When I tried to use talk charge for recharge and other utility activities, it is failing continuously. When I try them in other recharging apps, it was successful. So I came to know that the people behind talk charge app is playing on us. Because I added som big amount of money to my wallet, so they want me not to use that wallet money. This is pure cheating from company side. Lot of people are suffering from this problem. Also they are charging convenience fee of huge percentage on recharge and utility payments. Please take necessary actions against this customer anti-fiendly company.

    Here Talkcharge app last 2-3 months charge 20% convenience charge per bill payment transaction and now transaction failed again and again my 74000 thousand rupees stuck on Talkcharge app I unable to used on recharge properly . Here I try Jio recharge last 3 days but On Talkcharge app shows error message Jio server down finally i done transaction on Amazon app within few seconds then why Talkcharge app failed recharge again and again please help me

      I have transferred online Rs. 1166 to Talkcharge to pay to IGL for my PNG bill on 06.02.2024. Amount deducted from my bank but not paid to IGL by talkcharge so far.

                I was mail on above subject to Talkcharg on 24-Jan-2024 (Ticket # 197794) but issue till not resolve.
                Actually i was paid Electricity Bill[protected] Rs. 9860/- on 16-Jan-2024 & it is successful as per ORDER ID-TC[protected] but till it is not show/update in MSEB site and now i got new bill Rs. 15240/-, Please resolve issue urgently.

                  1 22 dec, 2023: tried to make electricity bill payment to torrent power using talkcharge application of amont rs. 7610 the transaction failed to torrent power however the money was debited from my bank credit card (screen shot attached).

                  2. Then on same day 22 dec, 2023 talk charge made that amount of rs.7610 to their wallet instead of transferring it back to the source i.E my bank credit card (screenshot attached).

                  3. Since the amount was big it was no point to keep it in the wallet so i requested them to transfer it back to my credit card.
                  4. I have been following up with them since then and still the amount is not credited and instead they are claiming that they have refunded it back and i have to raise complaint against by bank for not receiving the funds.
                  5. How can a receiver deny any funds??
                  6. Further they are not providing any proof that they have transferred this money and ignoring it.
                  7. I have been following up for more than 40 days now and still have not received my money.

                      I did one electricity bill payments (ORDER ID TC[protected], TC[protected] dated on 27.01.24. this was showing successful in Talkcharge but weren't even reflecting in the Electricity provider's website. I request to talkcharge please pay my both the bills. As they deduct money from talkcharge wallet but not processed to electricity service provider. Kindly pay my both the electricity bills.

                        I had paid DGVCL bill on 12/01/24.on talkcharge app it shows successful transaction but till date on DGVCL there is no bill payment. And talkcharge wallet balance is deducted. Mobile number of talkcharge is not reachable.

                                After 5 days on 17.01.24, I got a message from Talkcharge saying that the payments was unsuccessful and money was refunded to my account.
                                I tried again on 18.01.24 (ORDER ID-TC[protected] and now it's stuck in the same way - successful in Talkcharge but not reflecting in provider's website.
                                Also, their whatsapp responses are very very slow nowadays.
                                Please help me out as my due date is fast approaching and I don't know whether my money will be paid or refunded.

                                    Bill amount of INR 775.36 was transacted on 15/01/2024 through Talkcharge gateway vide Order ID : TC[protected] towards IGL consumer no. #[protected]. Even after 3 days of transaction the amount has not been credited to my IGL account. I had to make payment again to IGL on 18/01/2024 through different mode. I seek refund from Talkcharge since it appears to be a fraudulent gateway.

                                      Last year on 26th Sep Talk charge started charging convenience fee of huge 20% which is totally illegal as noone charges such hefty commission in the name of convenience. Somehow we digested that charges as huge amount is blocked with them in their wallet. Now Let me share latest incident of Talkcharge.. I made 3 electricity bill payments. First on 3rd Jan'24 for BSES second of BSES and third of TATA Power Delhi on 12th Jan'24. All were showing successful on talkcharge app and website and I thought it would be cleared max by next day. While checking those bill payments on Electricity provider portal they all are showing pending.. This talkcharge is such a crap company who is holding the money illegally. I want to file a case against this fraud company as they are big time cheaters. Now if electricity provider impose a late payment fee penalty then they are not acknowledging to bear that cost. Despite payment hefty 20% convenience fee that bill are pending.. Infact they should refund that convenience fee as they are providing inconvenience to customers and users.

                                        On 8 October 2023 I paid for a electricity bill of 13166 with talkcharge. After paying it showed that the bill was successful. On 13 December 2023, when new bill was generated of 43951. When i called at electricity office i came to know that in October the bill was not paid and i was levied the fee of RS 1300. When i bought this issue with talkcharge, they said they will look into it. Same day i got the refund of 13166 but when i asked about the fee that i will have to pay they just said sorry and nothing else. On 14 December i asked in morning 10:09 AM as you can down below in picture can i pay a bill for 40000 RS and will there be a problem again, reply was No sir there wont be again, they didn't say anything about not being able to pay for bill above 30000 RS. Then i added 28951 Rs in wallet in hope to pay the new bill but i got reply that i cant pay bill above 30000 RS. So i asked than can you refund the money that i addded to my bank account and they are denying it.
                                        Now what i want is my money back or for them to pay the bill. I have urgent need for this. So please help.
