My t24 mobile no cant recieve any calls and also sms so that i cant use whatsapp right now because i cant receive my whatsapp verification code. So i kindly request you to suggest any remedies for this.. Hope you will solve my problem. Due to this i cant use whatsapp for a many days. Inorder to this i have felt many problems in these days.. So please suggest ay remedy fastly

I lost my sim card from 3years, now i got the sim card.
I took 2sim @ big bazar. It's my favorite numbers

2) [protected] - not active (Sim number is[protected]). Please give the service to continue and how much i want to recharge now please revert me. Kindly do the needfully.

I am not receiving any of the text messages sent to me to my number [protected] and hence i was trying to contact the customer care; however i am unable to dial the it. I am getting the calls without any issues sometimes the network shows as airtel and sometimes t24, hence request you take to work towards resolving this issue at the earliest since i am not getting most of the messages sent to me.

It's been more than 3 months my phone number is not active.
I am not able to call anyone because it doesn't ring and gets disconnected in 1 to 2seconds. Also when i am calling on my t24 mobile number with some other phone its says that "the number you are calling is temporarily out of service. Please try later."
I have many accounts (Phonep, flipkart etc) linked to it and now i am in a situation that i have no access to any of the accounts stated above because all these require otp to login and whenever i try i cannot get that otp.
So it's creating great difficulty and i want you to provide me all the details of my mobile no. Deactivation and immediately take some procedure to make my number active.

I was using my number [protected], but as i was in roaming and sim was not working there and that too i was receving message but incoming and outgoing was not there. And after few days it signal are not showing.
I need it to be switched on. And tried reaching to customer care but was not getting contact details.

My t24 mobile no. Is [protected] which is under deactivation status. Please guide me the procedure for activation of the said sim. I had taken the sim from big bazar kharagpur (West bengal) pin: 721304 and now they do not extend any help for activation of the sim. Hello, my T24 sim is locked to unlock it i need Puk number. Its urgent. How can i get it. Let me know.
I unable to get intouch with customer care as well. How can i possibly get this done and unlock sim.
I need this to get unlocked urgently.

The sim was in the name of hans raj singh. The was lost in ahmedabad my my (Son) while shifting house.

My T- 24 no. [protected] is not working since 25 days.There is no signal and it is also not getting recharged..It is also provided in many accounts just like big bazaar wallet/future pay wallet and many more.So messages are also not coming.It is also provided to my clients and family members.Kindly activate it and resolve the issue.I want to continue the no.

The connectivity was off since odisha was affected by feni. I made several complaints through their call centre. Each time they advised that the complaint would be taken care of within 48 hours. To my horror, i found that the complaint gets closed after 48 hours without redressal. After calling again, a fresh complaint would be lodged and again the same fate. Each time, i had to spend around 45 minutes in a call which is quite atrocious.

After 8 times of such repetition, i told them to surrender my connection and refund security deposit and the recharge amount for 1 month. They flatly refused to register the complaint.

I demand immediate refund. The company must be directed to effect immediate refund in all such cases as they have not attended to many complaints. Their behaviour is quite dismissive.

The possibility of blacklisting them at least in odisha must immediately be explored. We missed the oath-taking ceremony of central cabinet as well as matches of world cup

The t-24 was allotted to me in big bazaar purchase scheme. Every time i purchase, the talk time will be loaded by the company. There was about rs.115/- balance in the mobile. The company might be transferred to airtel services, then all talk time is forfeited and mobile services are suddenly stopped. I was surprised by sudden non-functioning of mobile services. This mobile number is given in most of the important accounts. You are requested to start the mobile number [protected] with immediate effect, so that i can relive my traces of non-functioning of this mobile number.

Hi team, my t 24 number is [protected], from last two months sim is not working and even i am not able recharge to that number. Can you please fix the issue and re activation to that number. It is very urgent for me because i am using my communication that number only. Suddenly the sim deactivation. I don't know the exact reason. It says grace period out of state.

Madam. My mobile number is [protected]. I have recently recharged on this number. But incoming call is deactivated. Every time someone try to call me, it’s not going thru. Everyone complaint that they are unable to contact me on this number. You must go for operator change.

Please check and resolve at the earliest as none of your customer care number is working.
