconnect the call after sometime so that no one will trouble them again. This is pure harassment and cheating after we are enticed to recharge with a higher value recharge...
