How to do mobile recharge through t24 mobile kiosk app from brand factory invoice bill. I had free talk time of 20 rs. I want the customer care number of t24 which is working. I want to communicate with t24 to know the procedure to recharge. Please communicate with me & solve my issue to recharge my mobile. I am expecting a emergency call from t24.
I wanted to deactivate my t24 mobile sim ([protected]) as I lost my said no on 8th March 2018, but fail to contact customer services .I repeatedly tried to contact but can't. The customer care no I obtained from website found an invalid number.
I lost my sim card a month ago, I have been to nearly all the big bazaars around Chennai to get a new sim but they don't have the right answer . The number is very important to me as it's linked to all my personal accounts . How do I get to access my old number again ?
I lost my sim card with number [protected] in the moring 7:30 am at Sealdah, Kolkata. Please deactivate the service.

    I am heaving T24 sim no [protected] but since last 3-4
    months sim is not getting network. Hence inspite of balance in a/c I am unable to use balance. I am not getting big bazar purchase benefit as regards T24 balance.sim is conected with adhar also.       Dear t24,
      I wish to port my existing number to other service provider as your charges are unaffordable to me.
      Whenever i tried to send port message to 1900 many times but getting massage failure report while messages to other number are being deliver successfully.
      It seems that pirtability messages purposely blocked.
      Kindly allow me to port my number to desired network.

      Since 19/02/2018, recharge for t24 connection through online method for mobile no. [protected] for Rs. 99/- is pending despite my complaint lodged on 21/02/18 & 22/02/2018. Message has come to me that Rs.99/- has been deducted by the service provider. But there is no recharge till date. Pl help.

          No matter which company a customer pay for a particular service, they are bound to be cheated in this country. No exception with t24 mobile service. Everytime i make a purchase at big bazar for more than inr 400 i am eligible for inr 10 of free talk time which never gets auto credited if after mentioning the mobile number at the billing counter. T24 website displays a toll free customer care number 52121 but never connects & a message is aired "it is a non functional number/does not exist" for over half a year now so is the case with many other non toll free customer care numbers. There are few numbers that connect however no one responds & are disconnected automatically or the customer is bound to disconnect as the billing continues without any conversation. So ultimately customer keeps wasting money for just nothing. When a number connects & some conversation is made with the cc rep, he or she affirms that the free talk time wud be credited within two working days but nothing happens even then. Tried even emailing them at cc mail id without any result.in all this process of getting inr 10 of free talk time already inr 20 to 30 is wasted every single time. Such a pathetic condition of our service sector be it private or public all are the same. It seems public robbery has become d moto of all agencies as they know it very well that majority of the customers cannot afford a legal course of action in this country.

            Hey, i was running away from a rape case.. And i needed to make urgent call since i wasn't near my area.. Bloody december end 2017 one fine way the network goes boom.. Zero!! And till date it has never returned.. Wtf.. Actual chutyapa.. # u and # the entire team of t24.. This will never get resolved and i am here just to say # off.. And at least intimate your t24 users that the network will be down forever from so n so date.. Even vodafone doesn't port from t24.. Screw u all #.. Uneducated chuts!

              Greetings!

              I have a t24 sim card which i bought from hometown marathahalli, bangalore a few years ago.

              I had gone out of the country for a few months and after coming back, i used my t24 phone number on 17 dec 2017. From 18 dec 2017, i have been getting a message saying "sim not provisioned" on my phone. I went to big bazaar rajajinagar, bangalore to ask them what the problem was. They told me to get an new sim card from a docomo store. I went to the docomo store in 8th cross road, malleswaram, bangalore. There, they said that the number had been deactivated due to non usage and they have to check for the number availability and only if it is available, they would be able to issue the same number to me.

              They called me after a few hours and informed me that my t24 number was still available to be issued to me but the new sim had to be issued from a big bazaar store as the number belonged to t24. I went to big bazaar malleswaram around 20 minutes after receiving the call. The t24 representative at big bazaar, malleswaram connected me to t24 customer service. That did not help at all, i was just told that my number had been deactivated. T24 big bazaar further told me that they did not know how to issue the same number to me even though the number was still available. They also said that they had server errors and hence could not do the job. Another excuse they gave for not doing the job was that t24 was shifting to airtel network.

              As my t24 number is linked to a lot of my government issued photo id's including my passport, i request you to reissue the same t24 phone number to me as soon as possible.
              Ive lost my mobile soo pls kindly issue duplicate sim with same mobile number
              My T24 sim no is [protected]. Balance is also available, but since last approx 60 days I am not getting network an as such inspite of balance available I am unable to use sim. Moreover benifit of getting balance on a/c of purchase from big bazar can not be taken.

                Hi, my t24 has been deactivated due to no usage for more than 6 months.

                I have my number, it is able to connect to t24 network and also the ussd - *123# shows a balance of around rs. 6.

                Now i want to get my number reactivated, i have reached out several times to [protected]@futuregroup.in and [protected]@t24mobile.com, but no one has responded. The t24 customer care numbers provided on the website do not exist at all (For karnataka[protected] here - https://t24mobile.com/#/customerCare).

                Please give me a customer care number. This is not fair, and has taken too long.

                  But the issue is that the plan is not works at all so please kindly resolve my issue as early as possible

                      I had got a t24 sim from jp nagar bangalore big bazaar in 2013. I had been using the sim for 4.5 years untill i lost my phone on 26/1/2018. Now all my official a/c's is linked to my t24 number. I have lost my sim in jamshedpur, jharkhand as i have now shifted here. When i visited big bazaar mango jamshedpur for a replacement sim i was informed they do not have blank sim and it may take 2-3 months to get them. I am highly disappointed as now i am not having the number which is linked to all my official accounts. When i try to change my phone number it will generate otp for which the number is necessary.

                            I visited near by big bazaar (Hebbal) today 25.12.2017 for having t24 duplicate sim for the number [protected] but they refuse to give me replacement sim card for the number and they say visit tata docomo customer center for duplicate sim.

                            I tried to visit tata docomo centers in vidyaranyapura (560097) and saharakaranagar (560092) but this centers are always closed.

                            I tried to call customer care numbers but its always comes that t24 customer care having some technical problem and not able to attend the call.

                            The only main reason, i want this number because i have registered this number for aadhaar, bank account, gas booking... Otherwise i could have ignore this, please understand your customer pain here.

                            Please guide me right way of get the replacement sim for the number [protected]

                                First recharged with rs. 349 through icici bank by seeing unlimited talk time and 1gb per day. We have not got data. While contacted customer care, they informed only talk time is there for 349 and need to charge 249/259. Again recharged through icici by browsing the plan and selected 249 for data for 28 days. Again we have not received data.
                                Now customer care is telling they cannot take responsibility through 3rd party recharge and nothing can done by them.in that case we are going to loose hard earned money of rs.249.

                                Even try for contacting higher official is not happend holding phone for more than 20 mins.

                                After calling to customer care 52121and selected 1 for Marathi language still selected executive not able to talk in Marathi and tells to select English language only even though I selected Hindi language.
                                To raise complaint on 198 then call get disconnected by saying our customer executive all are busy...

                                    My t 24 mobile sim card no [protected] can not function for last two months . always show there is no sim card. I have reported to your lake mall big bazar outlet but they told me that there is no sim card availible. I am your very old customer .                                       Hi, in 2011 i had taken t 24 connection from big bazaar store, calicut, for my sister. As she was minor then, sim was taken on my name. She had been using the sim till september when she lost her mobile. We went to big bazaar multiple times for sim replacement, but we were always informed there was no blank sim in stock. Finally we got a blank sim from docomo store and approached cust care in big bazaar. During the replacement process, we were informed that the number which was taken on my name is no longer on my name, instead was on some one else named mr. Bobby (Who was using same number before 2011), but the number is actually being used by my sister.

                                      Now we are unable to get sim replaced as we got sms from docomo cust care that there application has been rejected due to name mismatch. Kindly help to get sim replaced as the number has been linked to my sisters aadhar, bank accounts and other goverment documents.
