I have paid 2 bill thorough talkcharge but payment successful and money debited 8-march-18 but money not received electricity board and they come home and say if you not paid bill we are cut your connection but i say i have already paid the bill.
Please help me resolve this issue, i tried to contact talkcharge 9 march but no response, then i contact jdvvnl they say that transaction failed tell to talkcharge for refund and talkcharge say successful what i do.

I recharged my jio number through talkcharge website.
I recharge for 498 rupees
But the money got debited from my bank account and i didnt recieve any recharge on my jio number.
In my transaction history its showing that your order is successful
I got the mail about recharge is successful
I dont know where the recharge gone
I want my money back on my bank account
Please file a complaint against talkcharge in fraud case.
They didnt refunded my money nor recharged my mobile number

I have deposited electricity bill worth rs 4067/- by talkcharge app vide trn Id TC[protected]. But this amount not adjusted to electricity dept due to this 4067/- amount is added as due in my this month bill.
No refund got or no bill deposited by talkcharge yet now.
I ve contacted several times to talkcharge mail ID.

My airtel number [protected] was having a initial balance of rs 5 and then rs 10 was recharged. Now the balance was 12.47, basically rs 5+7.47 then again i tried to recharge again with rs 10 with order id tc[protected] at 24 jan 2017 23:56:40.

I had dropped a mail to [protected]@talkcharge.com but instead of refunding the amount for failed recharge they marked the order as successful. But recharge was not successful, i did 2 recharges of rs 10 to [protected], only 1 recharge was successful but not the second recharge.

Successful recharge is order id tc[protected] 24 jan 2017 23:40:46

@talkcharge - please refund the amount of rs 10 for the order tc[protected] at the earliest

This was regarding rs 14 addition to my talkcharge wallet with order id tc[protected] and tc[protected] both the order id failed but in one of the order i actually paid up in andhrabank net banking. Amount was deducted from my savings account. But till date amount was not refunded. I have already dropped an email but there was no response neither from andhrabank nor from talkcharge.

Please resolve the issue at the earliest. I have attached all the screenshot below to justify my claim

Talkcharge money add to wallet offer time i added rs.5000/- to [protected] wallet then after if i recharge any thing order failing sometimes money also not refunding.

See example i paid postpaid airtel rs.285/- on 04.12.2017 order failed but amount not yet refunded @05.12.2017 9:50am.

Even if i write any mail not responding to my email.
Please help.

I started talkcharge e-wallet service on my desktop computer and on mobile on 22th july 2017 as per rules /instructions provided by talkcharge site/apps. On 22th jul 2017
I transferred the money to talkcharge e-wallet. But after that my all transactions for bill payments/recharge... Etc got failed. I have done more than 25 mails to [protected]@talkcharge.com but they are not replying.
Not returning/refunding my money to my bank. Now it shows zero balance without any successful transactions. I have sent all required documents to them on mail as they wants and on demand by them on name of rbi norms on mail.
I bag your favourable actions against talkcharge to solve my problem and get refund as early as possible. I really got tired please help me so other people of india may not be fraudulent. I am having all the proof

I added 1999 rupees in my talkcharge wallet on 24-sept-2017 at 9:15pm under offer to get 200 cashback on add money and now it"s october 14th, i have not received a single penny of cashback in my account and my money is struck in your account in your account.
And after 1 month they are telling coupon code was not applied and they can't provide me my cashback. Man, this is not done... I tweeted them, i mailed them, tried contact their number but they are not replying in any manner.

Amount deducted but recharge bot done
I tried to recharge for aircel number from talkcharge website with order idtc[protected].
They neither have even updated plans for operators nor realtime operator checking.
Finally my recharge was failed.
My amount 40 is stuck not visible in wallet also.

They are not replying to my emails properly. How can such ridiculous service be there?
Why these people launch such incomplete services? I am not getting this.

This approach is not good. We want our precious money back.
