I have lost my phone that contained a t24 sim card with number [protected] on 23rd October during my trip to pondicherry.

I have been able to contact the customer care services but anyways not able to do it.

Kindly block the sim card and issue another card. For any further details kindly mail me.

My card has been deactivated as off i was not using for 2 months or even more, can you please activate it as off it has been used in various apps etc. I have been mainly using this number for my bank details and whatsapp, where as i am transfering the apps to my new device i need the card to get activated to start the services back again.

Hoping to get the reply asap, resolving the problem soon.

I called the customer care but they are not responding i visited big bazzar but they are not helpful about this. I want to reactivate my old sim card as it is registered with my bank account. I need my old no. So please help me. I am waiting to hear from you. Please respond....

I haven't been using my t24 sim for a long time since my phone was missing. But i got it back a few days ago and when i switched it on, the sim card is not working as it's been deactivated. I had visited big bazaar counter at p&m mall patliputra colony, patna to get duplicate 2 number of sim of t24 network services which was originally provided earlier few years before from big bazaar during shopping at big bazaar. My t24 sim card is lost and when i called customer care they blocked the number but when i asked for new sim they said you need to get it from store.
All the store of tata docomo is closed in agra so where to get the new sim. I need this number because all connect me through the same one and updated in all my official contact details.
Please check this concern asap...

Good day, please note there was 100 in my t24 account yesterday (On 06th aug18) but suddenly its showing zero in the evening, i have made calls same day in the morning for few minutes. Where is my balance gone, is it gone to recover the debts its having from customers, maybe they are doing the same to all customers and how much they can recover in this fashion. This is against business ethics. Without any reason how they can deduct money...

My family used to get frequently threat from some number. I am not getting any options of getting call history online or any how. Went to Bigbazar T24, they are unablw to provide call history.

I need call and sms history for the month of may and june 2018 for my T24 prepaid no [protected].

Please block my t24 SIM it belongs to Bangalore I lost my phone and it was stolen so I want it to be blocked as early as possible I had been trying to call the customer care but it remains unanswered. T-24 — blocked puk... I have a t-24 sim having number [protected]. The puk is blocked and the sim is inactive. I am unable to use the sim and ur customer care has not been very helpful till now. An early reply is needed urgently... Please provide my puk number which i need due to pin blocked... Many times i tried to unlock myself but now fear the sim may not lock permanently......

My t24 sim is not showing any ntwork since two months and displaying "emergency call only" in notification area.

I have already recharged twice rs.100 each through paytm which is showing successful but the problem still persists. Even no messages also going through.

The number is also linked with my aadhaar. Please help me out. Kindly do the needful....

Above purchase was done from big bazar bilaspur (C. G) but recharge not done till date in my t24 mobile no [protected].

All of a sudden, my number [protected] is blocked and puk message is prompting.
This is happening since last 12 days or so.
Dial pad is also locked except for the emergency numbers.
I'm unable to dial the customer care number also.

I tried changing mobile handset too but it's not working.
Kindly provide with the necessary procedure.
