I have purchased T24 no. [protected] and using it for last 2-3 years and suddenly last 10 days it is blocked.

I had approached the Bhayander West Big Bazar Counter and your customer care but no response.
Customer care is saying you will not get this number back it is blocked as per the rules of TRAI. i don't understand without pre- intimation how your company can block any number which is active for more than 2 years.

We would like to inform you that this MDN has been disconnected from the system due to Term Non- Compliance. However, once the MDN disconnected from the system same cannot activate again.

You have to give the same PIN number two times and whenever you switch off the mobile, it will ask for the PIN.You have to enter the same PIN which you entered earlier, otherwise your SIM will get blocked.       I am using T24 mobile no. [protected] taken from Big Bazar, Salt Lake Kolkata. I had been getting free recharge against purchase. On 6 January 17 a rep told that by getting a recharge of Rs.289/- I will get unlimited call facility to any mobile local and STD for 28 days. I later found that my own accrued balance had all been used up and the outgoing facility was blocked stating nil balance even before expiry of 28 day period and balance became nil. On enquiry I was told that I had made STD calls for which I was charged against my balance. I want my balance back and action taken against such false commitment. The customer care of T24 or Big Bazar is not responding.
      Plz help me urgently my t24 mobile number is blocked and is asking for puk number and PIN code and only 6 attempts are left so please help me resolve this issue till tomorrow

            Sir I bought different article in big bazaar on 23-01-17 cash memo no-0004908 amount of 2488.57 and 26-01-17 cash memo no 0335839 amount of 6716.34 by which I am eligible to get Rs 30 and Rs 51talk time on my no [protected] . But after saying to person who taking money they did not give the benefit to me . After that I complain on big bazaar they say I will do mail and you will get your money. but till 31-01-17 I did not receive any talk time in my mobile no .

              It is very regret to tell that I have been trapped by your agent. A person by name Sravan who is selling sim cards at Kacheguda big Bazar, Hyderabad has cunningly handed me a sim by taking 99 RS. But even after 8 days hv passed I m yet to get d network. He is not responding properly to my calls. Plz help me or else return my money.It is very unfortunate that companies like future groups entertain such fraud companies inside their store.

                  My name is Srijit Mishra and I have been a regular customer of Big Bazaar for last 10 years. With the request from of the representatives at Big Bazaar, I had subscribed to a T24 number with all documentations in the year 2011 at Big Bazaar, Janpath, Bhuabneswar. With a view to use the T24 sim in a smartphone, since I stay near the Big Bazaar, Patia, Bhubaneswar, I went to the Big Bazaar, Patia today on 15th January at 5.30 pm and requested for a replacement of microsim ( since the existing sim was damaged while trying to cut it as a microsim) . I was fooled by the representatives for half an hour and then they suggested me to go to the Bigbazaar, Janpath, Bhubaneswar for getting a replacement sim. I drove down to Bigbazaar, Janpath, Bhubaneswar for the replacement sim as suggested by the representative at Patia Big Bazaar.
                  At Bigbazaar, Janpath, Bhubaneswar, the representative laughed at me and rudely denied for a replacement sim since today is a sunday. On further request and pleading that I am a working outside Bhubaneswar and it will be difficult for me to come on a working day, the representative asked for my T24 number. I gave my number as [protected].

                  After checking the number, the representative told me that it is in the name of Susma sharma and I have to produce document in respect of this lady. He also told me that this sim card was purchased at Patia, Big Bazar.

                  After hearing this, I had asked for the store Manager office and went upstairs to meet Mr. KIRON KOLAY, Store Manager at Big Bazaar, Janpath, Bhubaneswar. The store Manager simply insulted me as if I am a culprit.

                  I requested the Store Manager to check if any T24 number is allotted to Srijit Mishra to varify if the documents were interchanged at the time of varification of document in 2011. Mr. Kiron was arrogant enough to advise me not to waste his time.

                  Now with all despair, being a senior HR professional i would request you to confirm whether any T24 number is allotted in the name of Srijit Mishra. I am not worried about the balance in the number. What I am worried is (1)if in future any one using the number in my name commits any crime, (2) how the representatives of Big Bazaar can insult their customer as a cheat and did not take the responsibility when the fault lies with them in 2011.

                  The store Manager saying that he was not here in 2011 is painful to hear as a customer.

                                      Ihad purchased worth Rs 3359.58/- on 3/12/2016 vide bill no- 0006477, from Brand factory, Sobo, tardeo, Mumbai and i was told ( infact its printed on the bill T24 Free talk Time Rs 30/- ) that i get talk time Rs 30/- and took my mobile no and written on their copy and said that i will get talk time in 24 hrs, its more than 7 days i have not recd talk time.but till the date talk time is not received.

                                        I have taken a nano sim of an old sim which i was using earlier by paying rs 50 & the same was to be activated within 24 hours of me submitting them the soft copy of passport size photograph & passport (As proof of address) as informed by the big bazaar staff from where i purchased the new sim.
