I have been able to contact the customer care services but anyways not able to do it.

My mobile no. is [protected] and I have recharged for Rs.98 data pack for 28 days validity and total amount deducted from SBI Netbanking is Rs.109/- with ID IGAEVRRVP9 on 27/11/2018 at around 10.10 pm. However, I came to understand that there is amount credited. Please refund my amount at the earliest.

My card has been deactivated as off i was not using for 2 months or even more, can you please activate it as off it has been used in various apps etc. I have been mainly using this number for my bank details and whatsapp, where as i am transfering the apps to my new device i need the card to get activated to start the services back again.

I had visited big bazaar counter at p&m mall patliputra colony, patna to get duplicate 2 number of sim of t24 network services which was originally provided earlier few years before from big bazaar during shopping at big bazaar. Currently due to my 2 nos. Of t24 sim got damaged and so want to get duplicate sim but customer care of big bazaar said to visit any other mobile operator store and get the t24 sim with mnp. Further when i talked to toll free airtel and also visited airtel store at boring canal road, patna but didn't get any solution to this problem. Trai should monitor this kind of network services because first they give offers to get their sim and later they closed their services without any support till last sim... Also, please guide me from where i will get 2 nos. Of t24 duplicate sim in bihar...

My t24 sim card is lost and when i called customer care they blocked the number but when i asked for new sim they said you need to get it from store.
All the store of tata docomo is closed in agra so where to get the new sim. I need this number because all connect me through the same one and updated in all my official contact details.

Good day, please note there was 100 in my t24 account yesterday (On 06th aug18) but suddenly its showing zero in the evening, i have made calls same day in the morning for few minutes. Where is my balance gone, is it gone to recover the debts its having from customers, maybe they are doing the same to all customers and how much they can recover in this fashion. This is against business ethics. Without any reason how they can deduct money from any customers account.
Earlier i made shopping in big bazaar which we use to get free talk time. (In the month end of april 2018) in my cash memo it was showing eligible for free balance, so i emailed to customer service department with my invoices, for my query neither they acknowledged the email nor any response. So they are not responding anymore?? Are they extinct

My family used to get frequently threat from some number. I am not getting any options of getting call history online or any how. Went to Bigbazar T24, they are unablw to provide call history.

I need call and sms history for the month of may and june 2018 for my T24 prepaid no [protected].

Let me know if you need further information.

Please let know if you need something from me. I am ok to give police complain as well.

I don't have issue of paying service charge for it.

All of a sudden, my number [protected] is blocked and puk message is prompting.
This is happening since last 12 days or so.
Dial pad is also locked except for the emergency numbers.
I'm unable to dial the customer care number also.

I tried changing mobile handset too but it's not working.
Kindly provide with the necessary procedure.
Moreover, sim card number is not printed on the t24 sim.

I am a t24 user. I use two sim. The no. Of them are [protected] and [protected]. The first one is from kolkata circle and the second one is from west bengal circle. The network of both the number have gone from 6th april, 2018 at 10:15pm.
Before that the network service was quite good. Why did this happen? When will i get the problem solved? I have also mailed the customer care services twice. But they didn't give any reply. Is that a technical issue? Or is it due to the adhaar linking. Please solve the problem.
