This was regarding rs 14 addition to my talkcharge wallet with order id tc[protected] and tc[protected] both the order id failed but in one of the order i actually paid up in andhrabank net banking. Amount was deducted from my savings account. But till date amount was not refunded. I have already dropped an email but there was no response neither from andhrabank nor from talkcharge.

Please resolve the issue...

Talkcharge money add to wallet offer time i added rs.5000/- to [protected] wallet then after if i recharge any thing order failing sometimes money also not refunding.

See example i paid postpaid airtel rs.285/- on 04.12.2017 order failed but amount not yet refunded @05.12.2017 9:50am.

Even if i write any mail not responding to my email.
Please help....

4500rs deducted from my bank account and not added to my talk charge wallet. I am very much disappointed with their service. After i entered my cvv and entering otp the transaction window shower the error and nothing happened. Below are my transaction details:-

I started talkcharge e-wallet service on my desktop computer and on mobile on 22th july 2017 as per rules /instructions provided by talkcharge site/apps. On 22th jul 2017
I transferred the money to talkcharge e-wallet. But after that my all transactions for bill payments/recharge... Etc got failed. I have done more than 25 mails to [protected]@talkcharge.com but they are not replying.
Not returning/refunding my money to my bank....

I did a airtel dth recharge of rs.250 on 1st november, 2017 and money got deducted from my visa card of my bank account. But the talkcharge transaction displays the notification as payment pending. There is no successful dth recharge on my side. I am worried as the payment is deducted and i have not yet got the service. I am very disappointed from this incident....

I added 1999 rupees in my talkcharge wallet on 24-sept-2017 at 9:15pm under offer to get 200 cashback on add money and now it"s october 14th, i have not received a single penny of cashback in my account and my money is struck in your account in your account.

I have added a sum of 1999 rupees in my talkcharge wallet in the offer of getting 250 cashback on adding 1999 rupees.
It's been 2 weeks since i have added money but still i have not received any cashback from talkcharge.
They are not replying to mails, tweets and i have tried to contact in every possible way i can contact.

I have tried to recharge my jio number for 498 rs through talkcharge app. It shows recharge successful. But the recharge not done and redund amount not came to my wallet. I have tried to complain several times. But they did not responded me. So kindly look after this issue as soon as possible. Kindly help me to get my amount as soon as possible.

And not credited to my balance (In mobile),
Hope this kind of issue resolve by refund or the make proper recharge should be in flow...
Because its not processing to full feel..

I tried to recharge for aircel number from talkcharge website with order idtc[protected].
They neither have even updated plans for operators nor realtime operator checking.
Finally my recharge was failed.
My amount 40 is stuck not visible in wallet also.

They are not replying to my emails properly. How can such ridiculous service be there?

This was regarding the bill payment of my bsnl landline payment with ac no -[protected] with amount rs 5321 which is still not received by bsnl with talkcharge order id tc[protected] and my landline bill last due date was scheduled on[protected].
On enquiry about the bsnl bill payment status, talkcharge tries to put a smile by sharing operator ref id - cyb[protected] .
I got rs 17 as cashback but bill still...

I've recharged my no. With 399 rs. On talkcharge app and entered a promo code which promises to give 125 rs cashback in 24 hours. Its been 2 days but i've not get any cashback, i've tried to contact them via email but they don't reply. Transaction order id - tc[protected]. I want this company to be closed down as i've seen a lot of negative review about this app on play store. These guys are pathetic. If they can't do what they say...

I paid my elecriciy bill. But it's show order failed and my account had been debited with rs1163/- on 07july 2017

At the time of transaction my recharge was failed and the amount was debited from my bank account. I contact to talkcharge customer care about refund amount 1163/- but they were not given satisfied reply
