My mobile was lost today at 4:00 pm at vijay nagar banglore he robbed my mobile and he may misuse this sim and i want to block this sim card so please corporate with me and please block this sim card as fast as you can the date was on 2/7/2017 so the number was [protected] so please kindly see that you block this number as soon as you can please...
I am using a sim card of T24 with number [protected], which i got it from Bigbazar BAmeerpet, Hyderababd which is registered with my name rakesh Ch and i lost it in Hyderabad near Charminar area on 24th June 2017. I provided this number in every government organization. So it is very important for me...

Hi,

This is to inform services of your number has been stopped temporarily. Post barring of the out calling, please visit the Future Group store and take the new sim on the same number by telling them that you have lost your sim. You have to provide the sim issuance charge as Rs. 25/-, ID and Address proof documents again.

As soon as you get the new sim, please ask the T24 kiosk member to call the customer care and provide the new sim details for unblocking your out calling on the same number.

              While going to avail the t24 sim from kacheguda big bazar, i have been informed by the t24 employee that to get a sim card, i must have an aadhaar card with local address i. E. Either telangana. Or ap.
              I feel it injustice as people working in hyderabad but are from different state will suffer a lot.

                  Sir, i checked your offers on *121# & *123# yesterday and today. There is one offer at *121# option 1. New offers then in next screen option 2 rc31 — all local/std calls @30p/min for 28 days. I recharged my phone no.[protected] yesterday in top up mode as well as in spl mode and got credit of rs.24.5 both times, it was again tried by the big bazar store at omax mall, patiala yesterday in the evening by their representative but with the same result.
                  2. Then a offer at *123#, option 2 is rs.90 =full talk time of rs.90 but i got credit of rs.75 only.
                  3. I contacted your customer care no 52121 yesterday but the person was not able to reply satisfactorily.
                  4. I again call at 52121 at 12.35 pm today and your customer care executive (Some madam) was confused lady. She also instead of resolving my problem tried to misguide me or she has little knowledge of her job.
                  5. I hope you will look into the matter on priority basis and inform me at the earliest.

                  It is astonishing to note that I got a message with OTP number and detailing as under:
                  "...is your one time password for online purchase of Rs.6500 at CCAvenues-moto through State Bank debit card ending 2196. Do'nt share this with anyone."

                  Mr. Rahul Tiwari was collecting information from me. Call for his explanation. Instead of affording credit of Rs. 183 for wrong charges in Mobile no. [protected].

                  Pl. resolve my issue, otherwise I have no other option to complaint against the company T24 and your executive calling himself GM of your Company to TRAI and consumer court.

                    I've been using the t24 no. For last two years and i was not even aware that i was using the sim registered on the name of some other person!! Last week i purchased a new phone and for that i needed a nano sim... There i came to know that the sim is registered on some other name... It means that my documents and identity was being used by someone else... Which can be risky. I purchased the sim from big bazaar, tarnaka branch, hyderabad. The help desk person there said to speak to customer care... I called up customer care and the stupid person there told to again go to big bazaar... I don't know whom to contact... Kindly help as i want this issue to be closed on urgent basis. I can't afford someone else to use my identity and name. This is my third mail but no solution still...

                      I have taken my T24 number from Big Bazaar at Mysore and the number is [protected]. I am trying to change my sim for nano sim. I had literally made almost 10 visits to different showrooms and Bigbazaar. Every one says to go to bigbazaar but those people says to go to Tata Docomo. In this process I am so much fed up with the service of T24. Finally came to know that the TATA Docomo is not supporting for issuing new sims to T24. So who the hell should I go and ask for a SIM card.

                      Dear Sir /madam, I had lost my t24 sim in January 2018, and got it deactivated from big bazar Baghajatin. But till date none of the big bazar outlets or tata Docomo distributors in my vicinity could get the sim replaced for me.As I had been using this number for last 6 years, it is registered in most of my official and government related documents including adhar card, hence it is very important for me to get back that sim replaced. I am really fed up of going from door to door to get such a simple job done.Kindly make some arrangements so that I can get the above mentioned sim as soon as possible.                         I had a t24 number which was with me for last 6-7 years, I have received a text message to provide KYC but when I inquired at the Big Bazaar for the same they said to ignore the message. Next day my number got disconnected, I went to the Docomo gallery they took my Complained and said it will be resolved in 15-20 working days but they did not informed me that they are closing the gallery.
                        I again inquired at Big Bazaar for the same they called t24 helpline number and they said I have opted for portability which I have not and did not gave me satisfactory answer then I took a brochure to get a t24 complained site.
                        I need an satisfactory answer ASAP.
                        Balance was also there in the t24 number.
                        Every month I do shopping at Big Bazaar and get a recharge of approximate 50-60 INR.

                          Dear sir/ madam,

                          I, the undersigned, prakash shukla, was having t24 sim card purchased from big bazaar, city center mall, nashik.in the last week, my phone got damaged and hence sim in it.
                          Since, everywhere, in my business, relatives, friendcircle etc. I have given my docomo number (Ie. [protected]), hence to get the same number back, first i approached my nearest docomo galary in dombivli and from the same day struggle starts.

                          There it was informed that since you sim from nashik, it comes under maharashtra' circle and so i shall contact ulhasnagar docomo office. When i went there, they informed me to approach dombivli big bazaar. When approached there they have advised me that presently they are not having a new sim card and asked me to contact vasai big bazaar or visit nashik big bazaar for the same. From the same counter we checked for sim card availability at vasai big bazaar, then we come to know no new sims at there also.

                          In between i contact t24 customer care also to get nashik big bazaar contact details, but they were helpless. Somehow, i managed to get the contact details of nashik big bazar, and explained them the things in details and inquired for the existing number. They informed me presently all three big bazaars in nashik are not having a single new sim, which is shocking for me.

                          I thought, this all struggle was just for getting the same mobile number back, just a question of configuration of new sim card which can be done very easily in day with verification of docs. We have been harped that we are at the verge of 21st century, where other mobile networks are doing these activity onsite, why t24 is having such a poor performance, just playing around maharashtra and mumbai circles/ networks and not assisting their customers.

                          Can anybody help me in this? I can be reachable at [protected].

                            Hi Future Group,

                            I lost my mobile which has T24 sim card on 29th March in Mumbai, Mobile Number: [protected] of Maharashtra Circle. We purchased that SIM card from Nashik Big Bazar, later we shifted to Mumbai. Now to get a new SIM we went in store, customer executive said this is Maharashtra circle card. You need to go to ulhasnagar to get new SIM card. For that I went to ulhasnagar but there big bazar was closed. So I came to Dombivili and went to Big Bazar on manpada road. There also big bazar is closed. Customer care agent is saying you need to go to nashik to get new SIM. This is very very poor service. My age is 65. I can't travel now for these small things. So requesting to T24 please help me or give me unique porting code so I can port from maharastra circle to mumbai circle from mumbai future group store without traveling to Nashik.

                              Dear Customer,

                              The PUK code is[protected] after entering PUK it will ask for the PIN number and it would be 0000 OR 1234 by default, two times you have to give the same PIN no. and whenever you switch off the mobile it will ask for the PIN. You have to give the same PIN what is entered, if not then the SIM will get blocked.

Due to some problem in my sim I have taken a duplicate sim after submitting all the required documents & identify proof to BigBazar, Zirakpur(to Mr. Aryan, mobile -[protected]).But even after one month & even after resubmitting all the same document again my sim is not activated till today.i have visited to BigBazar many times in this regard but no result was obtained.it is affecting all my daily working.i have sufficient balance in my sim.l am very much concerned about misuse of my No.I request you to intervene in this matter& make my sim functional.my sim details[protected] 81979.

                                        Hi I have been using T24 no. [protected], since past one year. However, recently i needed a micro sim for which I visited Big Bazaar Mahadevapura, Bangalore and received a new sim after paying 25/- (Executive advised to mention as sim lost in the form). Its about to be 3 days (72Hrs) and the sim is not yet activated. Also, none of your customer care no's. work, how do you even come under telecom sector when you can't provide proper service

Although till date and time, neither SIM is activated nor i have received any call/sms/email from your so called relevant team. Really Disgusting service of T24.

                                        Sim is activated now. However, as i mentioned i needed a micro sim and that i wanted to exchanged with my old sim. I had a balance of around Rs.70/- with my old sim which is noy transferred yo my new sim.
