Dear sir/ madam,
I, the undersigned, prakash shukla, was having t24 sim card purchased from big bazaar, city center mall, nashik.in the last week, my phone got damaged and hence sim in it.
Since, everywhere, in my business, relatives, friendcircle etc. I have given my docomo number (Ie. [protected]), hence to get the same number back, first i approached my nearest docomo galary in dombivli and from the same day struggle starts.
There it was informed that since you sim from nashik, it comes under maharashtra' circle and so i shall contact ulhasnagar docomo office. When i went there, they informed me to approach dombivli big bazaar. When approached there they have advised me that presently they are not having a new sim card and asked me to contact vasai big bazaar or visit nashik big bazaar for the same. From the same counter we checked for sim card availability at vasai big bazaar, then we come to know no new sims at there also.
In between i contact t24 customer care also to get nashik big bazaar contact details, but they were helpless. Somehow, i managed to get the contact details of nashik big bazar, and explained them the things in details and inquired for the existing number. They informed me presently all three big bazaars in nashik are not having a single new sim, which is shocking for me.
I thought, this all struggle was just for getting the same mobile number back, just a question of configuration of new sim card which can be done very easily in day with verification of docs. We have been harped that we are at the verge of 21st century, where other mobile networks are doing these activity onsite, why t24 is having such a poor performance, just playing around maharashtra and mumbai circles/ networks and not assisting their customers.

This is to inform services of your number has been stopped temporarily. Post barring of the out calling, please visit the Future Group store and take the new sim on the same number by telling them that you have lost your sim. You have to provide the sim issuance charge as Rs. 25/-, ID and Address proof documents again.
As soon as you get the new sim, please ask the T24 kiosk member to call the customer care and provide the new sim details for unblocking your out calling on the same number.
