Hi, in 2011 i had taken t 24 connection from big bazaar store, calicut, for my sister. As she was minor then, sim was taken on my name. She had been using the sim till september when she lost her mobile. We went to big bazaar multiple times for sim replacement, but we were always informed there was no blank sim in stock. Finally we got a blank sim from docomo store and approached cust care in big bazaar. During the replacement process, we were informed that the number which was taken on my name is no longer on my name, instead was on some one else named mr. Bobby (Who was using same number before 2011), but the number is actually being used by my sister.

Now we are unable to get sim replaced as we got sms from docomo cust care that there application has been rejected due to name mismatch. Kindly help to get sim replaced as the number has been linked to my sisters aadhar, bank accounts and other goverment documents.

Kindly do the needful.

    I lost my phone with t24 sim in it dated[protected]. I want my sim bearing number "[protected]" to get deactivated. And i want a new sim with the same number so please do provide me t24 customer centers to visit. Please do block that sim card as soon as possible to avoid any uncertainities and risks. And please do give me information about how to apply for a new sim with the same number.

      The PUK code is[protected] after entering PUK it will ask for the PIN number and it would be 0000 OR 1234 by default, two times you have to give the same PIN no. And whenever you switch off the mobile it will ask for the PIN- Then you have to give the same PIN what is entered now, if not the SIM gets blocked.         On 15/102017 i made purchase of rs.2021 from big bazar (Future retail limited) r mall, mulund west, mumbai 400080, vide tax invoice no.[protected].in the invoice, there is a remark "you are eligible for rs.15 free talk time, contact t24 mobile kisok for details. I approached the t24 counter near the billing counter but your representative refused to load the free talk time of rs.15? Your man asked me from where i bought the sim, if it is not from big bazar, i am not eligible. If i am not eligible for free talktime rs.15 in my t24, why such a remark?.in my last month's purchase from the same place at big bazar, your people had loaded free talk time in my mobile. It is a shameful matter from a big company like yours. I wanted to purchase a mobile also but your man's behavior made me to leave from the place without buying it.
        I have lost my phone today and please deactivate my sim immediately and please iasue a new sim

        As per an update from our team, services of your number has been stopped temporarily. Post barring of the outcalling, please visit the Future Group store and take the new sim on the same number by telling them that you have lost your sim. You have to provide the sim issuance charge as Rs. 25/-, ID and Address proof documents again.

        As soon as you get the new sim, please ask the T24 kiosk member to call the customer care and provide the new sim details for unblocking your outcalling on the same number.

          I wanted to port my number but when I requested a UPC code I got it invalid...So, I request you to send a valid UPC code

          We have received a msg every time that recharge for 349rs and get unlimited local + STD calls and 1GB/day 3G data. Val 56 days.
          So we did the recharge.
          But now they are providing 8000 calls against this recharge.

            I lost my dual sim itel handset in Guwahati on 8th October 2017. Police complaint has also been filed for the same. It was loaded with T-24 sim [protected]. You are requested to block the said number on immediate basis.

                    I have been using ur sim card from a long time as calling charges as good(or u can say satisfactory) but u Internet services are not satisfactory, I have subscribed to 4 gb 3g pack, initially it was working good but later on the speed was even not comparable with 2g.well this is not the first time this problem has occurred.Also I have observed when we don't have a data pack t24 provides much faster speed and impose hefty charges.This is not accepted.I hope this issue will be solved or else I have to switch to other Internet provider

                        I have lost my t24 sim card number [protected] at chandananagar westbengal on 22nd of august 2017 with lava phone. I want to deactivate all the services to protect misuse of the sim by any other person.

                          I have requested for t24 nano card at below t24 gallery address two months ago which i have been told is not available & been advised to visit on 31st may 2017.

                          Infinity mall, raheja classic complex, link road, andheri west, mumbai - 400053

                          I called the gallery on 30th evening to check the availability of micro sims & on their confirmation only i visited the gallery on 31st but shocked to hear that associate who keep the sims are not available.

                          A month later around 30th june i again tried to check if micro sims are available at food bazar gallery since i need to move to my latest 4g phone which only supports micro but again got the response that sims are not available & been suggested again to wait for another 15 days.

                          Now after repeated follow ups over call & visits to gallery, sim has not been changed.
                          Can you suggest if the production of nano sim has been stopped so as i can move to other subscriber or i am the lone victim here.

                                Dear sir/ madam,

                                This has reference to my previous complaint today regarding loss of sim card and requirement of call details.

                                After lodging the complaint i received a call from the number [protected] and the person pretended as representative of your forum to solve my problem.

                                The person asked my credit card details stating that a nominal charge of rs10 is needed for sending my call details. I repeatedly told him to send his details where i will make payment. I understood that he is a complete fraud person calling pretending your representative. He was asking for my cvc number of credit card even.

                                  Dear sir/ madam,

                                  I am holding a t24 no. [protected], registered in the name of my husband mr. Anand sahu at ranchi, jharkhand. Yesterday (15.08.17) in the evening by 7.00pm i have lost the mobile carrying the above sim card. My mobile didnot have any password locking and it contains all important bank account details and other personal important notifications. If these informations go to the wrong hand, there may be serious damages.

                                  It is therefore my request to get me the call details since the above mentioned time so that i can trace out the person who has theft my mobile.

                                  Kindly consider my request as extreme urgent and do the needful.

Again i have contacted the customer care to reactivate my sim. They informed that it has to be reactivate by big bazaar coimbatore only. I am in coonoor and unable to go coimbatore for this purpose. Hence i request you to reactivate myt24 sim no.[protected].

                                      I've lost my t24 sim card along with phone around 3 months ago. Actually i have purchased this sim from haldia, west bengal. I have visited all the big bazar for the replacement of the sim they aren't helping me out. They aren't doin anything only saying that "u have to take a new sim, we don't replace sim of the existing number". If this will be the response from the future group workers then why would we gonna use t24 sim instead of other sim companies like vodafone and airtel. I apologise you to take some serious action on my issue. Please tell me the sim store for bengal circle sim. Please have a look on my problem u guys always neglect my problems. The lost sim is very important for me.

                                        Hi, I need PUK code for my T24mobile number - [protected]. I called customer care many times, not getting clear response. I have all my office contacts in SIM only, pls treat this request very very ungent. Kindly help me to get the PUK code ASAP. I am not able to recover one of my gmail account as it is blocked. I need that very urgently. Please help me as soon as possible.

                                        Dear Customer,

                                        Please be informed that your PUK code is[protected]. After entering the code, it will ask for PIN number. It would either be 0000 OR 1234 by default. You have to give the same PIN number two times and whenever you switch off the mobile, it will ask for the PIN.You have to enter the same PIN which you entered earlier, otherwise your SIM will get blocked. I hope that you are satisfied with the assistance.
