Unfortunately my fb id seem to be hacked and i am unable to log in or change password due deactivated sim case please help me and reactivate it if you are able to reactivate it even it for 24 hr it's okay but please activate my sim

    My mobile( t24) sim is deactivated and I have been trying for long time to activate it, but failed because all your office and service centre got closed.

          My old sim (T24) is deactivated as i have not used that sim for months, i want my number to be activated urgently. On 02-02-19, i got a message that "incoming services on your tata docomo number will stop today. To continue services, recharge with unltd or smart pack." unfortunately i didn't notice the message as i was not using that phone regularly. How to reactivate my number now? Can i do recharge from a docomo recharge outlet?

            I am not recieving any network and i am unable to recharge. I lost my phone and was unable to use my no. For some months. Please kindly help me to activate my no again as it is connected to my various important things. Or atleast tell me what is to be done. It's really important so help me out.               Sir i purchase a t24 sim before 7-8 years ago. I purchase sim ont this condition that sim is not close whole life but sim is close. I used my number on regular basis. I was written my t24 no. On many official documents. Due to some reasons 2-3 weeks, i am not using my number. Company deactivate my no. Without any reason. So it is fraud with me by your company. And i am not responsible for this. I want to get my no. As soon as possible.

                Seriously when I had the sim with future group it was nice but now am Screwed up like hell i lost my sim and i had called to docomo more than 288 times and they tell me they no longer support this. I need my sim back worst experience

                  I have broken my t24 sim accidentally and need to get new sim.
                  I have tried in big bazar outlets but couldnt get any help.
                  Also i have tried locating nearest tata docomo outlets but i found that all have been shut down.
                  In this situation what are the possible solutions to obtain new sim with my number.

                      Pls activate my number which i bought from big bazaar today i went to big bazaar i ask for the sim deactivated but there is no response i was fed up calling docomo network there is no docomo store is on there is no phone is responsive i want my sim the same number back can you please try to understand i am searching for past four to five day is because of this i have a mental pressure i was not able to concentrate on my business so i am please help me please try to solve my problem i want my number back there is no network how can i port my number to any other network like airtel jio and all see if you are not solving my problem means c from past 4days i am calling from some tata docomo number i was fed up with you if you are doing like this means why are you running the network there is no network in an emergency you are using a phone means how it is possible to use the gadgets like this can you please understand after i recharge for 69 after four days the connection was deactivated how was impossible say i lost my money also and i lost my network there is phone connection is interrupted between my business and there are people not able to contact me to that see if i lost my business you are the only thing i will blame you and your network

                      See Please from your sir I want some other due to this complaint I want any you have to take any action to this because my number is[protected] I want my number back there is no response from your please take action because I am complaining you are not a non attending my phone calls there is no Docomo store there are telling if you are not able to please put your number how can I port my number without any network don't you have sense to satellite this The Big Bazaar they are answering like this how is it possible there is no response means say what's fed up with this I lost everything I was no you are torturing me through this I lost my business customers in all the things how is it possible so please kindly solve my problem and activate my number

                        I am using t24 number since 2015 and had sufficent balnce it in (Rs560) till today but my outgoing services have been barred. Contacting customer care numbers is of no help since almost waiting for gettign connected for 45 minutes and then getting standard replies about monthly recharge policy.
                        Previoulsy i had recharged with lifetime validy recharge of 1100 rs in 2016. I even top up recharge two months back of rs 100.
                        Today the balance id 560 min but why call barrign on lifetime validy rechrge.

                        Sim got deactivated, since i have no network i cant make calls to the service center.
                        Would like assistance to how to get it reactivated.

                          I have a t24 sim, which hasn't been used in a long time,
                          I want to activate that sim as soon as possible,
                          I went to a local recharge shop and asked him to activate my sim, he told me do a recharge of rs. 35, he tried recharging to reactivate the sim, but was unsuccessful, and asked me to contact customer care.

                          Please help me activate the sim as it is very important for me.

                            I have lost my t24 sim card on 10 dec 2018. So urgently need to block it. And kindly say what to do to replace my sim.                               Without any prior intimation my sim card no. Got deactivated. Its been more than 3 months since, i recharge it. After this i tried to recharge my no. But it showed decline and the amount was also deducted but not credited. No messege was given regarding this sudden inactivation. What can be done to activate my no.                                 Block t 24 sim card as it is lost from mangrulpir on 28 november.. Should i provide you the mobile number. I am worried that someone may misuse it hence want to block the number as soon as possible.. Your customer care number is also not working, there fore see to it that you respond faster.. Am i suppose to disclose the number to be blocked in this complaint.. See that some service provider mail me and help me to do this..

                                  Lost my mobile having t 24 sim card.. Want to block that number. It was lost from mangrulpir in maharashtra.. My son went there to play cricket. He kept his mobile with his coach, who said that i kept the mobile in my bag from were it was stolen.. It was nokia mobile. Lost on 28 november.. Can i hope that my sim card can be blocked?? I don't want it to be misused, hence sending this complaint

                                      My no:[protected], as iam not comfortable with the services of t24 i have decided to change the service provider. For which iam unable to send sms to 1900. It's very clear that you have blocked to avoid sending sms to 1900.
                                      Kindly release the blockage and allow me to send sms to 1900. I have prepaid balance of rs 36/- and eligible to send 220 sms till 26/11/18.
